Why I’m Grateful And Pissed Off... | Cigars and Coffee w_ TheDM! EP.054

Mark Evans talks about holding gratitude and anger at the same time: grateful for family and success, angry because he wants faster growth and bigger impact. He breaks down wealth-building through insurance strategies, scaling with people and data, and turning that anger into action.

What's up, everybody? It's your boy, Mark Evans Diem. As I'm sitting here, my hat's all messed up. That's why I'm pissed off actually. Right. Beacon. Thinking about you guys. Happy. What's today? Wednesday live going on over here in Parkland, Florida. Last day in Parkland, actually bounce out Thursday morning at noon. But thinking about you guys. Good morning, Dylan. Congrats, my man. I'll be getting with you later today. What's up, Dottie? What's up, John? What's up, guys? Good morning, Jim. Good morning, guys and gals. We'll get started here in a second. I'm in a secret location. What's up, Kevin? Right now we got some cool stuff going on as we're getting ready to prepare to roll out here back to Ohio for four months or so. Good morning, Paul. Good morning, Mike. We're out today already. Got up around 3:00 clock ish and took an hour and a half walk with my boy Matt G. And things are cranking. Good morning, Chris. What's up, buddy? So today I was thinking about on my walk. Is that an hour and a half? Thank you, John. Appreciate it, buddy. As I'm sitting here walking around and thinking about the things I'm pissed off about and what's up, Dan? Thank you. What's up, buddy? For being here. And I'm pissed off about a lot of things. What's up, Kevin? So I hope you are too. Actually, I hope you're mad because that's how we change typically for most people and. Hey, Mom. So I'm sitting here, Parkland, Florida. I have a lot going on. And most of you might be thinking, why is he so mad? Well, the simple answer is, I want more. I want to be better, I want to go harder, I want to go bigger with the right people and the right processes and the right channels. And I want to be a great leader. I want to be a better dad, I want to be a better husband. I want to be better all around. So I'm constantly mad that I'm not getting to where I want fast enough. But that doesn't mean I'm not grateful. See, I was laying in bed this morning, I'm like, man, I'm just so grateful to be awake. I'm so grateful that my family's in a safe house. I'm grateful we have taken. We're taken care of financially. I'm grateful. Like, just because you're pissed doesn't mean you can't be grateful. And it's always Interesting to me. Like, if I'm talking to someone that's not generating a lot of wealth in their life or not doing much in their life, and I'm like, man, you know, I only made a million, 1.3 million this month. What are you mad about? What do you got to be mad about? They missed the point for some reason. We make it all about the money. It's not about the money. To me, it's about the growth, it's about the change, it's about the development, it's about the pushing, it's about the prodding. Like we talked about yesterday, I didn't come this far just to come this far. There's so much more we can do. If I can make more money, I can give more money away. If I can make more money, I can get more employees. I can help more families live a life of their dreams. That's what I'm pissed off about, that I did not take this to the next level sooner. I can't do anything about the past. I can only do something from today, moving forward. It's funny, when I'm talking to people like, who do you guys call, in all seriousness, who do you call in your life and in your business when on the outside world looks like everything's going amazing, and maybe it is going on amazing, whatever that means. Maybe financially, it's cranking. It's the biggest month you've ever had. Who do you call and say, dude, I'm pissed off. We didn't hit the numbers that I thought we could hit. I'm mad because we had to let go of someone on our team. I'm mad because we haven't hired fast enough. I'm mad because, like, who are you talking to? Because a lot of people, like, but, Mark, be grateful, man, for what you got. Who says that? Because I want more and I'm mad doesn't mean I'm not grateful. Tells you a lot about the individual you're talking to. Not only that, if you're hanging out with people and they're not pissing you off, you're hanging out with the wrong people. I know. It sounds crazy, right? Good morning, Pat. Good morning, Steve. Good morning, Andre. It doesn't make sense when I say that. Maybe to you, but here's what it means to me when I'm rolling with my guys, like today with Matt, like, we're talking about a $4 million, three. Excuse me, a $3 million deal. However, there's this equity position, blah, blah, blah, blah. And I'm mad that we haven't done more of these, right? I'm like, yo, man, like, how hard? Like, this is not hard. This is so easy. We have massive, massive relationship capital buildup with people across the world. Literally. We literally could be like the. Just sit back, like, true story. Last night, got a text, told my boy. He shot two texts. We have access to many millions of dollars on a deal that we're going to make a lot of money just by simply connecting the dots. Like I talked about yesterday. We're not trying to draw the dots or build the dots. We're trying to connect them. Good morning, Chuck. But when I'm hanging out with my friends, man, I'm pissed. You know what's funny, too? They're pissed off as well. It's not like we're not sitting around or fighting and yelling and screaming mad like that. We're mad because we're not going harder. We're mad because we're working the wrong way. Possibly what we're trying to do is we're trying to be better. I'm mad that I didn't invest more money in myself when I was younger, right? How do I help? That's why I love helping people that are just getting started. Because I want to force them. I want to scare the shit out of them. Why? Because I wish someone did that to me, by the way. I was scared making the moves I made, but they were mini moves, like amateur little moves. Even though for me it was big, but that's who I was. Not with. Where I was going today, all that money I spent, I wouldn't even know it was missing out of my account. But when I made that decision 24 years ago, it literally. I had to borrow, steal Rob from Paul to pay Peter to do that transaction. I'm glad I did it. I would not be here if I didn't do that. It's scary. It pisses you off. You know what makes me more mad? Why didn't I have more money? Why did I let myself get in that position? What could have I done to prevent that moving forward? What can I do? How do I get better? See, this checks your ego real quick at the door. See, my wife knows and everyone who knows me. You don't have to tell me what I did, right or wrong. I'm already very, very conscious of it. The truth is, whatever you say won't mess with me because I'm already talking shit to myself already. I'm already telling myself, stop being stupid. Focus. Why didn't you see that? Where is this Opportunity. Okay, you got this. Okay. Stay focused. I always say, don't fall in love with your headlines. Good or bad, don't listen to them. See, when I'm sitting here talking to you guys, I'll get 20, 30, 40 messages behind the scenes. Dude, that was amazing. It changed my life. Thank you, Bubba. Buh. I hear you. I acknowledge it, but I don't believe it for myself. I want to do more. I use. By the way, I love those messages. Don't stop those messages. I use it as fuel to make me better. I don't sit back and relax like, oh yeah, I'm the greatest. No, dude, I'm me trying to be a better me today and tomorrow, etc. I'm not trying to be right. I'm trying to be better. See, a lot of times you trying to be right is the problem. Your idealisms are trying to be right is what's causing the exact situation where you're at. Why are you trying to be right? You know everything about my. I said this today on my Instagram. Why are there so many big talkers that are so broke? Why? Till you get pissed off. More importantly, do something about it. Nothing's going to change. You're hanging out in unicorn and rainbow lolly land thinking you're the king ding a ling and you don't have two dimes to rub together. Listen, I don't care if you have a million dollars in the bank. You're broke. We have to step the game up. We have to push to the next level. You guys understand a million dollars is not a lot of money, right? I hope you know that. It is not a lot of money at all. You can't cure cancer. You can't help the people you want to help. If you only had a million dollars in your bank account right now and you could never work to make more money, you're in big trouble. You're a scared millionaire. Every move you make, every step you take, you're trying to save a penny. You're scared. Why? It's because you didn't plan ahead. It's because you think a million dollars, a lot of money. It's because you believe your truth. What if your truth. I'm not saying it is, but what if your truth is wrong? Have you ever thought about that? Your actions you take or wannabe actions you act like you take? How are so many people so busy? Like, this is the stuff I think about all day, by the way. I'm like. I walk around, I'm like, how? Like I have a group of 33amazing people. Actually, 32 now. 32amazing people. How in the world can I share the same exact message in the same exact format? And a handful of them takes it and generates an extra couple million a year. And the other one say, dude, it's so hard. I'm so overwhelmed. I'm so busy. I'm so scared. I'm so frustrated. How. See, the thing is, because they haven't, they believe their bullshit lies about being busy means being productive. I genuinely don't care if you sit on. You can ask any employee I have. I don't care if you're sitting on the beach. I don't care if you're sitting in the bunker. I don't care if you're sitting in the office. I don't care if you're sitting on the golf course. I don't care if you're using your cell phone or computer or whatever. As long as the job at hand is done. I could give two shits. I don't care if it takes you a minute or a trillion minutes. Get the job done. And I don't just say it. I 100, 100% believe it. Andrew says Forbes says you can't consider yourself wealthy until a million cash, A million passive. And 20. Dude, I still don't even think that's rich. I genuinely don't. I don't like Andrew. I think that's a good number, right? A million passive, doable million in the bank. If you're getting a million passive, you better have a million in the bank. Right? Because. Right. I mean, it only take you four or five years to collect that, preserve it. And then on the 20 million net, ideally, the thing that's producing the million a month cash, a million a year cash flow. Ideally, that would be more like. Of a. Like a board member draw from a company I've created that I could sell that company for 20 million. You know what I mean? I think it's very, very ultra doable in the right industry to create a $20 million. I've never been super excited about net worth because we all know billionaires and millionaires go bankrupt with massive net worth. Like, it's like, hey, I have a lot of. By the way, I'm a real estate guy, so I have a lot of equity in my house. Okay, well, you got to pay your fucking electric bill. I have no cash. Well, you have $100,000 in equity. Go get the cash. I can't. I don't have good credit. Right. Or I don't have Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. So at the end of the day, my goal is to build assets or buy assets that add to my bottom net worth line. It's just kind of like a vision indicator. It's not even a reality. When I'm talking my fiduciaries, I'm like, dude, I want to sell a company for 100 million. What's it look like? They're like, why would you do that? This business produces a lot of money every month. What do you want to do with the extra money? And not only that, when you get all this cash now, what do you do? Oh shit. Never even asked myself that question right when I was in the beginning stages. Like once you have all these things cranking, the goal is the million dollar a year passive. It's doable. It's doable. But then we have to ask ourselves, what does passive mean? I think a lot of people bought into the idea that passive means you do absolutely nothing to make money. Problem is it's sort of kind of not true. Meaning you have to make a massive financial decision to make that million dollar a year reality. You have to really hunker down because no one's just going to hand you a million dollars a year, right? But you're going to have to create an active, high level financial, mentally, emotionally, physically decision to park money in different environments, to buy into stuff, to possibly lose. Actually you will lose on this journey of money, but you're also going to gain over here. But the goal is have more winners than losers to get to that million dollars a year. The problem is most people, most people aren't willing to make the financial decisions or to get the knowledge to make these decisions to ever get to get to a thousand dollars a year passive. Let alone a million dollars a year passive. I have companies that generate over a million dollars a year for me. With that said though, I had to be active in them for a while. Some of it was self inflicted, some of it was reality. And the second side of that, some of them required massive investments. Seven figures. So the money has to come from somewhere. I had to source capital or use my own capital. Those are two skill sets. And then I had to have the knowledge that this environment or this industry or niche existed. I had to understand the dynamics of my building or buying or both. And then I had to jump in there and say, okay, what does the projections look like? One of my companies I started, you guys are aware of it, I only took a dollar a year for the first three years. That company now generates many Millions of dollars a year. Most of you aren't willing to do it because it's not cool, it's not fun. See, that's what I'm saying. But I don't, I'm not trying to be cool. I'm not trying to have it be fun. Not only that, like again I'm pissed off I didn't do insurance. More whole life policies or universal life policies or whatever policies you're into. Maybe one day I have my fiduciary. Come on here and talk about this. But like I'm trying to park 250 to 500,000 a year minimum in those environments. Minimum in those environments. So when I turn 60 I'm trying to 20 years ahead. This is how much I have. Actually I started doing this at 36 years old for myself, my wife, my kids. It's more for infinite banking concept with cash flow in the future, I can accomplish today what I want in the future as well. This takes knowledge. This will create, by the way, the way it's designed could create a million dollars a year in passive tax free income for me, right? But it took. It takes 20 years of prepping, 20 years of investing hundreds of thousands a year into it. Hey bud, I'm up here. Sorry, my son's here, my wife's gone and I'm playing dad. So bud, I'm up here. Bob, Come upstairs. So as these things are growing, that's 20 years in the future. I'm anxiously patient. I want it now. That's not what it's designed for, but I'm planning ahead and I'm pissed off I didn't do it sooner. Anytime I talk to a guy or gal that's in their 20s, I'm like, dude, go get whole life or universal life policies. Go do it. You're not going to understand it. I'm in it all day and I still don't understand it. But I understand enough to be dangerous. But I understand I'm using it for a tool, I understand for the pack. But when you're 20s, dude, the compound effect, you could pay so much less up front. If I'd have done this instead of going to the club and spending ten grand a night at the club, putting that money into whole life policies and such back in the day, I'd be worth so much more money. I'd have such a better financial future. But again, it is what it is. I can't do anything about it. But I can help you. My job by the way in life is to make an impact. An Impact in people, an impact in myself, my family, etc. So when I'm talking to people, I'm not there trying to be. I'm trying to help people. I like to help the right people. I should say so at the end of the day for me. Like I'm constantly looking to connect the dots when I'm talking to people. And it's interesting how this works. That's why I'm always pissed off. Like my relationship. I don't maximize my relationship capital enough. Last night we just generated six figures, shooting three texts and one phone call. Why we're eating dinner, hanging out, laughing and talking. Relationship capital. Why am I not doing that more? Sometimes when we're so focused on passive income, we forget. By the way, this is hard to say that's active income, but it does take active effort to do that. And it's not even effort necessarily like that. It's more effort up here. But what you don't see is the 24 years of effort. The 24 years of showing up, the 24 years of doing the right thing even when it sucks. The 24 years of being a resource, the 24 years of helping and guiding and pushing and prodding and acknowledging and knowledging myself up to grow. There's so much opportunity. What's up, Kris? Yes. Been doing it for a long time myself. I wish I was doing it longer though. But yeah, there's so many cool tactics and opportunities and Andrew's right, like a million a year. Passive is a good income stream. But I don't think most of. I don't know many people that have a million a year passive without going again, passive is a term I think is so overused. What's up, mommy? Turn it on, Mark, you want to come here and say hi? So I don't think. I think passive has been overused to eliminate effort for people. And here's what I know to be true. This pisses me off, by the way. I had a pretty big turnkey real estate investment company, actually probably one of the largest in the US For a while there we were cranking out a lot, a lot, a lot of deals. Thousands a year. And the issue with it is when you say turnkey or passive people, you literally attract dipshits. Literally. You literally attract. I don't know how some people function in real life, to be honest. It pisses me off because they use their stupidity as an excuse, meaning they'll buy an asset from us. So 50 grand, they're going to get 10% on their money per Year again, this is an asset, it's a house. You have lights, electric house, things break, things happen. So you allocate certain percentages for all that to give them an approximate number. So sometimes it's higher, sometimes it's lower, whatever, but you give a number and then here's the goal to stabilize roi. Return on investment. The difference is, is that people don't make decisions like I do. An investment that works perfectly well for me may totally bomb for you. And I realized that after thousands of houses of being sold, my biggest frustration was I'm helping amazing people. But people are over complicating simplicity. This is a God's honest true story. We had a person buy a house two years ago. Back then it was two years. They're like, hey, I bought a passive income stream from you. I've not talked to anybody, what's going on with my house. What do you mean? Keep in mind, they get, they're in the same exact structure. They're connected with management companies, they have tenants, they have to fill out forms. I mean there's a lot of stuff they have to do prior so they know what to do. But again they became a victim in the process. So they're like, what do we do? Well, you probably should call your management company. That's what you do. Pretty simple. Well, I haven't heard from them in two years. Well, whose fault is that? And again, it's like it's. People play these blame games, dude. When it's your asset, you better know what's going on. Passive or not passive, you better have a very clear visual of what's going on. But this is the old 401k mentality people. You get a 401k, you put money in there, $20 a week or whatever. And you never look at your statements because you're afraid of what you'll see. It's going to make you feel real stupid because you're going to look at the form and say what the hell am I looking at? What are all these numbers? Oh my God, I'm losing. Oh my God, I'm smart, I'm winning. Oh my God, I'm losing. Oh, what is, what am I read? Wait, what am I losing or winning now? So therefore you avoid it like the plague. I know I'm talking to you. You know I'm right. Every person that would buy a house from us. Our first question is because we do a lot of, you know, self directed opportunities and we're like, well, how much are you sitting with in your IRA? 401k. But I don't know. I haven't checked that shit for years. Why? It's your money, pay attention to it. If it's not growing, we got to do something about it. But people don't want to address. This is why a lot of people don't go to the doctor. You might have cancer knowing it, you're too afraid to go to get to hear it. But don't you want to be proactive? Like to me it just seems like common sense. But we all know common sense isn't so common, is it? Chris? The biggest problem with infinite banking concept is people think they understand whole life but they all understand is the life insurance part. I have no idea how to use it for banking. Yes again. Man. Kris, I wish there was someone could put it in simple. I know paradigm's tried. I know they do okay job doing it. My guy Mike Olson does a great job with me. Peter Williams, my other guy. I have multiple people. I've invested real money not just in the policies but with people first to try to understand. Seems overcomplicated. But again when I don't understand it makes me want to understand it more. Here's why. If I don't understand it and it's supposed to be simple. I know most people stop when they hit resistance. I get excited about that. It's pretty messed up, right? I get excited when someone when I hit resistance. Why? Because I know that's where people stop and quit. Therefore my odds of succeeding are way higher. Because 100 people are going to try it, 98 are going to quit. And only me and another person is going to be hanging out making it happen. I will figure it out. Might not be today, might not be next year, but I'm going to figure it out. And not only that, we got Chris, I got my boy Mike, I got Peter, I got all these other guys. I got Jim, I got Bryce, I got guys that want to help make me smarter. I love this stuff. I have a video that explains it very simply. Awesome man. Appreciate it. Make sure you guys check out Chris. He's awesome. What's up, Michael? Hey Jace. Thank you, buddy. Hope your wife had a great birthday. My man. Buenos dias. Mark thinks my my favorite book behind you. Oh yeah, the Money tree, huh? I like that man. Brian, Elevation banking. My man. Steve, what's your email company doing a month? We have a lot millions of dollars. That's what it does. Do you think your next company will skip tracing? I don't know. We have as you know, you know Peter, I have a. Guys, I have my hands in a lot of different industries for many different reasons. If you guys think data, by the way, my company's moving more towards the data environment. World data, email, skip tracing, all that fun stuff. Consumer behavior. If you don't think data is important, you're mistaking in a massive level. Do you know your data? Number one, your data is everywhere. The question is, who can take the data and do something with it? That's where the opportunity exists. And not only that. Once you know what to do with it, now you know how to sell it or rent it or whatever, depending on the situation. Legally, obviously you got to do it right? And do, you know, clean it and scrub it and you know all that professionally. But like, do you understand Facebook is a data company? You guys know that, right? Facebook is a data company that just allows you to communicate, connect, run ads. Why do you think anytime you're thinking about pizza, a pizza ad pops up? Why do you think when you're thinking about dildos? Well, they don't pop up on Facebook. They'll pop up on YouTube. Maybe, but why do you think that? Because they understand your behavior. Your behavior is very predictable. They know when you're getting up, they know when you're going to sleep. They know when you're surfing the net, they know when you're perusing. They know when you're learning these systems. Every time you start them, every time you watch a video, every time you click a button, anytime you look at the screen, you know they're paying attention to your behavior, right? If you don't, you're crazy. But that's a whole nother point. We all know that. Thank you for the gift. She was real shocked. Proof. He does what he says, Jace. I wish people understood that, man. The truth is, I do a lot more than I even talk about. I'm too busy actually doing it. I don't have enough time to talk about it all. That's why I can do a show every day. It's easy for me. This is shit I've been doing for 24 years. Some of it 12 years. But the first 12 years were pretty tough because I started learning. I still prodding. I wish I had stuff like this to help me expedite my learning. But now, you know, I think I'm trying to help people understand. Like, you got to get pissed off, you got to get shooken up. You got to do something about it, Michael. Data equals data bank. I love it. A lot of opportunities out there. But for me, getting Mad is what drives me. I use my. I get negative to drive my positivity. As crazy as it sounds, do you think, like, this is. You guys know, this is true in anything. Like, I remember WWE or football even, right? When people get. No. 1's like, winning at the highest level, when everything's rainbows and unicorns, it's easy to get complacent. It's easy to look back and just kind of like, I got this. I got this. And then fourth quarter in football, all of a sudden that team has been laid back. The other team got so pissed off on the second quarter and third quarter, they're going to make a comeback and win this thing. You've seen this happen. They've shifted the momentum. They've used the pit. They get mad. They get. More importantly, they get embarrassed. Let me be clear with that. Very embarrassed. I hate being embarrassed. But when I get embarrassed, I do something about it. To me, it's embarrassing for most people that don't do anything about their life. I'm embarrassed by it makes me mad. Like, dude, you have kids watching you. You have other. Your friends, your elite. Like, if you think you're elite, like, you have to lead from the front line. You're going to get punched in the face. You're going to get arrows in your chest and your back and your leg. People are going to be chopping at you with a baseball bat. Like, it's not fun. But it's like, what else do you going to do? For me, get mad when I get embarrassed, When I emotionally feel embarrassed, like, you can ask my wife, talk to my kids. I'm like, yo, I'm mad. Better than this. We wasn't built to be like that. We got to do more. Who do we need to help us get to the next level? Where am I missing it? Why didn't I prepare better? Why didn't I think about this? Like, these are the things that go through. And then I just start creating result, like comments to myself. Responses like, I'm not trying to be right, I'm trying to be better. It's a big difference. Some of you are so right, but yet so broke about everything. Why are you always right but don't have no but. You have zero money, you have zero going on in your life. You're driving the same shitty car, you're sitting in the same shitty house talking about the big things you're going to do. Well, why don't you just go do them? That's what's embarrassing to me. I hate that People talk the big game, but will never do it. I'm going to do a post today or tomorrow about my jet. I'll be sharing some stuff with you guys because I've always wanted to know, how much does the jet cost to rent from Florida to Ohio or wherever you're going? How much do you understand? I was. I was like. I was. I was like checking jet cards. I knew exactly what jet I was going to buy. And, like, I'm going to buy and all these things back in the day, before I even did it, like years before. And then I'd get on a commercial plane, I'd get mad like, evans, you're better than this. What are you doing? Step your game up, bro. There's billions of dollars out there, Trillions of dollars out there, and you're flying commercial. You're the big talker. You're the big dog. What are you doing, dude, your kids are watching, your wife's watching you. Eventually they're gonna call bullshit on all this stuff. And then I started making moves, got embarrassed, got mad. Guess what? Did something about it. That's how it works. Stop trying to be right. I'm pissed. I got a couple things going on I'm dealing with. I'm mad about it. I'm embarrassed for them. And I'm. Which carries over to me because I'm the leader. So it's embarrassing to be too. So what do you do? I don't put my head in the sand. That's definitely not happening. You understand that? I'm not going to put my head in the sand ever. My palms are sweating. I swear on my life right now, even talking about this subject, it's what gets me out of bed. By the way, I was up, dude, I didn't go to bed till like 11:30. I was up at 3. I have. So I'm so mad, but yet I'm so grateful. True story. I mean, me, here, where I'm at, my life. No one ever thought I'd even be a tenth of where I'm at in my life, except my parents. But guess What? I'm about 500% behind the eight ball of where I want to be in my brain, where I know I'm going. So it's like I'm mad by how things are going, progressing, but just because you're mad, just because things are going well in certain pieces and not. It doesn't mean one can't be grateful. It doesn't mean, you know, just be grateful for what you have. Why? Who says I'm not. See? The things we'll tell ourselves to keep us complacent. The things we'll tell ourselves to hold us down. The things we'll tell ourselves to allow mediocrity to be present all the time. Ask anybody in my family. I'm not the guy. Like, just Mickey Mouse. And I'm like, dude, just shut up. Let's go. Let's like, let's get it done. Let's be done with. It's not. I'm trying to be shortage. Solve the problem. Everyone wants to talk about problems. Tell me the solution. That's all I care about. Why everyone has problems? Why do so few have solutions? What's the solution? Sometimes it's us. Well, it's always us. Always starts with us. How do we get better? How do we invest more in ourselves? How do we hire the right person? How do we pivot? How do we make a move? How do we do this? How do we sell? Like, there's so many moving parts. Michael. Damn. I'm not trying to be right. I'm trying to be better. Excellent quote. Thank you. Michael. You're coming to Florida to Ohio this week, and I'm going to Ohio to Florida. Like to connect with you either of those states one day soon, my man. Cool. Brett. I'll be Michael. Amazon isn't a retail company. It's a data company. Amazeball. 100, 100%. You guys know Amazon knows more. You guys. Customer behavior at the ultimate highest level. You guys know that, right? Like, literally, you know, your search behavior gets carried over to them so they can identify stuff that you're searching for. So maybe if you're moving, you might see packing boxes, you might see the, you know, the U Haul trucks. I mean, it's absolutely amazing. Here, do me a thing. Get on your interweb, cell phone or whatever you do, and one day and today or tomorrow, go to Google and type in something so over the top, like, you know, astronaut suits or I don't, you know, making anything. Something super abnormal. And then pay attention to the ads that start populating around your behavior. What are some big moves you're trying to make in the next few months? Big moves. Hiring more people. That's my big moves. My moves are me multiplying my efforts through other people. I know in real estate, a lot of times people talk about opm, other people's money. I think it's awesome. I've made a lot of money on that. I'm about to make more on that because I got a couple deals with other people's monies. But secondly, the real opportunity for me is ope other people's efforts with my knowledge. If I could take my knowledge and carry it down below and then put like me so one to many I can talk to one at one time. But there's picture a thousand people in a room and their efforts and their excitement and their energy. They go out and deploy the, the efforts that I've shared with them with my knowledge. What's going to happen is my return on investment is so massive I can't even calculate it because the like the spillover just get Andrew. If anybody's trying to generate a million dollars a year, it's not passive, it's going to take an active behavior. But it's like you got to get into something like the MLM style where you could go one to many. I'm not saying go do mlm. However, MLM can teach you a lot about basic very powerful cells. Understanding the psychology, understanding how to connect with people. I mean opening up. If you're an introvert, it's a great way to get out of the house and go meet people. But like there's some really cool things out there that you could do to be a better salesperson. I mean it's amazing. So other people's efforts are very powerful. I do have a company, it's kind of like in the franchise space. I look for scalability stuff now. That's why I'm kind of phasing out of my single family real estate space. It's just there's no scale to it for what my scale is. However, my franchise style stuff that I do, it's not franchise licensing in the real estate space. That's how I'm able to partner with a lot of people called the DM alliance, where I can actually. My team, we invest a lot of money in high level quality people to help educate the group so they can go out there and level up and we get a percentage of the rake, if you will, on per deal fees. So we're partners, we're joint ventures, whatever you want to call it. My goal is to help them make millions of dollars. Why wouldn't I? I know it's possible. We've done it. I know other people, it's done it. So I can help other people do it. So if you're doing like one deal a month, trying to figure out how to get to 5 or 10, that's where my team can help you so easy because we've been there, done that multiple times. So it's just a matter of people understanding it exists. So getting a little bit more Steve, to answer your question, getting more clear on the marketing approach to keep funneling great people inside of my channels. I have a lot of money at stake. Actually, today I have a call at 10:30 about it. We have millions of dollars on the table right now in marketing dollars to spend and invest, and we're asking where's the allocation to that? Is the allocation on this side, that side, blah, blah, blah. Okay, great. We've allocated 20%, 80%, 20, whatever. And then I'm gonna shoot people information, and then we're gonna start deploying out. We've already had some creatives done. We have the marketing drives all the growth. When I hire more people, I'll help do more marketing. More marketing will drive more opportunities into the sales floor, and then the salespeople can do what they do, make good deals happen. Brian, I don't have a link. Actually. We actually, it's invitation, but if you're doing deals, my man, I'd love to shoot me a message on Facebook here and we'll connect. Connect you with the right person. Be Ken or Christian. I'll connect you with them and have a conversation. But shoot me a message, let me know what market you're in and let me know what kind of deal volume you did in the last 12 months. That would help me expedite the process and include your number and email. But for me, it's like, I'm looking to help people scale. I'm looking to help take complexity out of things and help people grow with simplicity. There's so much opportunity for me. Again, you guys saw me and Matt were talking today, and I got to go here in a few minutes, but my boy Matt Garabedian moved in here from California to my complex over here in Parkland. And we're taking a walk today, and we're talking. I'm like, do you understand? Like, everyone wants to be a rod, right? Everyone wants to be the best bay. So Matt. Matt used to be a ballplayer. His company name is called phenom. And I was like, what's phenom mean to you? Like, I want to know the story. And he's telling me the story about what phenom means. It's like, yo, phenom is like the greatest because he's a baseball player, blah, blah, blah. And that's how they scout xyz. So I'm like, you got to tell that story number one because it's a cool story. I'VE known that for five years and I didn't know the story. So if I don't know it and I'm right beside him, maybe he should talk the story. But again, it's so close to him. He thinks, doesn't everyone know what it means? I've been there, I am there still some stuff. So anyways, he's going to do that. And then I'm like, you know, Matt, the truth is like, I'd rather be the owner of the baseball team than the player at my stage of my life, 24 years in the game, right? And here's why. There's a time and place when you want to be the best player you want. You got to be on the field. Eighteen, you know, the dedication you got to give to be the best player is your 16, 18 hours. You're thinking about it, eating it, sleeping it. You're living it. I mean, it's your life. It consumes your life. I'm not knocking it, it's awesome. It is what it is. But there's a time as you evolve and grow, we talked about evolving. As you evolve and grow in your brain, you're going to either come to a conclusion that, like, I can't keep doing this. I want to do something bigger, different. But let's say this person's making 100 million a year as a player and that's pretty good salary, which is awesome. But you know, the person paying the 100 million a year is the owner that has billions, right? I'm not saying this guy can eventually get billions, but there's not many athletes that are worth billions of dollars. Actually, very few, but there's many. Actually, probably all of the owners are billionaires. So as I journey down the path of life and growing and evolving, I start wanting to be. I don't even want to be the CEO anymore. I want to be a board member. I want to be the owner of the team. I want to own the stadium. I want to own the team. And I want to sit back and let people, other people's efforts, other people's unique abilities, other people's knowledge drive revenue from bottom up. With me giving them the authority, me guiding them, me sitting on the board with a small group of higher level people than me and all of us making decisions together for the better good of the vision. And again, I'm past the stage of trying to be the guy that walks out on the field and everyone's like, go, Mark. Yeah, I don't need that. I did back in the day, but that Was for me, that was not reality. That's just what I wanted. That was my reality. But it's not necessarily where I need to be or want to be. I just. I don't care if anybody knows who I even am except my family, of course. I just, I have to share because I know people are going down the wrong path. There's so many dipshits out there telling you the stuff that's wrong, it's insane to me. I'm watching it from, like, it's disgusting. And that's why I come here with these shows, to give you guys real life stuff to hopefully help you make your life easier, make more money, create more wealth, have more time with yourself and your family. Brian, what's up, buddy? What's up, Quinn? What's up, buddy? Jamie. Good morning, Steve. Yeah, keep talking to Peter, man. He said he loves hanging out. Donnie. Shaq is rich, man. Is signing checks. Is wealthy. His checks. Is wealthy. Signing. Signing his checks as well, man. Yeah, Shaq is rich. Here's the. If you guys know this about Shaq or not, you know, he's tapped. He's. He's tapped into a lot of different opportunities. Many, many opportunities, like the insurance companies and the, you know, the heating patches and all this stuff. The guy really has amazing. He's taken his visibility, who he is and has won in many, many different niches, which is awesome to see. I love it. I think it's awesome. Fresh idea, non brokerage off market business plan with revenue share model. Fresh idea, non brokerage off market business plan with revenue share model. Thank you, Danny. Appreciate all your comments too, buddy. Brian, I'm not sure what that means, but I'm sure we'll connect on it and go from there. So, guys, I got a bounce. I got a crazy day today. Actually, not too crazy. I'm getting ready to head out of here, so I'm going to enjoy the last full day here in Parkland. I got a couple meetings, 10:30 to 12, and then 12:30 to 2:30. Actually, after I get here, I got another call for 40 minutes. But a lot of cool things are happening. I hope you guys are doing amazing. I hope you're crushing it. And I might not do the show tomorrow, but it will help me serve you. I'm here to serve you. Right? Like that's what I'm here for. I really do want to help you if you want to help yourself, but. And I keep coming up with these conversations and stories. My biggest thing is I just want to make sure I'm helping you. I want to make sure I'm talking with you, not to you. I want to make an impact and I mean that. So the DM alliance, a lot of people are asking about that. That's a real estate investment partnership program I do with you guys. If you want details on that, shoot me a private message. I'll hook you up with Ken or Christian on that. Also, pb, cmo, push button Chief Marketing Officer. Peter runs that company where they're texting and doing a lot of cool marketing channels. Very high level data channels for you. If you're in the real estate investing business and you're investing at least $2,500 a month in marketing, you have to talk to Peter. You'd be absolutely wasting every penny from this point forward if you don't on marketing because there's so much opportunity. If you have the proper data, understand how to read it. Thank you, Brian. Thank you, Quinn, for all that. But guys, again, share the show. If it helps you share it, that's how. Brian's here. What's up, Paul? But share the show. Let people know what's up.
