A short YouTube monologue advising listeners to plan their day in detail—using tools like Google Calendar or pen and paper—by recording activities in half-hour increments, tracking sleep and routines, and cutting wasted time (especially long meetings). The speaker emphasizes action and execution over talk and urges shorter meetings and focused work.

I use something simple like Google Calendar. Very simple. And you could use pen and paper, that's fine too. But literally write down your day. What are you doing in the morning? What time do you get up? What time do you go to bed? Those are easy. The sleeping thing, you're already a third way there because you're sleeping probably a third of the time. So there's a third of it. Getting ready, getting prepared, getting good sleep, getting rest. And then what time are you getting up? What are you doing when you get up? And I want you to do these in half hour increments. Understand where your efforts are spent. It's okay if you have an hour meeting, but can I shrink the hour meeting to a half hour meeting? Most meetings that I go to or listen to, I literally am. At all how much wasted time there is with people talking about absolutely nothing. Most of the time they're talking about to justify their bullshit lack of action. Well, you know, you don't understand. I don't need to understand. You need to show up and grow the up and let's execute a plan of action. And if you're not willing to do that, shut the up, get someone at can and let's get to work.
