Mark Evans DM advises viewers to identify the time of day when they are most successful/productive (morning, afternoon, or evening). He contrasts people who work late (e.g., 11pm–3am) and structure their sleep around that schedule with his own lifelong early-riser approach, and emphasizes there is no single right way—rather, individuals should recognize and use their own productive windows.

What I want you to do is identify where you're the most successful in your day. I want you to understand that this is the time when you need to understand where you're at in the morning, in the afternoon or in the evening. I have a lot of buddies that work from 11pm to 3am that's when they're the most productive. The kids are asleep, their wife's asleep, or spouse and they're working. They're so focused. They're just doing the work. Keep in mind that's going to have them getting up at 11. They're going to sleep seven, eight hours to 10 to 11am they're starting at work at noon. I'm like, damn, dude, how do you do that? Keep in mind my day is pretty much half done by then, if not more. That's not right or wrong, though. I think so many people, like Dude Evans does it this way. It's the way it's got to be. No, that's when I'm the most productive. For me, that's in my DNA. That's how I've trained myself. I've been like this since I can remember. I've been getting up early my whole life.
