A short motivational monologue emphasizing that consistency and showing up are essential character traits; without consistency one is "nonexistent." The speaker frames quitting as common and contrasts fighting vs. fleeing when challenges arise, urging presence and perseverance.

We know the percentages of the world will quit before they succeed. They'll quit. It's easier. Ah, that won't work for me. It'll get hard and then you'll flight. You won't fight, you flight. Yeah, but you don't understand, man. I'm just not really being here. I'm not present. Yeah, show the up. That's why it's a character trait. Character flaw actually. Consistency. You're either consistent or non existent. That's in life in general.
