A short motivational speech (YouTube video) by Mark Evans DM about personal responsibility and how individuals use opportunities. The speaker emphasizes that everyone has the same opportunity, that responses are a personal choice (take action vs. become a victim), and that incremental progress (“inch by inch”) leads to success and self-discovery.

You don't deserve this. This is something you set up and you work for. We all have the opportunity. Same exact opportunity. The question is, what do you do with it? Do you take this information, get mad and do something about it? Or you take this information, get mad and become a victim? It's a choice. It's not my choice. It's your choice. And once you understand how to set this up in motion, start getting some success. Inch by inch. This becomes very exciting. Then you start realizing what you're made.
