Don't miss out on the chance to manifest your dreams and achieve your goals. We can't wait to see you there. Hello everyone. Hello everyone and thank you so much for joining me on another episode of Canny Crystals the podcast. I hope that you're all well. What a few weeks it's been. You know when you just feel like totally overwhelmed with everything and meet yourself coming backwards? I just feel like I'm having kind of one of those months. Like, I've got me cousin's little girl's christening next weekend. Last weekend I went to see the Sugababes and met them. In 2 weeks' time I'm going with Johnny to his dad's house for a long weekend in Northern Ireland. The weekend after that is mam's over from Spain and staying with us, and then we're into December. And then for the last few weeks, I've had podcast guest after podcast guest, the Halloween sale, packing crystal advent calendars. I just feel exhausted, to tell you the truth. But I do have something to update you on because I'm actually buzzing with how it's going so far. And this is a bit of an exclusive as well. So every single minute that I've had free, I've been building me new website. Drum roll, please. You're like, what new website, Mart? Um, so the Canny Crystals Academy. Yes, that's right, an online academy where I'm going to be hosting all of my online courses. So at the minute, I only have the Crystal Masterclass, but I've updated that and I've put it on this new platform. And I just thought, let's go for it, let's like bring some more like online classes and things to the mix. So this platform even has an app, by the way, so you can access it on the go. And I've added in some new content to the Crystal Masterclass. So for everyone that's purchased the past Crystal Masterclass, don't worry, you'll automatically get free access when this one launches. But aside from that, I'm also going to be doing a huge Manifesting Magic Academy, and that's going to be hosted on the Kenny Crystals Academy. And that's going to consist of— I think it's going to be about 8 modules, but they're going to be so in-depth. There's going to be like lots of video content, there's going to be, uh, 12 exercises in there, there's a private exclusive Facebook group, and I'll be going live in it with members every single month in kind of a collective manifestation video call to keep everyone on track, um, and so much more. I'm so excited for this. And I'll also be creating a money manifestation masterclass as well, because many of you has asked for that, just to kind of teach you how to manifest wealth and abundance. So that in a nutshell is kind of why I'm busy at the moment. I'm not really showing up on TikTok at the minute because I just find it so hard to get the time to record little funny videos like I used to. I used to have all the time in the world, and now I just You know what I always say, I don't have time to fart. But I promise, once this is all launched, I'll be able to rest for a day or so, so I'll be able to get back into me social media habits, don't worry. But I've also just been booked this weekend as well by Alicia Bradley on her Beauty Growth Academy to be the keynote speaker at an event in January. So if I'm honest, I'm a little nervous because this'll be me first face-to-face talk. And I feel like I'm fine hiding behind the camera on me laptop, But this is the first face-to-face, because I've not done face-to-face before. I've done it like to a couple of hundred of people online, but this is to hundreds of people at once for 1 hour face-to-face. So I'm actually going to be doing some major like visualizing over Christmas to make sure that me confidence is at an all-time high, to be honest, because I'm quite scared. I'm going to have to make sure I've got me opalite, me tiger's eye, you know, those confidence-style crystals with us just to make sure I get through it. So in the next month on here as well, on the podcast— I don't know why I'm just giving you like a download of what, what I'm about to do— but in the next month on here, I've got Alicia Bradley actually coming on as a guest. And as we know, I've also got Kirstie Gallagher, like I've mentioned before. But as of this morning, I've also just booked Poppy Delbridge to come on the show. If you don't know Poppy, oh my God, she's an expert at EFT, so like tapping. Um, she does the videos on the rapid tapping part of Fern Cotton's My Happy Place app. So if you've got that, you'll, you'll know all about Poppy. So I just cannot wait to chat with her as well and actually learn EFT properly, because I've only ever watched it on YouTube videos. You've only ever learned it from me. I think Poppy is going to be amazing, and we're all going to learn something. She's got a book called Tapping In, which I'm absolutely loving reading through at the minute, and it's all about using EFT to manifest what you want in life and release all those limiting beliefs and blocks. And I think that's something that we can all learn from. So just before I go into this week's episode as well, I just want to tell you about a little manifestation that happened earlier this week, and it was delivered to me within about 3 minutes of me thinking of it. Honest to God, that full moon lunar eclipse supercharged my moldavite, I swear. So yeah, I manifested something in 3 minutes. I was straight on the phone with Jude, my life coach, and I was like, guess what I've just done? So Johnny, my partner, he's a massive, massive fan of the singer Dermot Kennedy. He's been around for a few years, you might have heard of him, check him out on Spotify if you don't know who I mean. Anyway, I've been Googling his name for weeks, and I mean weeks now, to see if, like, you know, he was going on tour so I could get Johnny some tickets for Christmas, because I don't know what the hell to buy him. We've been together 9 years, what the hell do you buy someone that you've been together with 9 years for? Like, what do you buy them for Christmas? Anyway, answers on a postcard. And for some reason, it popped into me head on Tuesday this week to have another look. Online to see if these Dermot Kennedy tour tickets had come out yet. And weirdly enough, his new album comes out next Friday, and he was doing an album launch performance. Guess where? Fucking Newcastle, where we live. Can you believe that? Of all the places to launch an album, and he's Irish, so it's not like it's his hometown or anything. Anyway, I immediately jumped out of me seat. I clicked on every link to buy tickets, and guess what? They were all friggin' sold out. Of course they were. The only ones were on Viagogo, I think it's called, and they were like £170 each being resold. So no joke anyway, I grabbed me moldavite and I literally just looked up to the sky and I just went, "Please, universe, please." And I was just immediately served with this thought of searching Twitter for Dermot Kennedy Newcastle. And as I hit enter, someone had wrote a tweet 1 minute ago. 1 minute. Like, can you believe this? I couldn't even make it up. But anyway, she was selling 2 tickets for £20. Obviously I messaged her and I asked why was she selling them that cheap, and she said, well, they were only £16 each, but she, she couldn't go anymore and she didn't want them to just go to waste. 2 tickets for £20. Obviously I'd messaged her backwards and forwards, and within 3 minutes I think I had the tickets in my inbox. I'd paid her on PayPal, she'd got the money straight away, she sent me the tickets, the PDF download. I literally couldn't believe it. I had goosebumps everywhere. You know when you're that excited that your nipples go stiff because you're so excited? That happened. Oh my God. Anyway, just as a little extra Brucey bonus as well, I realized that the tickets that I'd bought were for a stripped-back acoustic performance, and straight after this he was also going to be doing a set with a live band. So I just thought, I'm gonna have a look again on Twitter, and again someone one minute ago had put tickets up for sale, so I bought them as well. So I now had tickets for the acoustic intimate performance, and then I also had tickets straight after for the live band performance. And you might be thinking, well, anyone could do that, Mart, but just to prove this, that it wasn't a fluke, the receptionist in my building, when I told her about it, she had gone looking for tickets for the rest of the day and not one single ticket came up for the rest of the day. How weird that I managed to grab them both within a minute. It was like it was so aligned for us, like The universe had just thought, okay, here we go, Mark wants this, and it delivered. So yeah, we went to see Dermot Kennedy and his album launch Tuesday night. There was less than 500 people there. It was really, really intimate. It was absolutely insane. So yeah, thank you, universe. I'm truly in Johnny's good books now. Best boyfriend award. Um, I kept it quiet from him until we got inside as well. I didn't actually tell him what we were going to see or anything. Like, when we stood outside, he thought we were going to see a panto or something. I was like I told him that we were at an album launch once we got inside, and funnily enough, he literally turned to us and he went, the only album I can think of that I'd be interested in coming out soon would be Dermot Kennedy's, but that doesn't come out for another couple of weeks because it's been pushed back. And just as he said this, this Scottish girl like in front of us turned around, loud as hell, drunk and everything, and went, so you're looking forward to seeing Dermot Kennedy? That was— oh, that was more of an Irish accent, wasn't it? How can I do a Scottish accent? So you're looking forward to seeing Dermot Kennedy? Oh, that sounds exactly the same, you know. And anyway, internally I screamed in her face, but Johnny's face lit up and he was holding back tears through the gig. So, you know, it was all worthwhile in the end. It was lovely to see, and I had a really good time. I really enjoyed it. I've downloaded his first album and stuff since then. Um, anyway, let's get cracking with this week's episode because all I ever do is talk about me. Um, so this week you might have seen on Sunday evening on Instagram I posted a bit of a weekly planner according to the moon cycle, and I didn't go too much into depth with it because it was something that I kind of wanted to speak about on here, to be honest. And I had a few messages, like lots of you messaging saying things like, what does it all mean? And I just had to say, be bloody patient, listen to the podcast. So if you haven't seen the post that I'm referring to, go and have a look on me Instagram. It's @canny_crystals. The link is in the show notes. But basically, it's a weekly planner and it's based on the lunar cycle, showing what days are best to perform certain things around the house in terms of developing yourself, etc., etc. The list is endless, and I really resonated with this, so I just wanted to share it with you all as well. So each day of the week, they all carry their own special vibration, and of course, the specific vibration of the day is going to influence that's kind of influenced, sorry, by the planets through astrology and your own life circumstances, your own personal vibration. But each day has its own vibe that runs like an undercurrent for 24 hours. And when I've looked into this, this goes way back. So in ancient times, the days of the week were all named basically in accordance to the planets. Each day was given a special and signified time to utilize the energy of each planetary god. And it's so interesting when you look back at the energetic meaning of the days and the weeks because they still kind of ring true today. For example, it's no coincidence that Saturday and Sunday are days of rest, whereas the other days are considered part of the working week. So if we run through the energetic tone to each day of the week and how you can use this energy to flow through life, I think it'll open people's eyes as to what they're doing and where they're going wrong. Well, I hope it does anyway, because it did with me. And if not, you're just gonna have to listen to this episode. Sorry. So first up, we've got Monday, and Monday is the day of the moon. So when you think about it, Monday, Moon Day, do you know what I mean? Moon Day. That's kind of where we're going. Um, so yeah, it's the day of the moon. It's a day for stepping out into your true potential and your intuition and your emotions. So a Monday kind of sets the emotional tone for the week ahead because The Moon basically asks us to get clear about our emotions and what we want to achieve in the coming days. So Monday, it often gets a bad rap. Many people dread Mondays. They find it challenging, okay, because you've just had all that days of rest, you know what I mean, Saturday and Sunday. You're then going to go back to work and we're like, uh, we all feel crap, don't we? And this is because emotions can be stirred on the day of the Moon. That causes us to feel a kind of moody and sluggish. So if you feel sluggish and you think, oh, it's because I'm going to work today, it's not always because of that. It's because of the undercurrent of the Monday itself. And if you're not a fan of Mondays, there might be some like underlying emotional energy that you're struggling to deal with, because Monday can also bring about a positive wave of motivation and energy. You know as well as I do, if you want to start a diet, you're like, oh, I'll wait till Monday. Perfect. It's the perfect opportunity for you to do that because it's given us like a boost of motivation and energy. So if we feel kind of positive about our lives and our emotional health, a Monday can help us to kind of launch forward and be put into a positive frame of mind for the week ahead. And this is so true as well. Like when we think about Monday as a whole, this is usually the day that you kind of set the tone for the rest of the week, isn't it? Like I say, you would start a diet, you might be like, oh, I'm going to start the gym again on Monday, and you're more likely likely to succeed if you start something on a Monday. Usually you'd make a list of what shit needs doing for the week ahead, and you plan your week ahead for the Monday, from the Monday onwards. Do you get what I'm saying? So the lunar calendar states that in order to prepare for the energy of Monday, you've got to ensure that you get a good night's rest the night before. You need to drink plenty of water. Okay, so that's what you do on a Sunday evening. Then we come on to Tuesday, and Tuesday is ruled by the planet of action and energy, which is Mars. Okay, so it's a great day for getting shit done. If Monday is all about setting the emotional tone, Tuesday is all about putting that tone into action. Okay, so Tuesday is kind of, you know, the perfect day to launch forward with projects. It's a great day for you to make decisions and just get ahead, get the ball rolling, especially when it comes to your career. I feel like, you know, when astrology, like when you read your star signs and stuff on certain days of the week, I feel like this all ties in with that as well. So like I said, Tuesday is the perfect day to launch forward with projects, make decisions, get ahead, and the energy of the day will also help you to start making progress in all areas of your life. It's an excellent day for getting in tune with your passion. Okay, so in order for you to make the best use of energy of a Tuesday, I kind of see it as you need to get clear about what you want and then kind of— pardon me French— but go out there and grab it by the balls and just make it happen. So Tuesday is the best day for chasing dreams and goals because Mars energy gives us the drive and the passion to follow through on our goals and our dreams and desires. So after Tuesday, obviously we've got Wednesday. That's ruled by the planet of communication and expression, which is Mercury, and that makes Wednesday the perfect time to get clear about what you want, where you're headed in your life. It's the perfect time for you to schedule meetings, for networking events, and for any kind of any important calls. It's the perfect express yourself to a loved one and to catch up on messages and emails. Mercury rules the higher mind, so maybe brainstorming any ideas that you have, they'll kind of flourish on Wednesday, okay? So save that day to workshop through ideas, come up with creative new projects. It's also the perfect time for you to get clear about any difficult life decisions. So because it's the midpoint of the week, the energy of Wednesday kind of provides us with a clue as to whether or not we're paying attention to our needs. And kind of what energy we're expressing out into the universe. So I guess in order to best use the energy of Wednesday, you need to take the opportunity to express yourself, kind of contemplate on whether the energy you're sending out into the universe is kind of aligned on what you want for yourself. Okay, so then we've got Thursday. That's the day of Jupiter, and Jupiter is all about positivity, expansion, and that makes it the perfect time to learn new things and expand your consciousness. So as we kind of wind down the working week on a Thursday, The energy of that day kind of allows us to be productive. It helps us to take care of matters that might have been lingering the last few days. So you tend to be more productive on a Thursday because you're a bit more positive. We're about to go into the weekend. We can see the light at the end of the tunnel kind of thing. Do you know what I mean? So Thursday, like I say, it's a day of positivity. It's got a lightness to it that kind of helps us to get things done and be more open to learning things as well. So it serves as an excellent reminder to pay gratitude for the past days, like the Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. And kind of all that you've learned and achieved that, like, so far that week. The energy of Thursday supports, like, all things that allow us to expand, whether that's spiritually or mentally. And that makes it the perfect time and opportunity to start a new spiritual practice or a new hobby. So it's a perfect day, for example, to take up, I don't know, yoga or meditation or mindfulness. Thursday is the best day to make a start on that, okay? It's also a great time to wrap up kind of financial matters or to manage your money. So if you're putting something off, you're putting off paying bills, you're putting off looking at your bank account, do it on a Thursday because it's a great time for you, okay? In order to use the energy of Thursday effectively, we need to make a point to feel gratitude and positivity from the minute that we wake up on a Thursday, as you should be doing every day, and that's going to help you leap forward throughout the day, okay? So then we've got the last day of the working week, which is Friday, and that's the day of Venus. We all know Venus is the goddess of love and creativity. That makes it the perfect day to connect with others and just relax. The romantic energy of Venus will put you in a social mood on Friday. That's tend to probably why people tend to go and meet up at the pub after a hard week. It's a perfect opportunity. It gets us thinking about people that we love and that we want to socialize with. And it makes Friday kind of a perfect day as well for a date night and intimate connections.. And you know as well as I do, if you're going to have a date night, yeah, some people have them through the week, most people have them on a Friday night. The energy of Friday kind of allows us to get creative. It can bring a fresh new inspiration to any projects that we're working on and expanding kind of, or pitching any creative projects is also definitely favorable on a Friday. It's a great time for you to wrap up any loose ends, to kind of shelve any ideas that are bubbling up for another time. It's the perfect time for you to indulge and pamper yourself. Kind of update your beauty routine. But in order to use the energy of Friday effectively, you should really schedule some time with your loved ones and kind of work on any creative projects that you might have in the pipeline. But try not to schedule anything too strenuous on a Friday. Just bear in mind, it's time to like kind of wind down. It's mainly a day for relaxing and having fun. And then obviously we've got the weekend, so we've got Saturday and Sunday. So Saturday is the day of Saturn, Saturn day, and the day of kind of taking responsibility and getting organized. So for most of us, if when you think about it, Saturday is spent kind of catching up on housework or shopping, you know, like food shopping, for example, kind of matters in our personal lives. And that may be because Saturn helps us to get balanced and grounded. So it's the perfect day to organize yourself for the week ahead from the week that it's just passed. So, you know as well as I do, if you're going to start a diet on the Monday, you would tend to go out and buy all your supplies and stuff on a Saturday or a Sunday. And Saturday is the perfect day for it because the energy of the day provides us with the drive to catch up and get ahead with things. So get ahead with the shopping, get ahead with the housework, get caught up on any kind of side hustles, that kind of thing. Saturday's energy is perfect for getting things done around the house, being proactive when it comes to things that need addressing, or even fixing in your personal life as well. So you might have— you might want to catch up with a friend or something. Saturday is the perfect time to do that. But in order to use the energy of Saturday effectively, we need to tackle some big projects that need doing. Take time out of your day to get organized for the week ahead. And then obviously we've got the final day, Sunday, which is the day of the sun. Sunday. God, that's very literal, isn't it? Uh, but yeah, Sunday is a perfect day for relaxing and unwinding and connecting with your inner self. So it's the perfect day for going within, kind of tapping into inner sunshine and radiance because it's Sunday, duh. Um, the energy of the day kind of supports you with self-reflection and spiritual growth and kind of giving yourself the time that you need to restore and replenish your soul. So Sunday carries with it a beautiful vibe for unwinding and getting centered and refocused for the week ahead. It's also the perfect time to focus on matters surrounding kind of your health and your well-being. And social gatherings are also likely to be harmonious and easy-flowing on a Sunday. And emotions will often feel kind of softer and gentle. Do you know what I mean? More gentle, more gentle, gentler, whatever. In order to use the energy of Sunday effectively, I would just make it a day for rest and relaxation. Try not to schedule anything too demanding or high energy on Sunday, and instead kind of take the time to connect to your inner radiance, like I say, your inner sunshine. Because I always say a Sunday well spent brings a week of content. I always say that, and it's so true. So get yourself out there on a Sunday, embrace nature, go visit a local park. If it's warm enough, go for a walk along the beach if you live near one. Just go for a walk in nature, just embrace it, okay? Every day carries its own unique vibration, and I think that when you tune into each day's energy, you'll start to notice how that will then shape and guide your week. Like I said on Instagram earlier, This week I've loved doing some research into what the power of the days mean and what planet they're aligned with, kind of what I've just read out to you, and I find stuff like that so fascinating. So I just hope that that helps you make decisions on the future on which day to do certain things. So just as a quick recap: Monday for discipline and order, Tuesday for physical activity, Wednesday for intellectual activity, Thursday for spirituality and self-development, Friday for beauty and love, and Saturday for self-discovery, and then Sunday for embracing nature. If you find it easier, go and look at my Instagram @canny_crystals. You'll see the post I'm on about. I think I posted it on Sunday last week, um, which will have been Sunday the 6th of November. Um, if you're looking for it, it's gray. It's called the Weekly Planet According to the Moon Calendar. You'll see it. Anyway, what else have I got to chat about today? Oh yeah, Someone on Instagram actually messaged me the other day and they said, "Mart, what's happening about the Range Rover? You haven't spoke about it for a while. I've been following your story for ages, so I just wondered what was happening." And I can't remember if I mentioned this on the pod. I thought I had. Um, I don't know, maybe the girl who messaged hasn't listened to that specific episode. I'm sure I did. But yeah, anyway, I went for a test drive in it. I put down the deposit because there's a huge queue of demand backlogged from the pandemic. There's one piece apparently, something to do with the computer inside the car, there's a 14-month waitlist on the, the style that I wanted anyway. But yeah, weirdly enough, a couple of weeks ago I asked for a sign that it was still on its way, and about a week later I got an email from the dealership saying something like, "Hold tight, your expected date of delivery is blah blah blah," and I think it was something like October 2023. So I've still got another like 11-12 months to go, still holding out for it, but it is practically mine. So Maybe, I don't know, maybe the universe is making me wait for a reason. Maybe something better is going to come along in the meantime. Who knows? But we'll find out soon. Oh, and as well as that, Black Friday. Let me just quickly tell you. So Black Friday isn't for a couple of weeks yet, but there are a few items across the website that have been reduced by up to 25% in prep. So I'm having a bit of an extended Black Friday. Okay, go and have a peep, see if you can grab yourself a bargain. For example, um, there's certain things that once they are gone, I won't be bringing back. Um, there are also things that are 25% off. Um, some of the bundles, for example, they won't be coming back. Um, they're just not aligned with me. They take too long to do. Um, kind of moving away from some of the products in here because some of them have been sat there for months on end, and I just think, well, they're obviously not selling. I'd rather invest in things that like new things, new and exciting things that people are actually going to want to buy, if that makes sense. But yeah, go and have a look, cannycrystals.co.uk, you know what to do. And if you've enjoyed this week's episode of this podcast as well, please, please, pretty please, go and leave me a quick rating or review wherever you're listening. You don't even have to write anything, just press how many stars you'd give it and press submit. It doesn't even have to be 5 stars. If you think the podcast is shit, go and do 1 star. It'll just help us, like, I don't know, it just helps this podcast to grow. It'll help it move up the charts, you know, that ultimately leads in people finding me and that really, really helps me out. Right now I'm back in the top 10 again this week for self-improvement in the UK. Woohoo! So yeah, I'm absolutely buzzing. Let's see if we can get it to number 1 again. I would love that. But don't forget, Kenny Crystals is me and me only, so anything you can do to help, I would appreciate it so, so much.
