062: Manifesting love and healthy relationships

I hope that you're all well. Can you believe Christmas is next week? You're probably sick of us freaking talking about it. I just think it's scary how quick that time is flying by, isn't it? Jesus. Anyway, it might be a bit of a shorter episode than usual today, purely because I say this and then I always ramble on though, don't I? So yeah, it'll probably be a normal length episode by the time I'm finished, but purely because I'm halfway through the scripting of the 31 Days of Gratitude that I'm launching on the 1st of January. And I know last week that I said that I was going to do it as a daily YouTube, but I ran a poll on me Instagram stories earlier this week, and when it ended, only 8% of people that voted actually wanted it in YouTube format. So I just think I'm going to do it as a private daily podcast. So I'm going to launch it on the Academy. Yes, that's the Academy, so that it's totally separate from this podcast. Okay, so you'll still be able to listen to it on your phone as normal. And I think that if you copy and paste the RSS feed URL thing, you can even import it automatically into things like, you know, Apple Podcasts and Google Podcasts, whatever it is. But we'll cross that bridge, and I'll give you more, like, full instructions basically on me socials when that time comes along. So last week, I don't know if you remember, but I mentioned about me psychic reading from Z., and in it I mentioned that we were all, like, planning on moving house because of the area we currently live in. And I had a couple of people messages from Newcastle who listen to the show, and they said that the area's not that bad at all. Well, I find this quite funny because Monday this week, I woke up to Johnny stood at the end of our bed, 6 AM, he gets up really early to go to the gym, loser, and he just stood there staring at us. And when I kind of, you know, when you just like open your eyes and you're like, what is going on? I realized he was stood there and I asked what he was doing and he just said, I've got a bit of bad news, I've just gotten to defrost the car. Yes, it's fucking Baltic Eve in the UK right now, bitches. And when I've gone to get in the car, the CDs scattered everywhere, the boot was wide open. Someone has been in our car overnight. So obviously I jumped out of bed because all I was thinking was what had I left in there overnight. Luckily, I'd brought my wallet in, but the night before, I had put my family's Christmas presents in the boot in prep to take them over to me mam's house. But luckily for me, that was the night before it all happened, so I'm never leaving anything in the car ever again. The only thing that they did take was my Ray-Bans, my sunglasses case. So as part of the money mindset work that I was doing earlier this year, I bought myself a token item to show the universe that I feel wealthy, so I treated myself to a pair of Ray-Bans. They were £150, and that was a lot for me. Like, I'd probably never spent more than £20 on a pair of sunglasses before. So when I realized that they'd gone from the car, at first I was obviously gutted, but then I realized that I was cleaning the car out a few weeks ago, and I found this little compartment in the car specifically meant for sunglasses, and it was just where the rearview mirror is. And I pressed it and it come down and I was like, "Oh, that's really cool." So I took my sunglasses out of their case and I popped them in that little compartment. So luckily for me, the thieves didn't look in there. Aha! So yeah, they took an empty sunglasses case. So I hope that was all worth it for them. Ha! So yeah, when I reported it to the police, they said that across our estate there were a total of 22 other cars so far that had been reported as being broke into. The thieves were just stood there like nonchalant trying car doors on our doorbell camera. So I'd look back like the next day and one was just raking through the cars, the other one was just collecting everything that he was chucking at them. Absolute bastards. Pardon me, French, but this close to Christmas, do you know what I mean? Anyway, twats. Um, I was speaking to a few neighbors on our Facebook group and they've kind of taken all sorts. They've taken Beats headphones, an iPad, work phones, work laptops, you know, money, wallets, purses. So yeah, to those people that said I'm not in a bad area of Newcastle, this is exactly why we want to move and why we don't want to bring up our kids around here. But let this be a bit of a reminder to you all just to take all your valuables out of your car overnight. I know it's like, it goes without saying, doesn't it? But stupid people like myself included leave things on show anyway. Something else that I have to quickly update you on before we crack on with this week's episode is the beautiful and lovely UK postal system. So, I am spending every single day at the minute chasing parcels with Royal Mail. Yes, usually at this point of the year, so close to Christmas, the mail is a little bit slower than usual with people buying gifts and sending presents and cards. But with the added Royal Mail strikes, this is causing absolute havoc. So, one day last week, I spent over 3 hours in a day answering where's my package queries on the website. So I even had a woman, I won't name her, but I feel like I should, I had a woman even threaten to come to my office and in her words, as she wrote in the email, "Stove my head in," because I'd apparently scammed her of her hard-earned money. The funny thing was she actually received a parcel the very next day because I could see it on the tracking. I still never got an apology though. Ah, the spirit of Christmas. So yes, if you have ordered from me in the last couple of weeks and you're still waiting on your package here in the UK, please do us a favor, send a DM screenshot of your order just so I can look into where it's at, okay? I think Royal Mail are catching up on themselves now because things I'm sending out are getting there in a couple of days, but I've even been spending me own money to upgrade everyone's packages just to ensure that people get them before Christmas. Okay, so I'm trying as much as I can. But once it's posted, there's not a great deal I can do until 10 of their working days have passed, unfortunately. And as they're on strike 2 days a week at the minute, those 10 working days mean that they're only working 3 days in a week, which means that on average, they were taking around 3 weeks to get there. But like I say, I posted something on— what day is it today? Today I'm on Wednesday as I record this. I posted something on Saturday and it got to someone today. So that's taken them 3 working days. So hopefully they are picking the pace up a bit. I had a customer as well contact me with photos last week saying that a member of the public had come to her door and handed her a parcel that she'd found in the middle of the road outside of her house. Unfortunately, it had been run over by a car. I think the postman must have dropped it in the middle of the road and then maybe ran over it when he was leaving, but it was a package worth £160. So yeah, fun times. Is it January yet? Anyway, to get to my point, Royal Mail are on strike again from the 23rd of December, so the last day for guaranteed post before Christmas is probably going to be this weekend, okay? Obviously I'll still be posting right up until the end of the 22nd of December. It just means that it may not get to you until after Christmas, unfortunately, okay? So please do bear with. I'm also taking the 23rd of December to the 1st of January off. I know this is information overload. Don't worry. I'll be putting it all on me socials, but I just think, you know, it's about time that I had an actual break, the first time in 20 months. So any orders placed during this time will be collected on the 2nd of January when everything opens back up again, but I'll pop everything on me socials too, like I say, so that you're all aware. And just as I record this podcast episode as well, because it's Wednesday right now as I'm recording, and I know this episode goes live on Friday, but I've just managed to manifest something amazing in the last 7 minutes. And I'm going to put this on my story as well because I really need to share this because other people, like, don't believe when stuff like this happens. So I saw an advert for the Newcastle Dog and Cat Shelter, and when I went on, they were doing the Warm Paws appeal. They do this every winter, and they stated on their website that it takes roughly £50,000 per year for gas and electric to heat the paddocks and the kennels and the pens and things like that. So next year, with the added inflation here in the UK of gas and electricity costs and stuff like that, they're expecting that bill to go up to around about £200,000. So they were asking for any donations, any monetary donations, should I say. So basically I went onto the website, you can click a link, and when I went on, I thought, I'm going to give them a donation. And you could donate like anything from £1 upwards, and And the donation options were like £1, £2, £5, £10, £20, and then the last one was £259.09. And I thought, hmm, that's a bit of a weird amount. But when I read underneath, it said it costs on average £259.09 to heat one kennel for the year. So I thought, do you know what, let's just do it. Let's go ahead and donate on behalf of all you lovely podcast listeners, on behalf of all my customers over the year, let's donate the £259.09. So obviously I sat there in gratitude. This only happened like 10 minutes ago, by the way. And I sat there and I was like, oh, this is so lovely. It's so nice that I'm able to like give money to charity, and it means that a dog or a cat or just some kind of animal basically won't be late on a freezing cold floor. And I know that would never come down to that anyway, but you know what I'm saying. Um, so yeah, I made that donation 7 minutes after I've made that donation while I was recording this podcast, and like I say, I am going to put this on my Instagram story, an order came through for £255. Now you can't tell me that that's coincidence, okay? All of my orders today have been under £100. As soon as I make a payment to— for a donation for £259, an order for £255 comes in. It was almost like the universe was saying, okay, you've give it out, here it is back. Do you know what I'm saying by that? I can't believe when stuff like that happens, it genuinely gobsmacks me, but that's literally just happened as I've been recording this podcast. So, um, if you saw that on Wednesday, yeah, it will be on my story because today is Wednesday. Anyway, let's get cracking with today's episode because I could literally talk for days. So I've based today's episode around something that I've been bombarded about lately, and it's something that I probably get the most messages about over anything else about about. So it's basically about manifesting love and healthy relationships, okay? So I think other than manifesting money, love is probably a very close second place of all the things that people want so desperately in their lives. So we're going to take a look at how do you manifest love. So there are several different ways to manifest love into your life, okay? But one common method that I would probably recommend is by doing a love manifestation ritual. Okay, and these rituals can be performed whenever, wherever, but if you look at the lunar calendar that I discussed a few episodes ago, the best time to do this is on a Friday, okay, because Fridays are ruled by Venus, which is the planet of love, romance, and relationships, and at nighttime as well, because the moon creates safety and stability and harmony in love and relationships. So what do I mean by a love manifestation ritual, I hear you all ask? So when I say ritual, I don't mean go and slice a hole in a small animal, sacrifice it to the gods, okay? I just mean to go ahead, put all your intentions into making it happen by doing these little tiny exercises, okay? So the first thing that you can do is write a letter of intention. So we know that you have to get clear on what it is that you want from your ideal partner, okay? So you want to know who is this person, What qualities do they have? You're going to outline these wants in a letter of intention, okay? So be as specific as possible. You're going to write it and address it to the universe. Be as specific as you possibly can, like I say, down to physical attractiveness and finances. Don't feel guilty for asking what you want, okay? So when you get specific, there might be some guilt that comes up because it can kind of feel shallow at first to ask for these things, but you're just claiming what you want. And also, the universe may be bringing that connection to you, but if it's not packaged the way that you were clear about, you might miss out on that manifestation completely, okay? So keep your letter clear and concise. You might even end it with a phrase along the lines of, "I'm manifesting these outcomes of my highest good and the highest good of everyone involved," okay? Because if you say something like that, it'll make you feel better inside knowing that no one will be harmed. You know that no one's going to be harmed anyway, but it's almost like a backup. It's, it, it's kind of telling your mind that you'll be more likely to then manifest it, okay, because you've got no blocks around it. So after you've written your letter of intention, you're going to want to visualize it. So visualize yourself doing the things that you would enjoy or appreciate in a relationship with a soulmate or that specific person of interest. Visualize the name, visualize their image, send them good intentions, okay? When you send out the healing energy of love to them, that encourages them that there's no pressure and you're not rushing the process because it's already been achieved spiritually. So once you've done your visualizing, you're going to send your message out into the universe. You're going to create an altar space for your letter, and if you have one, you can even light a pink candle, okay? Because pink is used for self-love, love, and, you know, Venus-based rituals in candlework. So Before placing your letter at the altar, fold it 3 times towards you, okay, because that's how you call energy in. And then you can just use a plain, like I say, uncentered pink candle. Put your letter near or underneath the candle, but don't burn the paper. Light the candle daily until it completely burns out, and just keep your letter there until that person or that relationship manifests into your life. So if you're working with crystals, you want to be using crystals like rose quartz because that opens your heart. It makes you more receptive to love. You could use malachite, that also opens your heart, but it also cultivates healthy relationships. And then lepidolite as well, that's a really good one because for those that have trauma and need healing, it can also help with anxiety around manifesting. And my ultimate crystal, I'd say too, for relationships and manifesting the one as such, uh, would be strawberry quartz. It's all about passion, fire. Well, carnelian's pretty much the same as well, but strawberry quartz and carnelian are about like passion, fire, desire, that kind of thing. And then the final and perhaps hardest step is to basically embody your list of desires. So everything that you want from this person, give it to yourself first, okay? This is how we can become a magnet to attract someone with the qualities we desire. So you know how people say the most important relationship you can ever have is the one that you have with yourself? Well, this is very concept in action. Okay, so essentially, once you give yourself the things that you wish a partner would give you, you'll then attract the love that you deserve into your life. Because when we vibrate at the frequency of love, we become very attractive to others. And the most attractive and beneficial thing that you can do in order to manifest love is really just walking around feeling like you're already in this ideal relationship, if that makes sense. Kind of like that you already have the love that you're wanting, and that'll guarantee that it will come running to you. So it's kind of forgiving, letting go, and just being as is. So something else that I get asked a lot is, how long will all of this take to manifest? And I know it's frustrating, but there's really no set timeline on when you'll receive who or what you're manifesting. And we know this, we all know this by now. When it comes to manifestation, it really is just about divine timing. So you also have to be willing to dissolve any of those, you know, limiting beliefs or blocks, and that basically shows that you can support the reality of your manifestation. That person can walk into your life tomorrow, but it won't matter unless you believe that you're worthy enough to support that reality. Have you ever heard, for example, about people winning the lottery? And then a year later they're filing for bankruptcy. Or pop stars or footballers that have made all this money and then a year later they've got nothing, they're filing for bankruptcy. That's because they've got their manifestation but they hadn't done the work first. So they've basically built a house on sand, so to speak, rather than on concrete, if that makes sense. You'll know that your dream partner is on their way or is already here as well because you'll start to notice synchronicities in your life. So little coincidences, um, for example, like this week I've seen angel numbers like never before and I know something is on the cusp. Like there is something coming to me, I don't know what it is. But I ordered something off Amazon, my order number was filled with 222s. Someone made an order on me website for £222 the other day. I saw a 222 on a car registration plate parked in front of my car. The police said that 22 cars across our estate have been broken into. I looked at me phone most nights this week at 22:22, dot on on the time. Is it all a coincidence? Absolutely not. There are no coincidences with the Law of Attraction, okay? So if you're wondering, is this a sign about something that feels different, it most likely is. Just remember that once you've done all of this, you need to release, okay? You need to let go of that want and that need because that's coming from a place of desperation. You just need to know that it is coming to you. And don't get us wrong, it's hard to imagine finding the right person when every single relationship that you thought would go somewhere ended up in heartbreak. I know this, I've been there myself. I actually have an amazing story about how I found my fiancé Johnny, but I'm saving that for my book. Ding! Um, but yeah, finding the kind of love that you want can be a struggle, and it can even leave you wondering whether a lasting relationship is actually in the cards for you. So if you want a relationship founded on unconditional love, by energetic law, the universe can only send you the person who is an energetic match to your energy right now. So if you want love, you need to be love, okay? This way you won't have to worry about who's on the other side of your past, present, or future, because you're just committing to that energetic vibration that you want. And by the law of energy, the other person will have to energetically match you. So if you want the universe to work in your favor, you also need to do your part. Manifesting the love that you want really depends on how open you are to receiving that. And a lot of people struggle with this because you need to be aware of potential opportunities to meet someone special. You need to step outside of your comfort zone from time to time. For instance, if your friends keep on asking you to go out with them on a Friday night and you keep on saying no, you're limiting your opportunities. How are you going to find the love of your life sat on the couch watching Gogglebox? Unless you're on dating apps or something like that, you are limiting your opportunities. If you were to go out to a supermarket, you're going to meet people. If you were to go on a night out, you're going to meet people. Chances are you'll probably have a drink and you'll end up chatting them to death. So you're more likely to meet people. There's more opportunities. So don't limit your opportunities for your manifestation to come to fruition. Without action and putting yourself out there and without moving towards what you desire, nothing is going to happen. It's just going to be wishing. Okay, but if you follow up your manifestations with a dating profile and increase social interactions by going out and trying new things in new areas with new people, then things are going to go more easily and swiftly. Your ideal partner isn't going to come to you any faster if you're just sitting around waiting for them to show up. When we vibrate in a space of needing someone or something, that lack energy actually pushes away what we desire. And we know this. But if you want the universe to be on your side, it's all about trust and allowing it to work its magic. And one way to do that is to keep moving forward. Keep doing things that make you feel fulfilled and happy. Do things that help you create kind of that positive vibe while you're waiting basically for your ideal person to be delivered. Whatever creates that positive vibe inside you and that energy, that's going to be essential in attracting the love of your life. You probably know by now that gratitude can also help you feel more positive about your life, so it shouldn't come as a surprise that being grateful and giving thanks can also help attract your ideal partner to you. So you just need to give thanks for all the little signs that your ideal partner is getting closer and closer. Gratitude is one of the highest vibrating emotions that we can connect to. So when we feel gratitude for all that we have already in our lives, our desires will then flow to us much, much faster. So spending just a few minutes each day writing in a gratitude journal, that's really one of the most easiest ways to keep you on track with that. But ultimately, just remember giving yourself a time frame for when you should find love, that's only going to make you more and more anxious. Okay, I always said I'm going to be with a wife and kids by the time I'm 21, then it was 25, then it was 30, and I'm 35 now and I still haven't got that kid. Still haven't got a wife either, but hey ho. Um, but yeah, I'm settling down now, but I put like a time frame on that and I tried to cap that so many times, and that's only just going to make me struggle even more, and it did. So if you're trying to manifest the right person for you, just remember that love happens when it's supposed to. And I know that sounds like a proper cliché thing to say, but it does. Sometimes the universe will introduce you to the love of your life after a week of manifesting. Sometimes it might take years. Just because it's taken longer than you'd like, it doesn't mean that it won't ever happen. And then what happens when you've got your relationship? Okay, so how do we ensure that it's healthy? And it's usual for any romantic relationship to experience highs and lows. That's just part of This is because two people with different upbringings and mindsets are involved. So I'm going to come out and say this, but if you want your romantic relationship to be healthy once you've got it, you and your partner must do the work. You can't manifest for another person, and I'm sick of telling people this. You cannot manifest for another person, but what you can do is manifest for yourself, because everything that you manifest internally will eventually radiate outwards. So to manifest a healthy relationship, ideally both parties should be doing this kind of work, or at the very least should be open to it. Okay, so building a healthy relationship isn't easy, and you'll know this if you're in a relationship at the minute. It involves communication, commitment, and lots of other key components to make it work. But if you don't love yourself, it might be challenging to manifest a relationship with a specific person. It's important to mention that if you don't think of yourself positively, you might not get someone who feels the same way about you. One of the best ways to achieve self-love is to identify your weaknesses and work on overcoming them. To manifest a good relationship, you should also recognize your strengths and use them to build the confidence within you. So when you learn how to love yourself, you can attract someone with the same mindset, and that's going to become more, more easy to have a relationship with love and trust. So one of the main reasons why some relationships don't work is that the partners don't know how to communicate, and you've probably heard this before, and again, this is quite a cliché thing to say, but if you want to know what your partner wants and thinks, you need to communicate. Also, if you want your partner to know how you feel, you need to communicate with them. When your partner is discussing with you, you need to ensure that you listen to the important details of that conversation, and that can also help you ask open-ended questions that will lead to more conversations with them as well. It's important to always find ways to grow together, to learn how to, you know, manifest a healthy relationship with someone, and therefore, when there are problems in the relationship, you can look at the issues as a chance to grow and improve from that. You can always see the positive side, kind of see them as life lessons. Another way you can manifest a healthy relationship is just to be honest with your partner. You need to know that honesty is a two-way street. If your partner knows that you're honest, they're likely to be open with you too. So being respectful and kind to your partner is another way, because if you claim to love your partner and you want a healthy relationship with them, you've got to show it in your actions. Conflicts happen in a relationship, but remember, don't treat your partner like a twat in the midst of it all, okay? Just learn to be gentle with your words. For example, even though your partner knows that you're angry, just let them be happy to see that you care about their feelings and not use the wrong words. Boundaries are so important if you want to learn how to manifest a healthy relationship. You should be able to request some alone time from your partner, for example, and they shouldn't see anything wrong with that. And similarly, they should be able to get that from you as well. But setting boundaries in your relationship kind of allows you and your partner to drive the relationship at your pace without any added pressure. And I will say another way on how to manifest a healthy relationship is to speak gracefully of your partner when you're in public. And I've done this myself, don't get us wrong, but avoid making the mistakes of discussing your partner's issues with other people. Now, I've done this a lot in the past, and I spoke about my past relationships to friends when my partner's done things wrong, and then it taints their views of that other person, and eventually there's no coming back from that. And doing that obviously makes those people that you've told disrespect your partner. So just remember that you and your partner have that kind of duty of care to each other to support and protect your image. Quality time with your partner is one of the best hacks on how to manifest a healthy relationship, and this might seem really, really obvious to you, but this is one of the main reasons why some partners feel like they've fallen in love again after several years of being together. When you spend enough time with your partner, you will get to know them, okay? No matter how busy your schedule is, create some time to spend with your partner. The trick can be to reach out to them at intervals during the day to learn how they're doing. So for example, me and Johnny will text each other a couple of times during the day, nothing much, but we'll just like check in on each other. And then later at night while we're having our tea or something like that while watching the telly, we can have those long conversations, the more in-depth, okay? So knowing how to manifest a healthy relationship will become easier and easier for you as time goes on. And I'm not saying this to brag in any way, But I've been with Johnny for 8 years now, and honestly, this is the most effortless relationship I've ever been in. I wasn't exactly a whore in my day, don't get us wrong, but I did jump from relationship to relationship, and it was always like arguments and me packing me bags every other week and full of drama and no communication. And now with Johnny, in 8 years, I think we've had 3 arguments, and they've not been over anything like really bad, like no one's cheated or no one's like threatened to walk out or anything. They've just been little bickering arguments. But yeah, we've had 3 arguments in 8 years because we talk and we talk everything out. Bloody hell, I feel like a marriage counselor saying all this, but you know when you've just been through all of this, so you feel like you can give like that real life firsthand experience about it. Yeah. So anyway, I hope that answers all of your manifesting healthy relationships messages. I've tried to fit in a bit there about how you can manifest that perfect person in your life and then what you can do to enhance that healthy relationship. So that it does flourish into a healthy relationship and it's not a toxic one. Okay, so yes, I hope that answers all of your questions.
