Welcome back to another episode of Cani Crystals the podcast. I think that this episode is something wild, like episode 72. It's like I started this pod, I blinked, and we're here in 2023. Time is going so, so fast, do you not think? So fast in fact that this week I went to pick up my Range Rover. Yes, um, I've had that Range Rover on my vision board now for the last 12 months, and oh my God, I can't even explain it. I've sat in that feeling of gratitude for the last day now since receiving it, and I can't even put into words how in love with it I am. So I was driving back from the dealership where I got it from, and I was driving back to my house. It's about 8 miles, but in Newcastle the roads are shit, basically. So it was about half an hour drive. And as I was driving it back to my house, I was trying to turn the heating down because I was absolutely boiling and I had the windows open. And I mean, it is the middle of winter, but the heating was belting out and I couldn't figure out how to basically turn the heating down. There was these knobs, but they weren't really doing anything. Oh, not that I thought anyway. But somehow I managed to turn on a seat massager and heated seats. I didn't even know they were a thing. I feel like I'm living in the future. And then last night, because obviously I'd only drove it home, I was too scared to like go out and drive it anywhere else. So last night I got— it got to about 8 o'clock and I went and I sat in the car and Johnny texted me and he was like, are you sat in the car right now? And I went, yes. And he was like, what are you doing? And I was like, I'm just trying to get to grips with it. And I was just sat there on the drive, but in the car, I just love it. I was like stroking the seats and just smelling the smell and feeling gratitude for it. I am so, so happy because I've been driving for 18 years now, since my 17th birthday, and this is the very, very first car that I've been able to buy meself from new. So I've only ever had like secondhand cars in the past. So I'm just kind of elated that I'm able to do this now. My last car, for example, I had for almost 11 years. But yeah, I just love it so, so, so much. So well done me from me. And, um, what else? Oh yes, so this might be a little shorter than usual this episode. I always say that, don't I? And then I bang on about shite for half an hour. Um, because believe it or not, I am still putting things together for the Manifesting Money Masterclass launch next Friday, and it's going to go live on the private Facebook group at 6 PM. Um, it's being launched across the Canny Crystals Academy, cannycrystalsacademy.co.uk. Um, it's a lot more than I thought it was going to be and a lot more work than I thought it was going to be, so that's why it's like It's slowly coming out and it's slowly being drip fed to everyone, but I've spent all last weekend, for example, recording all the video footage for the course, and once I edited it all down, there's still well over 2 hours of video content included. So obviously it's just so much work, so I must crack back on with it as soon as I've recorded this, and I do have a meeting in 25 minutes, but you know what I'm like, I'll end up going over on this. If you haven't already, join the free Facebook group. All you have to do is go onto Facebook and type "Kanni Crystal's Manifesting Money Masterclass" in the search in Facebook, and you can join us for free. I think there's about 400 of us in there at the minute, and that is absolutely amazing. Thank you so much to everyone who's joined so far. I'm hoping to get it to 500 before the launch next Friday, so go do your thing. So this week I wanted to talk about something manifestation related, and it's all about how most people are resisting their desires. And how we go about easing this resistance. So this is kind of super important to me personally as well, because I feel like we're all doers and we're all achievers, or at least we can be when we put our minds to it. But what we tend to do is we overthink things and we overdo the planning. So then when it doesn't actually happen as we decided that it should or how we think it should be planned out, we will either criticise ourselves or we just believe that, you know, manifestation doesn't work. We pass it off and we never come back to it ever again. But we know by now manifesting our goals is a process that involves bringing our deepest desires to reality, and that requires us to have like this clear vision of what we want to achieve. We've got to have that strong belief in our ability to make it happen. Even with the best intentions and a solid plan in place, we can still encounter resistance along the way. And I'll talk about some of my own like resistance experiences in a while as well. But resistance can come to us in so many ways. So that can include, you know, things like fear or self-doubt or limiting beliefs and negative self-talk. And that can make us feel stuck and overwhelmed and unsure of our next steps. And when you're manifesting, that's a pretty big deal. So there are several ways that we can ease the resistance to manifesting our goals, regardless of the source. It can be kind of challenging to move past that resistance and stay focused on achieving our goals. So I've got 3 little tips for you to help ease resistance to manifesting the goals. And the first is something that I spoke about quite frequently, which is identifying and releasing your limiting beliefs. And this is massive. Okay, so limiting beliefs are beliefs that we hold about ourselves or others or the world around us that hold us back from achieving our goals. So they can be self-imposed or they can be influenced by, you know, our friends, our family, our parents, past experiences, conditioning. But when we hold on to those beliefs, we create more and more resistance, and that makes it difficult to manifest our goals. So to ease the resistance to manifesting the goals, we've got to first identify and release them limiting beliefs. And one way to do this is through kind of introspection, you know, looking inwards and self-reflection and journaling, that kind of thing. By becoming aware of the negative thought patterns and the negative self-talk that arises when we think about our goals, we can then start to recognise the limiting beliefs that are then holding us back. And once we've identified them limiting beliefs, we can then challenge them. We can ask ourselves, are they really true? Or are they something that we've just come to be conditioned over the years and something that we've learned from other people? Like, are they based on facts? Or is that just our perception? And when I started working with Jude Daunt, my life coach, um, we first went through loads of limiting beliefs. And I remember Jude had like, I think it was like a sheet of 50, 50 limiting beliefs, and she said like, circle all the ones that you think you are, kind of thing. And then she asked me about them afterwards, and I remember her saying to me like, are they facts or are they your perception? Are they serving you or are they holding you back? Because by challenging our limiting beliefs, we can begin to shift our mindset and we can replace them with more positive and empowering beliefs. And there are so many ways to release limiting beliefs. Like, we can do visualization, we could, you know, do affirmations, working with a coach or a therapist like I was working with Jude. Visualization involves kind of picturing ourselves like achieving our goals and letting go of anything in the way, letting go of any limiting beliefs that could be holding us back. And then when we carry out like affirmations, they're positive statements that help to reprogram our subconscious mind with positive beliefs. And obviously working with Jude, she could provide guidance and support to me as we kind of work together to release all those limiting beliefs. So the second step, I would say, is to focus on the positive. Now, we know that, like, by focusing on the positive and focusing on gratitude, what you put out, you attract more of inwards. So focusing on the positive is kind of another way to ease that resistance to manifesting the goals. So when we focus on the positive aspects of our goals we generate that positive energy that can help us overcome any resistance that we might encounter. So for example, we might decide to create a vision board, which is what I did last year, and I put all of my, like, dreams and goals and desires on it because it's a visual representation of our goals because that can help us to stay motivated and focused on what we want to achieve. So I've got mine, I'm looking at it right now, it's in front of my door. To my office. So every time I come in and I turn the light on, it's above the light switch. Every time I go out and I turn the light off, I see it again. And it's everywhere. It's on my iPad, it's on my MacBook, it's on my phone. Do you know what I mean? I've got that everywhere. It includes pictures, affirmations. I've put it on my Instagram before, you've probably seen it before. And it's just got like other visual representations of my goals on that vision board. But when you place it somewhere, you see it every single day. Even just spending a few minutes each day visualizing ourselves achieving our goals, that really, really helps to ease that resistance to manifesting. And practicing gratitude as well, that's another powerful tool that can really help to shift our focus from what we lack to what we actually have. Because when we focus on what we are grateful for right now in the moment, we generate, you know, that positive energy that can help us manifest our goals. So just make a list of things that you're grateful for every single day. Take time to appreciate the good things in your life. And I think as well as that, kind of paying attention to the way that we talk to ourselves, because are we our own worst critic? Like, do we focus on our flaws instead of our strengths? Because I think I used to, and I don't anymore, but I know a lot of my friends do, and I hear it every time they talk. Like, they talk about what's going wrong instead of what's going right for them, or they'll talk about their weaknesses rather than their strengths. And I'm like, why would you put yourself down like that? Start practicing positive self-talk by focusing on your strengths and your accomplishments. Because when we hear negative self-talk creeping in, we just have to replace that with positive affirmations. So then the third step I'd say to easing resistance is to take inspired action. And I say this all the time about taking inspired action, and I always get messages from you lot like asking what I mean by that. Taking inspired action, that's the third way to ease resistance to manifesting our goals. Inspired action is, it's kind of action that comes from a place of alignment with the goals and values themselves, and it's action that feels natural and easy rather than forced or stressful. So you can, for example, connect with inner guidance. So before taking action, you could take a few moments to connect with your inner guidance. That might involve, you know, like meditation or journaling, or simply even taking a few deep breaths to center yourselves, but just ask for guidance on what steps to take next and trust your intuition to guide you. Can you remember a few episodes ago— apologies if you're new at the podcast— but a few episodes ago I said that I had, um, a psychic reading with Z, and minutes before that I'd done some meditation as to, you know, how am I going to drive the business forward and things like that. And when I opened my eyes, I looked up at my bookshelf and when I looked up at there, I've got loads of spiritual development books on there, and a lot of them have the Hay House logo. And all of a sudden I thought, hmm, maybe I could get a book deal with Hay House. And just like that, it was that inspired action. And that's kind of what I mean by how it should feel aligned. It should feel natural and just come to you with ease. Okay, so the next thing you can do is you can break down your goals into smaller steps, because we know that if I said If I said to you, for example, you can earn £30,000 in a month, you'd be like, oh my God, that is so unachievable for me right now, going from £500 a day to £30,000 in a month. But when you think about it, if you break it down into smaller steps, what is that daily? It's £1,000 a day. And if you were making £500, you might be like, oh yeah, it's only double what I'm doing at the minute. And if I'm sending out, what, 10 orders, then I only need to send out 20 orders. Do you know what I mean? Big goals can sometimes feel really overwhelming to us, and that can also create that resistance to taking action. But to ease that resistance, we just need to break our goals down into smaller, like, bite-sized, more manageable chunks, and that will make it easier to take action and stay motivated. And I think that's another thing as well, is to take action consistently, because taking that consistent action is the key to manifesting our goals. You need to set aside your time every single day or each week towards taking that action towards your goals, even if it is just a really, really small step. That will help to build momentum, and it creates a sense of progress that can motivate us to keep on going. And I think something else to mention there as well is to stay open to new opportunities. So sometimes the path to our goals, it might take kind of, you know, unexpected turns. You might fork off in one direction and then start forking off in another. But it's important to remain flexible. It's important to stay open to all these new opportunities and possibilities that can happen because they might lead us to even greater successes than we originally envisioned. Then you also need to be open to feedback because when we take inspired action, we might encounter obstacles or setbacks along the way. But rather than giving up, we need to use that experience, although, you know, all those opportunities to learn and grow. And when you're open to feedback from other people and you're willing to adjust our approach as needed, that makes everything 10 times easier and that resistance eases. Okay. And then another thing, celebrate your progress, no matter how small. It can really help us stay motivated and focused on our goals. Like I say, I put that video on of my Range Rover yesterday and one of my friends jokingly sent me a message saying something like, "Little Miss," what was it? "Little Miss Self-Absorbed." And I was like, well, no, I'm not self-absorbed. I'm just shouting about my wins because when you shout about wins, you're putting yourself in that mindset of alignment and you are a wealthy person and you're allowed to shout about your wins. I've manifested this. I've been working really fucking hard for the last 12 months to make sure that I could achieve this. And like I said, it's the first car I've bought myself in 18 years. First new car, should I say, in 18 years. So for me, that wasn't a braggy post, but for them, I know they were joking, but Little Miss Self-Absorbed really kind of you know, got to us a little bit. But, you know, easing the resistance to manifesting your goals is a process that requires, like I say, introspection, positivity, and inspired action. By identifying and releasing those limiting beliefs, focusing on the positive, and taking that inspired action, we can overcome the resistance. We can achieve our goals with greater ease. You just need to remember to be patient and persistent and kind of trust in the process of manifestation.. And what I find also that helps is things such as, you know, making the process easier for yourself. So really taking a look at what you're trying to manifest, how you can get there easier. And that might sound like such a simple idea, but let's say for example, just before Valentine's Day, I wanted to order Johnny these beautiful brownies that I had seen online. It was like a bakery, you know, on Instagram. And I went onto her website, and when I was on her website, the website was really, really difficult to like get around, and none of the products had any descriptions on them. They just had a photo. And there was a box of 6 brownies that, say for example, was £10. But then there was a box of 8 brownies, so it was only like 2 more, and it was £24. And I was like, well, why is the one with 6 like considerably lower than the one with an extra 2 brownies for an extra £14? Made no sense. So there was no contact details on there. I couldn't get in touch with them. Uh, there was no email address. And then when I messaged them on Instagram, I just got an automated response saying that they, they weren't currently, um, online, that kind of thing. And it was just so hard to kind of figure out what it is that I wanted to order and then place that order. And even when I was going through the checkout process, I couldn't like use any of my pre-saved card details. It wouldn't let us pay by PayPal, couldn't pay by anything else other than debit card, and it was just a really, really hard process. I think all in all it took me a good 20 minutes or so to go on their website, find out what it is that I wanted to buy, and then put the order in. And then there was an issue with the order as well. So I'd paid an extra £2.50. There was a box that said, um, if you would like the box gift wrapped with a ribbon and a bow and a message. And I clicked that and I entered in this lovely message. It said you could have up to 200 characters. And I pressed checkout and it came up with an error saying you must put in, um, a message. And I was like, Well, I have. So I thought, is it over 200 characters? Is that what it is? So anyway, I went back and deleted a few and I looked at it and I ended up counting them and it was 130 characters. So I pressed checkout again and it deleted my message again and said, you must put a message. So I ended up unticking the gift box thing. And when I checked out, it actually charged me the £2.50 for the gift box anyway. So I messaged them and I sent them a message and I said, hi, I couldn't input. It kept on basically kicking me out and saying that you need to input a message, but I had and it kept deleting it every time I clicked checkout. And I said, please can you put this on the box, here's the order number. They read the message, didn't get back to me. 3 days later, that box of brownies came to me, not gift wrapped, no bow, no message. So I asked them for the refund for the £2.50, they've read that message as well, they still haven't messaged me back. Do you know what, it was just so hard and I thought, if they are trying to manifest wealth, they are making it so fucking hard for themselves. Because I know from a customer's perspective that when a customer goes on my website, they tend to take 1 to 2 minutes to find what it is that they want and to check out. And you've got to, you've got to really grasp that. So I've got to say, well, is this attainable in like 1 to 2 minutes? Can a customer go on my website, find what they're looking for, and go through the checkout in under 2 minutes? And yes, they can on my website. No, I couldn't on her website, and it was really fucking stressful. So like I say, make the process easier. Okay. And, you know, I'm talking about making it easier for people to pay you, but just to make it as simple as possible if money is your manifestation. But say, for example, that love was your manifestation. Don't make it awkward. Okay. So if you went out on a date make it as simple as possible for that other person to show you that love and show you that affection. Don't put that wall up, you know what I mean? Like, don't make it awkward. Just be yourself. You've got to ease that resistance. But like I say, once you identify what that resistance is and you manage to ease that, you're then able to manifest from a place of, oh my God, I can have anything I want. And we all can, and it's all achievable to everyone. Okay, you just need to identify and take a step back and look at the process and think, how can I make this process easier? How can I ease the resistance for the manifestation to come to fruition? And like I say, some people sit back and they will like make a wish and they'll think, oh, my manifestation is going to come true because I wished it and I felt it. But are you willing to meet the universe halfway? Because that is resistance. You're not willing to do what it takes. Whereas I've sat here 12-hour days, 7 days a week for the last, what, year now since I left the NHS, coming up a year at the end of this month. And I feel like I have eased the resistance between getting that car and not getting it because I put it on my vision board. Yeah, that's only half the job. I've then sat here 7 days a week, 12 hours a day, at least packing orders, doing podcasts, doing the academy, messaging customers. Responding to DMs, going on other podcasts, going and doing talks. Do you know what I mean? I've done everything I can to ease that resistance, and you can do it all too. So I hope that answers some of your questions about easing the resistance to manifestation. I hope it really, really triggers something inside of you to think, you know what, I am making this more complicated than it needs to be. I am going to meet the universe halfway. I am going to ease that resistance, and I am going to manifest my best life. Okay, right, so just before we end this podcast episode, I just need to tell you as well, you might have seen on Instagram or Facebook if you follow us on there, um, basically I am running a competition right now. It's spread all the way across March because this is Cani Crystals' second birthday month. Can you believe it? I launched Cani Crystals on March 30th, 2021, and we are currently on March 3rd, 2023, and I just can't believe like 2 years. And I know a few people have messaged me and said like, you know, I would love some moldavite, but I just can't afford it, or, you know, it's just so expensive. And I agree, it is expensive, but it is an investment. So I thought, let's give away some moldavite in a competition. So if you have bought anything from me, or you do buy anything from me, should I say, from the 1st of March till the 31st of March, doesn't matter how big, how small,, you will get entered into this prize draw. You could buy an air freshener for £1, you could buy a subliminal for £3, you could buy that beautiful bloody pink amethyst tower that I have for like £320. You will get entered into that competition no matter how small or how big. Okay, so head to cannycrystals.co.uk, buy anything across the month of March, and on the 1st of April you might be getting a little phone call from me to say guess what, you've won this moldavite.
