Anxiety and stress are insidious forces that can really infiltrate every single aspect of our lives, often without us even noticing as well. They begin as this little whisper or worry or a flicker of uncertainty, and they can quickly amplify into all these fears and such a storm of tension that will eventually affect our sleep our decision-making, and our relationships. And when left unchecked, they can hijack our ability to enjoy life. They'll cloud our judgment, and they'll lead us into a cycle of constant unease and discomfort. Now, the physical manifestations can be just as profound as well, with symptoms, you know, ranging from a racing heart to a paralyzing inability to act. And stress and anxiety can really shrink our world. It can convince us to avoid new experiences and opportunities for fear of potential negative outcomes. And that can leave us feeling trapped in this invisible cage of our own making. So tapping, or EFT as you may know it, offers a beacon of hope for people who are caught in that stress and anxiety. And by combining, you know, acupressure with modern psychological understanding, tapping provides us with a simple yet powerful tool for self-healing. Through the rhythmic tapping on key meridian points all over your body, whilst focusing on emotional stresses, we can send calming signals to that part of the brain that controls stress responses, and that can help to reduce the fight or flight reaction and instill a sense of calm and clarity. It's a technique that empowers us to actively contribute to our own healing and well-being. And by tapping, we acknowledge our emotional states, we confront our fears head-on, all our discomfort as well, and we gently guide our psyche towards release and relief. Now, it's not just about managing symptoms, but it's also about fostering a profound shift in how we process and react to the stresses in our lives, and that opens the pathways to peace and resilience that were previously obscured by the clouds of anxiety. So if you're new to tapping, just follow what I do, repeat what I say, and let's tap into that anxiety and stress relief. Even though I have all this anxiety and stress within me, I deeply and completely love and accept myself. Even though I'm carrying a lot of tension in my body and mind, I deeply and completely love and accept myself. Even though these anxious thoughts are overwhelming right now, I deeply and completely love and accept myself. All this anxiety, I feel it so strongly. It's okay to feel this way. I acknowledge my stress. I accept my feelings. It's safe to feel this anxiety. I allow myself to process these emotions. And I'm starting to relax now. I choose to release some tension, letting go of a little stress. With every breath, I feel calmer. It's possible to feel more relaxed. So I'm letting go of the tightness. I'm releasing the need to control. It's safe to let this go. I'm allowing peace in my body. I'm inviting calm into my mind. Every tap helps me feel more serene. I'm worthy of this tranquility. I'm embracing peace with every breath. Calm is flowing through me. I am more relaxed with each moment. I am grateful for this calm. Peace is becoming my natural state. I am now filled with calm. I've released so much stress. I'm proud of myself for this work. I'm calm, centered, and relaxed. My mind is clear and at peace. I handle stress with grace. I am resilient and calm. I am free from anxiety and open to peace. And then just what I like to do at the end of an EFT session is just to, you know, get that energy moving around your body, really shake it out. And then just take a really deep breath in and hold and just release it. And you can repeat these rounds as needed. And with each round, I just want you to envision that stress and anxiety being released from your body and mind and being replaced with calm and peace. Remember, tapping can be a very deeply personal experience, so feel free to, you know, modify all those phrases and statements to better fit your specific feelings and experiences.
