That's my number 1 question: how do I build confidence? MaryKate Schmidt Schmidt Schmidt, I'm going to tell you right here in a secret that I got for you. You got to keep showing up for yourself. You got to do what you said you're gonna do. When you don't break promises to yourself, that's when everything falls into place. That's when you get that inner strength, that inner belief that We're gonna do it. 4 seconds, for 3, for 2, and 1. We front run it out. So one foot in front of the other, arms are involved. This is your 45-second cardio push. Come on. I, like I said, I'm not lying, that is my number one question I get asked. I will tell you, I struggled with self-confidence for a really long time. I didn't think I was good enough. I didn't think I was deserving. But you know what happened? I turned to movement as a self-empowerment tool. I started a program and I told myself I'm gonna stay with it. I stayed with it, and in return, day after day, I started to look in the mirror and I felt better about myself mentally and physically because again, I said I was going to do something and I committed. That's what you're doing right here. You are committed, you are dedicated, and that inner drive's coming. Let's go, 8 seconds, you push. It's 7, first 6. Quick sip if you need it. In 4, in 3, in 2, and 1. Take that sip if you need it. Squat. That was a doozy, but we're not done yet. We're starting from the top. All right, 5 seconds. For 4, for 3, toes are out. In 2 and 1, let's go. Drop down. This time you double pulse, double pulse. Bring it on up. Feels good though, right? When you feel good about yourself, everything else will align. It all starts with you. Not to sound selfish, but I'm telling you, being selfish sometimes is the best form of self-care, because when you're feeling good, everything else will. All right, let's go. Are you ready for those fun knee drives? I know at first you might be like, MK, I don't have the hang of this. That's okay, that's why we're here together. All right, your knee Sides are on deck. In 4, in 3, in 2, and 1. Right leg's going back, driving in for 1 and 2. Give me that double jump squat. 1 and 2, drive it back for 1 and 2, drop down for 1 and 2. To the side, let's go! Yep, you're doing great. That's right, left leg goes back, we drive in. Good. 15 seconds. That's right, crushing it. Yep, you stay with me even if you might be slowing down. I'm right here with you. Day 20. 8 seconds, moving on to the other side. In 4, in 3, in 2, and 1. Left side goes back. Your 30 seconds starts here. Double pulse. Then you got a 1-minute cardio finish. That is it for HIIT day 20. 15 seconds. Good. 8 seconds. Are you ready? Cardio push. You're like, MK, if I was ever ready, it's right now. In 3, in 2, and 1. You turn your face towards me. Let's go. We go front runs, arms are involved. 1-minute cardio push. What is standing in your way? Nothing, right?
