Hey, hey! We are back in the Move In By M.K. studio and I'm so excited to be here with you today as always. I'm a little emotional today, but I'm also very excited because today is day 30 of the Beginner Babe Challenge. I have literally had a blast being here right by your side every step of the way, checking out these workouts one by one, putting our best foot forward to become more consistent in our routine, to move our bodies in a way that feels good, and to ultimately be able to continue this journey together and do one that doesn't start tomorrow but that starts today. So I hope you feel the same way, and I can't wait to hear how you like this journey with me. So of course, remember to send me that sweaty selfie after this class. Let me know that you completed this workout and completed this challenge by checking off that calendar. And if you haven't opted in yet, be sure to subscribe, and I will send the workouts directly to you. All right, day 30, are you ready? I cannot believe it. Well, today we have arms. We have 4 moves, 2 times through, and that is it. But of course, the journey doesn't have to end here. I feel like it's just beginning for you. So let's Let's start it out on the back of the mat, you guys. We're gonna have those feet about shoulder width apart. Inchworm your way out into a tabletop position. Before we get started, I do just want to loosen up your hips a little bit as we're in this tabletop, so just circle it out here. This workout, I want you to be extremely intentional with this time together. It is not just a quick 10-minute workout, it is so much more than that. This 30 days is a reflection of your commitment, your consistency, your dedication— again, not to me, but to you. As we go through the 4 moves together today, I want you to remember that. All right, are you ready? We're gonna kick it on off. We're gonna start in with a knee push-up. We got it here in 3, in 2, and 1. Elbows are in tight. You're gonna come down, drop it to that push-up, shift back into that plank, tap it out for 1, tap it out for 2, drop down to your knees, hit your push-ups, shift your hips back into pretty plank, tap out to the right, tap out to the left. Drop down to your push-up. Yep, that's right. Shift hips back, pretty plank. I cannot believe it, day 30, we're here, we've done it, we've put in the time, we've put in the effort. All right, to the side. Good, drop down, hit your push-up. Stay with me here. To the side. We're gonna get ready, we hold this pretty plank in 5, in 4, in 3, 2, and 1. Hold it here, you stay here we just go side to side tap outs. 15 seconds. Good work. We're gonna lay it on down onto our booties. We hit some dead bugs. Come on, it's 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1. Laying it on down on your booties here. Come on down, slight bend in your knees. Right arm is going to go up above your head as that left leg extends. As you tuck in that left leg, left arm comes on up, switching it on out. Good, just like that. This is our opportunity to work our core. Active rest as we allow those arms to relax and the core do the work here. Let's go, day 30! Come on, if you give it anything today, I want 100% effort. You can do it! Feet are up to the ceiling or sky, arms are reaching right behind your calf. Alternate it out, pointing those toes. If that's too much for you, place your hands right behind you, support that neck. Alternate it out, pointing that toe, thinking about everything that you've learned Throughout this 30 days, thinking about how much self-growth you've experienced. Think about how maybe once you felt small when it came to your fitness journey, or intimidated, or scared. Think about how confident and strong you are now. Yes, you got what you've been working for. We get ready for your tricep dip. Tap out in 5, in 4, extend for 3, for 2, and 1. Give yourself a hug, roll yourself up. All right, fingertips facing towards that booty, knees are bent in, hips shift off the mat, gaze is forward, elbows in tight. Let's go, drop it down for 1 and 2. Turn and rotate. Tap for 1 and 2. Position yourself back. Drop booty down. 1 and 2. Bring it up. Tap it out. 1 and 2. Drop it on down. We got your ab work coming back up. Are you ready for a strong core? Yes, I know you want it. All right, day 30, come on, we're close to the end. 8 seconds here. We come down on the mat, we work those abs. In 4, in 3, in 2, and 1. Roll it on back, feet up to the ceiling or sky. All right, reach behind your calf here, point that toe, extend that leg long. Alternate it out. Low impact movement, yes, but it's really adding up. Alternate it out. Again, if you need that support, go ahead and take it here. Point that toe. All right, for the end of day 30, we're gonna finish off with a 1-minute plank. I know you can do that. We flip it over in 4, in 3, 2, and 1. Roll it on over, come into your pretty plank right on those forearms. Let's go, day 30! Like I said, kick those feet on back, drop your hips down, hold it here. All right, now let's talk about this experience together, this journey, the last 30 days. I want you to close your eyes, envision where you started, think about where you're at now, think about the mental and physical transformation you've experienced. Again, for not showing up for me, but for showing up for yourself for just 10 minutes a day. Think about how much that has hugely impacted your mental and physical well-being. I'm telling you, when you show up for yourself and do hard things or take those little steps, they lead to big results. You are living proof that you can do whatever you say you're going to do, that you can complete 30 days of 10-minute workouts. But again, it's not about the workouts, it's about the consistency, the dedication, and the commitment Yes, come on squad! All right, we finished strong in 8, 7, 6, for 5, 4, shaking for 3, 2, and 1. Shake it out. Day 30 beginner babe challengers, congrats on just crushing the last 30 days. You are incredible, you are so strong, and I am so, so proud of you. Again, I know how difficult it is to show up every single day and commit to yourself. So again, take a step back and acknowledge that growth that you've experienced. I cannot wait to continue this journey with you. Like I said, it does not need to end here, so remember to check me out on Instagram, check out my website below, and see how you can continue this journey with me. I can't wait. Send me that sweaty selfie, let me know how you did, and I will see you next time. Have a good day.
