In this short promotional video, Mary Schiller introduces her program “3 New Clients in 30 Days” and shares a concrete strategy she used in 2016 to acquire clients as a new life coach. She describes how she offered a $997 month of “unlimited” one‑to‑one coaching to her modest email list of about 350‑400 subscribers. Within a week, 8–9 people signed up, and she capped enrollment to maintain quality. Most clients used the service for two calls per week, which proved manageable for her schedule. Mary emphasizes that the word “unlimited” carries strong psychological appeal, reassuring clients that they can reach out whenever needed, which in turn boosts perceived value, client satisfaction, and revenue. She recommends other coaches consider a similar unlimited‑access structure to demonstrate care, increase client commitment, and grow earnings.

Hi, it's Mary Schiller. How are you? I wanted to make you a short video because I am really excited about this program I put together for you called 3 New Clients in 30 Days. And I wanted to share something with you today that is in the training, and I go into more detail in the training, but I just want to give you a snapshot of just one of the strategies in the program. And how I have used it myself. I've used this same kind of thing in different formats, but I'll give you one example from my first year in business. I started my business in early 2016 as a life coach, and I tried all different kinds of ways of working with people that first year, but always one-to-one. But different setups for the one-to-one coaching. And so this one day I got this brainstorm of how I could offer something really unique to the people in my audience. And at that time, I had a really small audience. I, I know my email list at this time was under 500. I want to say it was like maybe 350 or 400 people, and some of those were from a leftover business that didn't work out. So I'm not sure exactly how many of those people were actually opening my emails. But in any, in any case, I had gotten to know them through other things that I had offered, some live talks and things like that. And I put out an offer for $997 for a month of unlimited coaching. And by unlimited, I really meant unlimited, like they could talk to me as often as they wanted to. And it had a very specific subject, this coaching. So it wasn't just random coaching. And within a week, I think I had— it was either 8 or 9 people sign up, and then I closed the door because I wanted to make sure that I could accommodate everybody. What was so interesting though was that I would say most people opted for 2 calls a week. I think there was one person who might have done 3 calls a week, but it really was not burdensome on my time. At all. And I discovered that that word unlimited has a lot of power in it. Um, and most people don't take you up on that. They just like knowing that if they decide they need you and they want to talk to you, they can. And that is very, very reassuring to people. So if you are looking for some new way of structuring what you do, you might want to consider something like that. Uh, and, um, I have found that sort of structure very helpful to people. As I've been coaching business clients now for the last couple of years, this unlimited structure, this unlimited invitation is very appealing and shows a lot of love and care for your clients. And it can also mean a boost in your revenue. So I wanted to share that as just one example from what I teach in this program. And I hope you have found this helpful today. I'll talk to you again soon. Bye.
