Mary Schiller says stop planning visibility and start doing it this week. Share something even if you're uncomfortable or have no audience yet. Action beats perfection.
So do you have an idea for how you can be visible this week, and will you do it? That's the most important thing. We can have a million ideas about being visible, but the key is to start. It doesn't matter if you feel uncomfortable, just do it anyway. It doesn't matter if nobody sees whatever you share, just do it anyway. Remember, you're doing this for your own self-expression as well as starting to be that beacon for people.
