Marie Schiller streams from Paris about how struggling with language and navigation in a foreign place has changed how she sees life. She connects this to Sydney Banks' three principles, which she teaches through coaching, and says they helped her wake up to a new way of living.

Hey, it's Marie in Paris. Marie Schiller, author and coach, coming to you live right now from Paris. I'm on the Left Bank at the moment. My husband and daughter are inside a really cool bookstore over here, and we are— what street is this? I think it's the Boulevard Saint-Germain. And you can see behind me, I'm in front of a metro station, although I think it might be in reverse for you. I'm not sure, but I wanted to just share share a thought that I had, um, as I was walking here just now. And that is that, you know, one of the things that this experience is doing for me is helping me to see life anew, to see life in a really new and interesting way. Culturally, I'm, you know, very much out of sync here because I don't speak the language fluently, I don't know my way around, and I'm getting used to the food, which is great, of course, but getting used to everything. But I realized that you don't have to, you know, go move into a new country to see life anew. You can see life in a fresh way simply by understanding the simple principles that Sydney Banks expressed back in the 1970s and that I now teach people through coaching and programs and my books. Those 3 simple principles have allowed me to wake up to an entirely new life, a new experience of life, and now an actual new life, new place, new everything. So I just wanted to say bonjour to you today and let you know that if you want to wake up to a new life yourself, it's totally possible. If it can happen for me, it can definitely happen for you. So I will be back again soon. À bientôt. Au revoir for now. Bye-bye.
