Hello, this is Mary Schiller with you again for another episode of Project Streamline, where I am talking about simplifying business to increase impact and income. And this is going to be a short video for you because I am sitting here staring at my lunch, a lovely baguette sandwich that I got from my favorite boulangerie-pâtisserie down the street. So I'm going to keep this short because I'm hungry. In this video, I want to talk with you for just a couple of minutes about the idea of change. And I think that this was brought home to me yesterday in a very big way where I realized very plainly that I have been doing something for the last 3 years in terms of how I'm talking to people. And I really need to shift gears. I want to be talking about things in a very different way. So I want to really focus on helping women entrepreneurs with their pricing and building their financial independence. And I want to help people in a very direct way when it comes to transformative change. And so it's really interesting how you can sort of be doing something for a long time and then suddenly you're doing it and you're like, wow, this just doesn't feel right anymore. And you can kind of try to talk yourself into sticking with it. You can have all kinds of thinking that says, well, you know, if I abandon this, what's going to happen? Am I going to go broke? You know, this is how I've been making my living, and, and now I'm going to switch to something else. You know, what's going to happen? And I've had a lot of those kinds of thoughts. I really have, particularly in considering moving over towards being more of a business success, money coach. And, you know, I've had a lot of thinking even today about, am I doing the right thing? But last night I just knew it was time to move on. And I used to try to resist that. I used to say, you know, Mary, you know, take some measured steps here and, you know, see if that's really true. And now it's like, no, I really know that it's time to move on. I'm inspired to move in a new direction, and I feel some pull, and I want to follow it. And that has served me so well, especially in the last year and a half, as I have created a coaching practice for myself. And just the idea that I can follow this inspirational flow and I can listen to intuition and I can take the steps that look correct to me without having lots of worried thinking stopping me or fearful thinking stopping me. So my question to you today is, is there something that you have been sort of pushing down, uh, related to building your business, thinking, oh, I could never do that, I really want to do that, but I'm scared? Or, you know, is there anything that sort of keeps poking at you gently saying, "Hey, look over here, look over here." Well, I would love to hear what that is, and even if there's a lot of fearful thinking going on around it, I still want to hear what it is. So please tell me in the comments, and I'll talk to you again soon. Bye now.
