In this YouTube video, Massimiliano Dona showcases a series of unusually absurd or overly elaborate signs (“cartelli”) that he has encountered, commenting on their excessive or nonsensical nature. The speaker repeatedly emphasizes how the signage reaches “fantastical levels,” pointing out that in some cases the required paper (or written notice) seems optional or merely decorative, especially when limited to a tabletop setting. The overall tone is humorous and critical, aiming to entertain viewers while highlighting the absurdity of bureaucratic or overly formal signage in everyday contexts.
