Owning Your Sexual Self by Massimo Fontana. I want you to wake up, really, really wake yourself up. Go to the mirror, strip bare, look at yourself in front of the mirror, and vocalize what you see. If there is anything that is coming up for you that you're negating, critical of yourself, judging of yourself, This is already a starting point where you have to erase that. That mindset is so deeply ingrained in you and it can come from so many different places. It can come from your childhood, your social systems, the people that you've encountered in your life. These are all the stories that you keep on telling yourself and you keep on reinforcing them by looking for experiences around you to sediment exactly that belief. And then there's the expectation that your life is gonna give you something wondrous when you're holding onto all this nonsense. Really look at yourself. Each and every single part of your body holds beautiful information that you need to digest. I say beautiful information because this can be trauma in your body that you need to process. It can be wondrous examples of all the wonderful things that you've collated and collected throughout your life, and you embody them again. But it's down to your perspective. It's down to your mindset. You've got one of two choices. You can look at yourself in absolute awe, or you can look at yourself with a tainted eye, criticizing yourself, judging yourself, constantly making yourself subordinate against the world. Look deep into your eyes. You are going to confirm to yourself the love you have for yourself. You're going to look at yourself and start appreciating everything. You're going to start from your toes, working all the way up to your top of your crown, observing Observing with kindness, observing with love, observing with compassion. No one else is going to do this for you. You have to do this for yourself. If you don't do this for yourself, no one is going to come to your rescue. We all have to rescue ourselves. We have to rescue ourselves from ourselves. And this is the starting point. You've stripped naked, no holds barred. Removing all judgment. And look at you. Look at the immensity that is standing in front of you. Look at the immensity of potential that you have standing in front of you. Every single idea, belief, direction you want to go in your life is down to you deciding. From this moment, you can look at yourself and make that choice. You can make that choice of moving forward and never looking back at all the traumas that hold hold you back, as defining you and putting you in a box. This is your moment to shine. This is your moment to take control of the situation. This is your moment to really own who you are. Every single choice that you make has a set of consequences, and you yourself have to take responsibility of that. Your time is now. It's not tomorrow, it's not the next day, it's not living in the past, what could be, what was. No, it's right now. It's staring at you in front of this mirror. Nothing is certain in this life. We don't know how much time we have, and time is our most valuable resource. If you don't do this for yourself, you will reach a point where you will regret. You will regret a life half-lived. Whereas where you are right now, looking at yourself, looking at the immensity of who you are standing in front of this mirror, you can make that change. You can make that change in your mindset. You can make that change in your body. You can make whatever changes you decide to do. The time is now. Take a deep breath in, let it out, and face up to who you were born to be. You have total control over that decision. And yes, there will be hurdles. Yes, there will be things that you have to overcome. Yes, life will shit on you. Yes, it'll feel like a thunderstorm of crap landing on every single part of your life at moments. But it doesn't mean that the whole of your life has to be tainted. These are moments that you have to reflect on, and you have to look at them as though they have served you. And the moment you look at that and you can realize, "Hold on a second, this moment has served me and it has built me, it has instilled a deep steel in me," you can face up to anything. You are more powerful than you can imagine, and the extraordinary person in front of this mirror right now is going to face the world and own it.
