E1: Your Future Already Exists: The meditation that changed everything | Matt & Corisande Cooke
22 Jul 2026 · 54 min
Corisande Cooke used a Joe Dispenza meditation to work through losing her sense of purpose after her son Humphrey was born. In the meditation, she moved through darkness, broke free from chains, and visualized future versions of herself. The experience shifted how her nervous system works and sparked the relaunch of their Beyond podcast about manifestation and personal growth.

It was very much having like the perfect pregnancy, perfect birth, having the beautiful house that we have. But for me, I've never personally maybe gone deep within myself of my purpose and pushing myself beyond those kind of boundaries that I've always set.
You were really struggling when you'd come in and you'd be like, babe, like, you know, just total darkness. And I said, there is something that is incoherent inside of you. It's an energy that's dislodged. The irony is when you're in a dark place like you were, you need to double down on this. Yeah.
And whenever I get to a point where I'm low or where I'm really, really struggling to connect with myself, I always go back to the same thing, which is—
And then you sent me this transcript, didn't you?
Yeah, I did.
Okay, so a big welcome to Beyond, a podcast with myself, Matt Cooke, and my beautiful wife, Cora San Cooke. And we are so excited to be here. If you've been following our journey, you'll know that we did do a couple of episodes at the beginning of 2025, and then we stopped. We didn't actually call it a podcast. We called it a conversation. And I think that's because intuitively we knew we didn't have the capacity at the time to commit to a podcast full-time. We had a— at the time, our son Humphrey was about 6 months old, and it was a pretty crazy time. But now we're back and we're taking this seriously, and we are calling it a podcast. So, Coruscant, talk me through what was going on. And because this, this whole setup, we're here now.
Yeah.
Because of you. I was already running at full capacity in my head, and then you were like, babe, we need to start a podcast. So why don't you, why don't you start us off with sort of why we're here, and then I'm going to share, uh, the most incredible story because I've got all the details and we don't want to miss the details because it's such a good one. So talk, talk us through.
Well, I think for anyone that doesn't know, we sort of, you know, we had a, a great run With the kind of chat, didn't we?
Yeah.
And we— I thought it was really interesting because I, I think shortly after started my Instagram, and I just thought, well, if I start my own Instagram as well, then at least people know if they click on that, a kind of— they can put a face to the video. And I had so many people messaging me about one specific episode, which was one where I kind of got quite emotional talking about that kind of feeling after having a baby that you have, that feeling of loss, that feeling of kind of your purpose and everything that comes with it. And so many people messages— like, literally, I had messages coming in from all types of different people, people that had recently had babies, people that had older children. And I was really, really shocked by how many people said that it's not something that's talked about, that loss of self and loss of purpose. And I think it gave me a huge injection of well, this is my purpose because I had all this time of not really knowing what my purpose was. And then suddenly I realised outside of like the behind the scenes, for anyone that doesn't know, within our business and everything that we do, I'm kind of the behind the scenes of the aesthetics, how everything looks, how we kind of want to do things. And that's always been my role and, and kind of, I've always been really happy with that. But I quickly realised, I actually realised I had a voice to share something, and that gave me permission to do that. And then we kind of stopped, didn't we? And I had probably a good maybe year after that where I just thought, I'm still feeling that loss of purpose.
Hmm.
And even though I love the parts that I bring to the table in terms of how we do and create things, I still kept thinking, It's such a shame that I never continued that and actually even kind of like a disconnect between the content that I'm posting because as much as like I love my aesthetic quotes that I post and I love to kind of show the behind the scenes, there is still an element, if I'm being honest, when I post it that I can hear someone in my head going, yeah, but you're not showing yourself still though, are you? You're not pushing yourself.
Exactly.
And I'm not a talking to camera coach. That isn't me. That's you. That's your role. that's what you're good at, that's what you're amazingly natural at. That isn't me, but there is definitely a way of sharing it. So that's kind of how we got—
Yeah.
To this, really.
Absolutely. I think you, you're right. I always said to you, you sort of started off your Instagram.
Yeah.
Probably sort of about March 2025, around the same time as the first sort of chats we had. For anyone who wants to listen to those, they're—
Yeah.
They're on our YouTube channel, aren't they? Um, and you were very vulnerable. You didn't want to include that that particular clip, did you? But like you, like you've just said, it's the point that I think connected us to a lot of people that resonated with you.
Yeah.
And, you know, you've done really well with your content. And for years I was telling you, I was like, Corisande, you're more than, you're more than the camera woman, you're more than the editor, you're more than sort of like deciding what outfits I wear. You are not the background person. You're, you're the unseen artist that needs to be seen. And Cora-san's got this incredible way. You've grown your Instagram really quite quickly, and it looks beautiful. And the conversations we were having over the last sort of three months have been, you know, Cora-san still needs to come out more on Instagram. And I think it's important to talk about how you were still struggling with purpose, even though—and this was the paradox—you'd often say to me, "You'd say, Matt, I feel really guilty. I look around and we've built this incredible life, and we travel, and we have a healthy, wonderful son, and we have a." got a home in Cornwall, everything we dreamed of. But Matt, there's still something missing. And, and why don't you talk about, if you're comfortable, what we decided you'd do to try and discover that purpose, and then I'll share with everyone, yeah, what happened.
So I think it's interesting because I think there might be a lot of people listening here who say, well, yeah, that's me, I've manifested everything that I've ever kind of wanted, but there's still an element of kind of of being a little bit of disconnect, and that's okay. But you have to give yourself permission that timelines shift, things move, you know, your wants and needs will grow, and that's absolutely fine. Um, but yeah, I— you're right, I felt really, really guilty because a lot of our manifestations have been very foundational. And for me, it was very much having like the perfect pregnancy for perfect birth and having the beautiful house that we have. And but for me, I've never personally maybe gone deep within myself of like, my phys— like my purpose and like pushing myself beyond those kind of boundaries that I've always set. So yeah, we said, and something that I always do whenever I get to a point where I'm low or where I'm really, really struggling to connect with myself, I always go back to the same thing, which is a really deep meditation because I know I have to, the most important thing is I have to find some form of time where I know I can be undisturbed, which is, I know, not the case for everyone, but for me, it was like, right, I have to, this is like training for a marathon for me.
Yeah.
me, I have to prioritize my mindset now. I have to because I can feel myself slipping. So I actually— the first thing I always do when this happens is I go straight to a Joe Dispenza meditation. And for anyone that doesn't know who he is, he's the absolute GOAT.
He is.
He's— I perform some form of wizardry in his meditations. I purchased— I literally was scrolling through his meditations and I just found one that was really intuitively calling to me, and it was kind of all around hilariously something I'd never have normally gone for, which was like love and self.
And the mystical.
Yeah, like not really being anything about anything specific. I had this real— in knowing that, so I think sometimes when you reach that point of like, you don't know, like you don't— you can't really pinpoint how you feel, you don't know what's going on, you just know you need to find yourself again, it becomes nothing material. It solely becomes finding a version of you. That's all it becomes about. So that's self-love, um, you know, all the things that come with it. So I purchased the meditation and I said to Matt, right, is it possible for you to do everything with Humphrey tonight? I, I need some time to myself. I just need to literally get into this. Of course, you being as good as you are said yes.
Yeah. And I think before you share what you're about to share, let's just tee this up because the way Corisande and I work really well, whenever, whenever we're out having like dinner with friends and Corisande's about to tell a story, I'm there with bated breath making sure she doesn't leave out any of the juicy Jumping in, jumping in straight to the story. I'm like, hang on, babe, you've missed like the vital component here. So let's just, before you dive in— so we were having these deep conversations every night after Humphrey was asleep.
Yeah.
And I'm trying not to be a coach, I'm trying to be a husband.
Were you trying not to?
And when— and you, you'd say to me, you're being a coach. Yeah. And I'd be like, I know, but what you need help with is what I coach. And it was this real weird dynamic where I had to say to you, do you give me permission to be your coach?
Yeah.
And you were like, yeah, I do. And I said, where you are right now is you need to regulate your nervous system. There is something that is incoherent inside of you. It's an energy that's dislodged. I think it's somewhere in your lower 3 energy centers, perhaps your solar plexus, which is all about action, which is all about, you know, finding passion. There's something there blocking you. I don't feel like— and you were— you had a real block when it came to a desire. And when it came— when, when, when it came to even thinking about a goal or a manifestation, you couldn't get there. It was total darkness. No, I couldn't. You kept saying to me, you kept trying, and it was total darkness. And we identified a few things that— the irony is, when you're in a dark place like you were with this, you need, you need to double down on this.
Yeah.
And the problem was, in the morning, it's sort of a bit of a marathon, a bit of a sort of, uh, I come in here in the morning for an hour, and then we sort of do a relay and switch. And by the time we've done journaling, our gratitude and everything else, really to then sit down and do an hour's meditation. There just isn't the time authentically. And you were really struggling with time, and you'd come in and you'd be like, babe, like, you know, it's just total darkness. And I knew it was so bizarre because you were someone that had the most extraordinary meditations, you know.
Yeah.
And I'd be like this geek, and I'd be like, my God, sit down, tell me all about it. And I'd be there with a notepad and pen, just like, you know, you'd have these out-of-body experiences and you'd have these past life regressions where you were like in the, you know, the 18th century, and it's unbelievable. And we sat down. And I know that the 2 best times to meditate are either first thing in the morning or last thing at night. But with you, the moment you— any form of relaxation last thing at night, you're gone, you're asleep. Takes Corisande 5 seconds, head on the pillow, and she's gone. I don't think you've ever watched an end of any podcast we've ever listened to in bed because you're gone. It's like a lullaby. And I was like, right, okay, we need to try and figure out a time here. And we got into this really good rhythm where I was getting Humphrey to sleep sort of from about, what, 5:30 till 6:30? And there was this window where you had this sort of free time. And actually, when we identified it— and perhaps someone can resonate in their own life if they're trying to find this— you identified actually that that was your only time of the day where you doom scroll. Because—
And you've got to kind of ignore someone saying, oh well, you need to meditate in the morning, you need to meditate here, you need to— you've, you've got to ignore that. Because I think I've realized meditation is all about being able to switch off.
Exactly.
It's irrespective of when the brainwaves, I know the brainwaves, when they should be, you know, and all this, but let's just talk about the fact that if you're a busy mum and you can hear something going on, we all know it, any mums out there will know, you hear a cry, you hear anything going on, your ears prick up and your mind's gone, it's there on your child, you're not even thinking about what you're doing in that moment, your whole body is just, you know, taking you over there, and mind, by the way. So I'd lost that part of me that could switch off, Uh, completely.
Really good point.
Completely. So what I realized I was trying to do, and anyone that can relate here, this is a really key crucial point, this is why I'm sharing this story, is that I was trying to do what I used to do, right? Never gonna work. I was trying to do what I used to do before having Humphrey. That was, that was, that, that's not a thing anymore. I now have a child, I now have a baby, I'm now a mum, different person to who I was prior to having Humphrey. So I had to go Oh, okay, here you are. You're living in the past still, Coruscant here. You need to change now.
So that's when we identified that, okay, so from half 5 to half 6, and I sort of said to you, you know, look, um, you might just need to have a longer meditation. It might take you a little bit longer to slow down your brain. But actually what we identified straight away was because you were able to switch off because you knew, yeah, that Humphrey's pretty good with me at like just settling anyway in general, perhaps I have some calming energy.
I don't know, but whatever.
Wizardry.
Let's not even question it.
We know he's calm when he's with me. So you, you were able to switch off with that. And then, and then we found the meditation, and the meditation was one of Joe's. It was something like the mystical or love.
And I looked through and I was like, right, I can't do an hour. No, I can't do 45 minutes. Can't do that. And I, for now, I just swipe past any of those.
Yeah. So you found a half an hour one?
Yeah, half an hour.
And Share. And then, and then if you're okay, so everyone knows, I say to Cora-san, if you have a crazy experience, the first thing I want you to do is just voice note it into like ChatGPT, and then, and then just save it and send it to me. And then you sent me this, this transcript, didn't you?
Yeah, I, I did. And I, and, uh, so it was, uh Yeah, it was a great time because I knew everything was like going on was sorted.
Yeah.
And I— it's an amazing meditation, actually. I'll try and share it, uh, on my Instagram, and it has some amazing music behind it as well, which really, really helps. And so just to set the scene, uh, I decided, which is something I never normally do, to set an intention before the meditation, and So for me, doing that is how I direct where I want that meditation to go. So what's the reason I'm doing it? Not just doing it to relax. I'm doing it for a reason. I'm doing it because I need to, I need to go and assess and, and, and basically face a part of myself right now that's struggling. I need to face that. So that was my intention.
And then, so we don't miss out on any of the details—
Yeah, because I will miss out, by the way.
I'm really good at the details. Yeah, so these are Corisande's words. So let me just set the scene. So I'm here, Comfrey's fast asleep. It's about 6:30. I'm sort of getting up to leave his room. Phone pings. I'm like, oh, okay, so this is going to be juicy. So she's done the meditation. So these are your exact words, okay? So Matt, I just thought I'd tie this up so I don't forget. I've just done the Joe Dispenza meditation. It was incredible. I had the most unbelievable experience. I saw myself walking down a really, really dark corridor When it started, and it was almost like a prison cell. It was horrible. It felt really vile, and I had a horrible feeling. And when I looked in, there was a light on in a room. Like there was a door, and it just swung open, and I was sat in there. But I was like really, really thin, and I was chained. And there was like only a small window in there and I looked really, really sad. And when I went over towards myself, I just saw myself breaking out of all these chains and just like exploding into this light and this fire. And then literally I felt this hand on my head, like so powerful. I thought it was going to break my skull. It was like so intense on my head. And in the middle of my forehead, there was like this finger pressing down. And then I just saw us like running along this really, really lovely field, and we were all smiling, and it just felt so amazing. We were all looking at each other and just laughing, and I was like all of a sudden the healthiest I've ever been. I saw myself walking on a beach, just feeling really good about myself. I look so healthy and happy. And then I saw this. It went very, very dark again, and it felt like the chair lifted up, and I felt like I was in space. It was weird, and it felt almost like my legs were hanging, like dangling over in space. I felt like there was literally nothing and nobody there. It felt so weird. And then I literally saw this gold heart, and it went straight into my chest, and I felt my whole body It felt like it was on fire, like all over. And then I just saw it, this like ball of energy, and there were these like white people standing around me. And I kept seeing the word protection. Protect your energy. Like keep, keep, keep yourself close. Keep protecting your energy. And then what was even weirder is I just saw those 2 chairs of that podcast studio and us sitting in there, and how many different opportunities were all of a sudden coming our way, and how our life was changing. And it showed me a version of you, Matt, you now, and a future you. And the same with me. And then it kept like changing to loads of different scenes of past and then into the present, and it just felt Really, really good.
That's really weird hearing that back because it's like, yeah, it's a good job I do voice note it because I don't know, something happens to my brain after I'm like, oh, that didn't happen. Yeah, it's very powerful listening to that.
And I was so proud of you after that. Yeah. And the reason I wanted to share that is because I've seen— and that was about a month ago I felt like I was losing my wife, like, in a sense.
Yeah.
Like, you were in this really weird phase where half of you knew you had everything, and then there was this enormous guilt for, like, why you felt like you did. And there's been a few other insane meditations you've had after that, but from that moment on, like, there's, there's just been a different Corisande.
Yeah, and I think, and I genuinely think that's something really important that a lot of people need to hear, whether that's, you know, um, pain that you're in, whether that's, you know, uh, something in the past that's happened that the memory of it still keeps you there. You have to go and meet that version of you. You have to go and see, you know, for me, I feel like I was observing a version of me struggling really mentally, physically, You know, I've, you know, struggled after having Humphrey, not just with the mental side of it, but also the physical side of it as well. And all the things that come with that, a lot of women experience. And I think, you know, you have to at some point when you're ready, you have to go and meet that version. I haven't been ready yet, but I did. I did go meet her and I looked at her and saw that I needed to say goodbye to her.
Do you remember what she was like when you walked into that? Because what's amazing about what happens here with Coruscant is like she tells me these amazing meditations and I'm so sort of jealous because I'd love to have like— and I'm like, Coruscant, just help me. Were you like, were you just like seeing it on a movie screen or were you like full on in like—
For me, it's always very much like the observer, like I'm observing it. And in that moment, it, you know, it's very hard to relate it to yourself. But of course, the whole thing for me that I've tried to teach myself not to do is not to even try and question what I'm seeing or even try and think about what I'm viewing or how I'm viewing it. I just know I have to somehow try and interpret that when my eyes are open to what I've seen. But I— the biggest thing here isn't to question what you're being shown, the why. You don't need to know in that moment why you're being shown it. There's a reason, and you can decode it after. But the very important thing here is there's a reason for it. And for me, it was very much— it was very clear that I was being shown what I have been and who has been trapped inside of me. And now that she needs to— she needs to leave now.
And do you feel like, even though it was scary as you were walking through that prison cell—
It was very scary.
Is there a part of you in that moment that knows if you didn't want to face it, you could have just questioned it?
Yeah, like, I could have taken off my eye mask. I could have— I could have just stopped. I could have— I could have said no. And there was every part of me— just so you know, I'm always fighting— 50% of me here to take my eye mask off. There's 50% of me that's always saying, right, You don't need to do this anymore now. This is too painful. But the other half of me goes, something inside me says, keep going. Keep going, Corisande. Just keep going. Because I know every time, I know every time something happens. And by the way, you know, I'm talking about this from, from a person who has to have that vision in order to function. Like, to function, to believe, to dream, to visualize. I have to have this vision first. Not everyone has to, you know. People's experience might be a sign or a synchronicity, an angel number that they decode. It doesn't have to be this amazing vision. Like, what I'm talking about here is because of how I work. I'm a visual, like, I— that's how I work with everything. But you, Matt, you aren't.
I'm laughing here because you are, you're so, you're so visual. Cora-san will have one of these meditations and then she'll come out and she'll be like, right, Matt, I've, um, I've seen future you and future me and we're dressing completely differently. And I've just seen you and you're in these Tom Ford glasses. So Matt, we're going to now switch up all your glasses. So before, before this podcast, I think people will find it quite funny that these are some new glasses. And I was saying to you, I think they're too big. I think they don't look good on my face. And you're like, no, you've got to just trust me. And that's what's so great about you and I. Like, you have this ability to sort of see the future and then we step into it, don't we? Just a quick one. I find it amazing how many people message me and say, Matt, I never knew that you had a community. We don't talk about it that often. It's called the Beyond Community, and basically it's a place where we just take everything we talk about on these podcasts just much deeper with people from all over the world, all walks of life, all looking to manifest different things. It's one of my favorite things to do every day, just to check in and see what other people are doing, sharing their wins, sharing their signs. But what I love most about the community is it's a beautiful app that you can have on your phone. And on that app, inside the community, you've got all of Corisann and I's meditations, you've got a course, you've got challenges, you can join our book club. It's just one of those places that just takes you from the distraction of social media and actually helps you get towards that dream. So if you want to check us out, look at the link below. We give a 7-day free trial, so come and join us. Come and check it out. And if you go, do you know what? This isn't for me. No hard feelings, but I think you're gonna love it. Anyway, back to the episode. So when that scene's playing on and you see this skinny, sad version of you that's chained up, are you allowing the scene to just naturally unfold?
Yeah. Okay. Like genuinely it's unfolding. I suppose you've got to imagine it's like watching It's like watching a television programme. You're not, you're not analysing how that's being made.
And you're full on there in that scene.
Yeah, like it's literally like walking a— it's like being in a film set. Like it's— you're— I'm there. For example, if I am going to do something on the house, like I'm going to renovate a part of our house, I have to go and see those things physically. I have to put it all together. I've got to physically like imagine how that's going to look, even if that's years out from me doing it, for me to get excited and get that emotion that I know we all know we need in order to create and to manifest. You have to have that emotion. Somehow you've got to conjure it, however that is, you know. So you have to kind of take what I'm saying now and translate it. Okay, so how do I— if I'm planning something, if I'm doing something, how do I do it? You have to think about how you are in normal everyday life. Am I a thinker? Am I an analytical brain? Am I someone that can, you know, likes paperwork? And transfer this to, you know, yeah.
And I— this work, I decode what happened to you in that moment, and I think a lot of people will find this interesting. So that skinny version of you that was in the cell, yeah, is that trapped energy.
Oh, 100%.
You've got that energy that's trapped in your body, and energy, bless its heart, is energy that's stuck, and it's an emotion. And a lot of the time, what we need to do to regulate our nervous system and just return back to this coherence where you can build from It's almost like trying to imagine, like, how you wouldn't be able to build a house unless the foundations are completely level.
Yeah.
And I think so many people try and build their manifestations with, like, a wobbly base.
Yeah.
And it's never— it's never going to build perfectly.
No.
So I always say, if we haven't got a coherent regulated nervous system, then it's going to be difficult. And that's exactly why you were blocked visually from creating, in a sense. So you went there, you were— you faced it. You know, it's presented itself as this like horrid sort of almost, you know, horror movie. You face it, you go over and you sort of tell her it's okay, you touch her, you free her, you see this energy leaving. And what you're doing there, quite literally, by giving it space— if you imagine in your body, you're opening the door. And this is how people heal, and this is how I've helped people heal. You open a door and you're allowing that energy to free itself. It was manifesting for you as a visual concept But that energy is now freeing itself quite literally. It's what it wants to do. It's going back home to the, to the unified field.
Giving it permission to leave.
Giving it permission to leave. Yeah, because so many people unconsciously trap their energy. You're absolutely right. It's a very good point. You know, you, you open the door and you say to the energy, the emotion, whatever it is, it's not here to hurt you. It's just been stuck behind a heavy door, right? A prison cell in your case.
Yeah, this is like childhood trauma. Yeah, you know, a lot of people, you know, That feeling of evoked, like, emotion or whatever, that might be something related to a past emotion or childhood trauma or whatever that might be. You know, your body will always try and protect you.
Absolutely.
Years, years, you know, later. So yeah, for me it was just about releasing it and saying, you know, it's time for you to go now. Thank you for trying to protect me, but I don't need protecting now. I'm fine.
And then she went. You had this vision at the end of this podcast. You sort of sketched it out and then, and then put a Canva board together.
I did.
And showed me what everyone can see now here is the exact podcast scene that you sort of saw in your head. And we were like, right, okay, well, what, what can this look like?
Because we've been talking about it, haven't we? And that was, that was the, that was the final, it was like, yes. And, you know, we plan to have some amazing guests on as well.
Well, should we talk about what our plan is? Because Corisande and I, when we do things, we, we like to do it properly.
Yeah.
And we're like, well, initially we were going to go and film these episodes In London, there's a great studio there called Podcast House. I've been on a few in-person podcasts there myself. And then we sort of looked at it and we were like, you know, it's a 4-hour train journey just to get to London. Why are we doing it in London when we have our own studio in our office here in Cornwall? And do you want to tell everyone what our sort of plan is? So our joint conversations and then our plans for guests.
Yeah. So our, Our conversations when it's just me and you will be here, which is amazing. We're very, very blessed to have this beautiful studio here in, in our home in Cornwall. But we should say that along our journey, we've been incredibly blessed to meet some amazing people all around the world.
Yeah.
We know some very, very interesting souls who have created some very inspiring businesses, companies, you know, that are— and, and speak on just the most amazing topics. And so our plan is to, when we travel, uh, and when we go anywhere, to interview these guests on this podcast and introduce you to them because—
Yeah.
They aren't people that should be gatekept. They're amazing, amazing people. And the whole premise of this podcast was for us, you know, the, the word Beyond is isn't just, you know, it's the meaning behind it for us is to show people that have truly gone beyond in their world and in their life and how they have created the most incredible and inspirational lives, you know, and just gone beyond the normal and gone to the extraordinary, really. And we know so many people that have done that, and it's very important that their message is also shared because we hope that it will inspire People listening to this as well.
Yeah, absolutely. And I think we'd love to, to spice this up. Like, yeah, you're going to see Matt and Coruscant here in our beautiful studio in Cornwall that we're very, very grateful for. But, you know, this is where we make magic happen. But where do our friends who are incredible in their, in their industry— they're, they're not in a podcast studio, they're, they're out in their, in their restaurant or their coffee shop or, you know, their hotel. And And our goal and intention is to take this podcast mobile. Of course, there'll be times where we're in studios and just have those deep conversations. And you're right, like, of course my book's called Beyond Wanting. You know, I— and you know as well— I'm just obsessed with the word beyond because I think it encapsulates infinity in a word.
Yeah.
Because the truth of reality is— I've just put together a newsletter, actually— it's that this blows my mind, that we are perceiving less than 1% of the entire electromagnetic spectrum. To put that into perspective, if we laid out the electromagnetic spectrum from— sorry, I'm going nerdy now, but this is so important— from, from, from London to New York, and imagine that's the whole length of the electromagnetic spectrum, and we— what, what's outside of the spectrum is invisible to our eyes. So we're talking infrared, ultraviolet, X-ray, Wi-Fi, radio waves, all of that. If we laid that out, what we are seeing from London to New York is about the length of 2 football pitches. And trust me, I worked out the kilometres from London to New York and then roughly worked out the kilometres of that percentage. I know that's super nerdy, but I wanted to really think, hammer this home, that we're seeing— if you imagine 2 football pitches, that's all we're seeing. And then everything from those 2 football pitches in London all the way to New York—
Wow.
is what we're not seeing, and that is beyond.
I have to admit, that's amazing, but I am hearing the word New York and my brain— part of my brain is going—
We love New York, we're obsessed with it.
Part of my brain is going over there. I, I am listening, but yeah.
No, so, and, and that, and that there, and this is what's just so— and this is classical, you know. So, so this is what scientists know in the classical, in classical physics, that, that 99.9% is what we just we can't perceive, but we don't ever question it. We don't ever question the fact that there's radio signals moving through our room or Wi-Fi signals. What's truly, truly extraordinary is when you go beyond even that, you're into the quantum field. And of course, in the quantum field, it's infinite energy, infinite information. And there is a way, of course, with everything I teach in my book and what I teach around the world, with how we can draw from this infinite field of intelligence and how we can make it manifest. And You know, we have some amazing friends who are super successful in their own niche of what they do, and they might not understand the science of manifestation, but when you talk to them, you know, there is something unconsciously that these people do to, to get to this level.
I think the most fascinating people— we meet a lot of people who, um, I can think of actually one particular person who, uh, when we were traveling, uh, when it was around your book in New York last year. And, you know, we met up with some friends there, and, you know, it's interesting to hear them just talk about their world prior to manifestation, but you can still hear it slipping in, you know. You can still hear it with the success and everything they've got going on, and it's just really— that's powerful. That's powerful because then I think that also then relates to a new audience as well.
Yeah. And I think the one word, I'm sure you'll agree, that we hear in all these conversations with all these people that eventually will get on this podcast is the word belief.
Oh yes, absolutely.
They, they, they might not understand quantum mechanics and, you know, manifestation on a scientific level, but belief is quite literally everything, isn't it?
Yeah.
You know, and And what our goal is and what our purpose is, is to have those deeper conversations and say, look, you know, what was it? What did you do in order to get to where you are? And see whether we can unravel, you know, any similarities beyond it. But yeah, so that's, that's why the, the sort of the podcast exists. We've got some amazing plans for this. I think one of the things people often ask us is, you know, how we manifest together. As a couple, what would you say on that?
I would say that together we always build a kind of end goal, a dream vision, dream scenario. We actually, we do this really great thing where we say if someone could come down now with the magic— this is a really great one, by the way. Anyone that maybe doesn't know what they're wanting to manifest or is like, well, I kind of can't really get 100% clear, you say to yourself, imagine now someone's standing in front of you. You only get this one opportunity. They've got a magic wand. If you could manifest anything now, you could change your scenario. You could— yeah, you've— but you've got to be really, really clear. You've got to be super clear. You've got to be crystal clear with this person because they need direction. Because the universe, as we know, needs clarity. He needs clarity, needs direction. And it enables, like, your brain goes into this mode of like, okay, well, what is it that I actually want? And I think when you've come to that conclusion, share it with your partner, you know, do it together, like build the vision board, build the dream, build the end goal. It's nice to have, you know, separate individual goals, but it's also really, really powerful when you come together and you dream and you imagine that future. And, you know, we had a joint playlist actually when we were moving to Cornwall, didn't we?
We did.
It was just really powerful, like knowing we were both at it together because 2 energies he's better than them.
I think what you've said is really powerful about the magic wand, and you said that not long ago, and I was like, I love that analogy because I think what we all need to realize is there's the— imagine the universe is constantly doing that with the magic wand, constantly. And for me, it was such this paradox where I'm like, okay, well, if the universe really has got this magic wand and it's permanently granting wishes, why, why am I— why am I— why is my life not changing? And it's of course because unconsciously a lot of us are saying, I want my life to change, or when I make more money, I'll be happier. And the universe is constantly granting that wish because it's reflecting back who you're being in the moment. So it's saying, of course, okay, so you want to be happier, but really your state of being now is frustrated, so I'm going to keep granting that wish. And it's, it's like so frustrating when you get it because you know that it's like looking into a mirror, and the mirror only reflects who you're being in the present moment. And The clarity is key. We should talk about the— because another arm of our business which is also relatively new, um, in addition to the podcast, is the events.
Yes.
And Cora-san was— Cora-san was going on at me for so long, we need to, we need to really manifest help with events. We, we dipped our toes in the water ourselves, didn't we?
Yeah, and anyone that's tried to run an event or has run an event knows that.
Yeah.
So many elements to it.
End of 2025, we were trying to look at it ourselves and we're like, hang on, we're not an events company. We've got so many different avenues already with social media and my book and everything else. It was like, have we got capacity to even start thinking about doing events? But we knew, didn't we? We knew that the clear intent was events.
Yeah.
What happened?
Well, we were sat watching a— I think we were— were we watching a podcast on YouTube? We were, weren't we? And we were waiting for it to load. And, uh, weirdly, because you don't have— you don't have any ads on your YouTube channel.
Were we on yours?
But yeah, we might have been on mine actually. And, uh, an ad popped up before we were about to watch what we were watching, and it was— I think it was a Joe Dispenza event, and it was— it looked incredible. And the camera was amazing and we were like, wow, this is incredible. And for anyone that's been to a Joe event or has seen any of his work, it's just, yeah, inspiring. And we were watching this video and at the end we saw this company pop up and we were like, well, that's strange.
Yeah.
Anyway, Matt said, watch this in real time, I'm gonna use my intuition here. And he went on his phone, searched the company on Instagram, they've got a large following, He clicked on to message them, and when he clicked on to message them, they'd already DM'd him asking to jump on a call with him.
Yeah.
And I said to him, my goodness, because like here we've been presented with an opportunity to work with a company that works with some of the biggest spiritual teachers on the planet. They are experts in their field, they're amazing at what they do, and they've already messaged you. And I think there's something really interesting there because you could have ignored that intuition and we would never have known, probably because you get so many messages and I sometimes, you know, you can't always see all of them. And because something inside of you are so good and you're so good with your intuition, you just listened to that nudge and followed it. And we now host events with this company. They are just the most amazing team of people. They're incredibly dedicated this work and spreading this message. They are so great at what they do. And we now have a team of people that help us run events now all around the world. We've run, we've, well, we've done 2 events now with them in Europe.
Stockholm and Bucharest in Romania.
We're about to do, promote our 3rd in Barcelona, which is very, very exciting. But that there is just, you know, a reminder for anyone that's listening to this, that, you know, things are always happening. But you have also got to take action. You have also got to listen to those gut feelings, to those nudges. You know, even if you go, oh, I don't really want to do that, you've got to listen to it. There's a reason it's coming through you. It's like a little poke, isn't it? It's like, yeah, come on, you've got to take that next step. Now I've come 50% of the way. I need you to go the other 50%.
So the company's called Unity. And I think like Corisande said, the first thing is we had a very clear intention. Yeah. And the intention was Events, events in general, we need help with events. So we're looking to partner with someone that can help us with events.
Yeah.
We both were very clear on that. We both had that in our gratitude. And then, like you said, the most amazing ad, but the ad was being run by Unity. And to me in that moment, it was like, ah, head over and check. And yeah, you know, they started out, Unity, apparently working with Louise Hay in the 1980s. And then of course, Louise Hay then created Hay House, and obviously all the authors such as Eckhart Tolle, Gregg Braden, Bruce Lipton, Lynne McTaggart, Joe Dispenza, they all started being introduced to Unity, and hence why now Unity run events for all these teachers. So yeah, and it's the co-creation in both ways. You've got to remember that when you set the intention, it's never ever your job to figure out how. We hadn't even heard of Unity. No, no. We, we had zero clue. Like, if someone had said to me, uh, 6 months ago, a year ago, you'll host an event in Romania and there'll be 200 people that come, I would say I have no idea, absolutely zero idea how that will ever, ever turn out. And that's the whole point. The whole point is to set— hold that intention, right, and allow the universe to to orchestrate the details.
Yeah, absolutely. And it's a reminder not to control the how.
Oh yeah, because the how's the— how's the trip. And I think people get stuck with that.
Yeah.
Talk about it.
Well, to, to, you know, set the intention, create the vision, but not be too attached. Because remember, the magic can come in in many different ways. Like, in fact, just a quick segue here, I remember when we were moving to Cornwall, I used to do a visualization, a meditation in the morning, and I always used to see myself driving through Rock.
Rock in Cornwall.
Yeah, if anyone that does— knows Cornwall, Rock is just the most magical and amazing place in Cornwall. And yeah, we just love it. And I always saw myself in this car that had tan leather seats, and it was my dream car. And I was driving through, and I looked at myself and always saw myself in that car. Now I have that car, but just a different version of it. It's not exactly how I imagined it. It is the car, but it's different. And I think that's really, really important to not get too, you know, visualize, allow it to come through, but just don't be too attached. It hasn't got to be exact.
That's true.
Yeah, it can come in many different forms.
Well, on that note though, when you're, when you're clear on what it is that you seek, this is the paradox, right? Be crystal clear, 100% clear on the intention. In our case, events in Europe. and worldwide partnering with someone, but then allow mass uncertainty. This is the paradox— mass uncertainty around the actual how.
Yeah.
And, and the mass uncertainty around the how allows this unifying field of intelligence to have, have more options. Where I see people struggle is they're super clear, but also super clear on exactly how they think it will happen. And then that naturally narrows the options for this field. And I'm not saying it can't happen that way, but when you narrow an option, then you're also then taking into account whoever's on the other end of that option. And whoever's on the other end of that option will have free will.
Yeah.
And they— and one of the laws here in this universe, especially 3D, is the law of non-interference. We have this gift as a, as a soul in a human body to have Free will. Um, free will— what's free will? Awareness with choice. So, you know, if you're, if you're saying this is the only way it can manifest, and then you've got someone on the other end that has to make a decision, I absolutely guarantee that if you're saying it has to be this way and you're seeing this person or this organization, I have no doubt they'll be picking up signs. Perhaps not even consciously, but subconsciously they might be picking up subtle signs, but they ultimately have the free will and the choice to decide whether they reach out. So if even if you go, I'd love it to be this one, but just have mass uncertainty around it. Like, I knew that the goal with this book was Penguin Random House, but you know, yeah, there was slight ego there just because to me, like, I remember the little penguin as a kid and I was like, wow, like, that would be the absolute dream. But I— and it was on the vision board, but I remember being in my gratitude practice saying a traditional publishing house that's really aligned. in an ideal world, Penguin, but of course I'm open to, to any other options. And, you know, the way it happened was Penguin. But that's, um, I think interesting that we do this work. We, we show up every day, we get clear on our intention, we hold our practice, and then we allow it to go. And we've been doing a lot of that work in the Beyond community this month as well, haven't we?
Yes. And we have some amazing people doing some amazing things in there as well, and it's a great place for support. We have a lot of people that support each other and are—
Well, we've just seen how many people are chatting to each other.
Yeah, it's really nice. A lot of friendships have been formed and connections, and I think that's, to be honest with you, that's a, a large reason as to why we started it, because I think, you know, we don't necessarily have many people that understand this work closely linked to us in family particularly. Um, and so I think A lot of people can do this work and feel a little bit lonely sometimes, and it's quite nice to have someone else sharing it with you, you know, cheering you on. You need that sometimes.
You do, for sure, because the people that you often tell become energy thieves, like the friend who's not fully on board with manifestation. And, you know, for example, this month in the, in the community, we're, we're running an intention experiment. And what's super interesting about doing any form of intention experiments— we do challenges every month in the Beyond Community, don't we? We We have a book, a book that we read in our book club. But what we found really— I found really extraordinary this month in the community is setting a very specific 30-day manifestation intention.
Yeah.
And what we've seen is some people absolutely manifest their intentions, some people get wild synchronicities and signs, and other people actually not get anything at all. And that's okay. And I always say that the You know, when it comes to time with a manifestation, I don't really like working with time because time doesn't actually exist anyway. The field's always operating in the present moment, the universe. But when you set an intention to manifest within, let's say, a 30-day period, what it actually does is time itself becomes your own accountability partner.
Yeah.
You know, right, I've set this intent, so now every day I've held myself accountable to showing up inner meditation, journaling, and, and acting like the version of me that already has it. And in that window of time, time becomes a container for you to strengthen that signal and broadcast. And what you'll absolutely find is that just by doing that and strengthening that signal, things will start to reorient themselves, won't they?
Yeah.
In the physical world, we've seen that. And then, you know, if it doesn't happen within 30 days, it doesn't mean it's not happening. It just might mean it might need a little bit more time.
Yeah.
Depending on the manifestation.
Exactly. I think it's really important before we wrap that you share what happened to you in Stockholm, because that was really powerful.
Oh yeah.
Um, I was only able to stay a few hours, but I could already feel the most— we, we— it was a beautiful, beautiful event space, the most beautiful event space. The energy in the room was really magnetic. But just talk us through what happened there.
Well, several things. So firstly, Um, about 9 months ago, before I did the event, I had a very vivid dream. And I woke up from that dream and made— I remember making notes. And I was in this really unusual religious building, and I, and I wasn't— and I remember looking around and walking through and people clapping and getting on stage. So I knew it was an event, and at the time we weren't doing any events, but it wasn't like a religious building that I knew in the UK. So I remember making a note and not really thinking anything of it. Obviously Unity arranged the whole sort of venue and everything else, so we fly out to Stockholm, and when Vlad, who heads up Unity, showed us the event venue, I had chills because it was an old Swedish church. And then on the day of the event, I remember walking in with you and being like, oh wow, like this was the exact venue, the exact place I saw in my dream, which is incredible. And that's why even in the book I talk about using dreams to manifest, because you can have precognitive dreams which really, you know, give you clues and help you. And then the building itself was this just incredible— it was incredible how it was designed. But there was this sort of like unusual, um, circular ceiling, and it was actually called the Eye of Heaven. And it was built obviously as an old church like a few hundred years ago. And the whole idea was that people would pray and they'd send their prayers— prayer being an intention or a manifestation— literally up through the Eye of Heaven into the celestial realm. You know, and I'm there and I'm on stage and there's 300 people sat. And that, of course, everyone's got a form of a prayer, everyone's got a form of an intention. And what are they doing? Well, we're sending it out. That's manifestation. And I was there and I'm thinking, this is just the most incredible thing. My first event with Unity, I dreamt the venue and here we are. We could— this couldn't be a better place for the first thing. And of course, when you do these events and you, you have this collective energy in the room, you create the most beautiful coherence. When everyone's meditating together, there's just there's an energy that you really can't vocalize in words. It's just an energy that you could, that you could just feel. And we're there, and I'm doing one of my signature manifestations, which is called the Be Do Have, where I guide you to go and meet a future version of yourself. And when you're there and you're seeing this version of you from a year out, when you're there with them, it's quite emotional. And you're asking this future self, like, what they did to be them, and you're asking them what they have, and You know, and I'm there and I'm on this stage and I never really know the script. So I'm not hitting play on a meditation. I'm there with the microphone and I'm— I know roughly where I'm going, but I'm allowing the scripts to come to me in real time. But as the script's coming to me and there's music playing, I'm also at the same time also meditating too, to make sure it makes sense. So I'm doing 2 things. I'm reading a script that's coming to me and I'm meditating. And of course, 300 people in front of me are also meditating. And I'm there, and as you'll know, I'm not that emotional, am I?
No.
As a person.
No.
I'm aware of this emotion, and I'm there, and I'm like, whoa. And I can feel it literally here. It's like pounding at my chest, and it's actually making me feel emotional for no real reason. My, my meditation at that point myself wasn't that emotional to get emotional. Anyway, we're there, I'm delivering the script. I know everyone's getting emotional because I can hear people's voices cracking. I can hear people sort of getting emotional. And then I can see my future self, this version of me that I'm now visualizing in 12 months' time. And of course, he's taken events to a whole new level. He's doing podcasts with, with, with you, and we're doing some really cool things. And I'm like, that's really, really cool. And I'm looking at him, and then literally from like the corner of my eye, I'm aware of this other version of me. And I'm like, he's definitely not a present version of me. He's a younger version of me. And as he comes out from the left-hand side, I realize that this is a younger version of me doing this meditation a year ago, visualizing being on stage and doing these talks. And I realized in that moment how amazing it was and how I'm only here because of him. Come out of the meditation, of course, and get really emotional. And I just said to everyone— and this is what I want people to listen to now— is that just remember that wherever you go and whatever you end up manifesting you're— they're not there because of them, they're there because of you. So like, we're not sat here right now because of us, we're sat here right now because of that younger version of Coruscant from 2 weeks ago, a month ago, who did that meditation.
Yeah.
That me on that stage wasn't there because of me, I'm there because of that younger version of Matt that did that meditation. And I think the reminder is that we think we'll be proud and we think we'll be relieved when we arrive in that future, but that future version of ourself is so unbelievably proud because they only exist and they're only living that life because of the work that the version of you now is doing.
Yeah, and that's so powerful.
And, you know, I love that. Like, I'm so grateful to you, but in a sense, take this in the right way, Corisande. I'm grateful, so grateful for the Corisande that went really deep in that meditation.
Yeah, I am as well.
Because you and I here now, wherever this podcast eventually goes— this is episode 1, season 1— we'll look back on this Is it started, and we'll be eternally grateful for that Coruscant who got really deep. Yeah, went into that horrid prison cell, faced that trauma, because we're only here because of her. Yeah. And I think everyone can remember that. Whatever you're going through now in your own life, just remember that whatever you go and build is because of you now.
I love that.
I think that's a really good way to To wrap this first.
Yeah.
Yeah. Thank you, C.
Thank you so much to everyone that's listened. Uh, we really, really appreciate it, and we're eternally grateful for everyone that follows us and, you know, comes for our events. It means the world.
And if you haven't done so already, please subscribe, like, share this video with anyone that you think will find it valuable. Um, it's currently a heat wave here in Cornwall, so I think we've done quite well to survive an hour with 33-degree heat.
Pretty boiling.
Um, our plan is to take this podcast everywhere, and our plan is to do events all around the world. So wherever you are, just know that it's our intention to come out and be with you wherever you are. Our passion for this work is just helping people create their best life. So thank you for being here. Thank you for being part of the community. We appreciate you, and I look forward to having another conversation with you.
Me too.
See you soon.
