Is it something you like? You're probably going to stay in it longer if it's something that you do like, not just fuck it off. Like, I see people that will start a brand, they'll fuck it off, do the next one, do the next one, do the next one. And like, if you do enjoy it— when you say enjoy it, you mean enjoy the product and category? And I think it's something that you are genuinely interested in, because like, I've seen brands that will go for 4 years, right, and they're just stuck and plateaued, and then they will blow up. And it's the same product, it's just they've learned something and the business has changed and they've got the right people in. And I see that a lot. And somebody who doesn't necessarily like it, but the category they're going into, or the product, or whatever, and and they're just doing something for what they think will perform the best and they don't have any, like, reason why they would particularly like that brand, they'd probably go for a year and then fuck it off, start something else, start something else, start something else. Like, there's— you've got to be able to stay within something long enough for it to work.
