Skill set versus mindset when hiring, what balance you look for and what questions to ask. I mean, I've learned a shitload of hiring. I've made many mistakes, made some good decisions, and learned a lot and everything in between. I think the skill set has to be given, but the mindset and cultural fit is the harder thing to vet for in a hiring process. But also without that, the skill set in itself will never work long term. So yeah, I think that's probably like the best way of describing it.
