A short YouTube clip of advice on rapidly growing channel subscribers: repurpose long-form videos into many short clips (YouTube Shorts) to increase reach and gain subscribers quickly, and use a consistent thumbnail style emphasizing faces and names. The speaker recommends hiring an editor to cut long videos into shorts and optimizing thumbnail design (face outline + name).

How do I get this to 100k subs? Get an editor to cut all these into shorts. Because now you're taking these 45 minute videos. One hour, 30 minute videos. And now you got 10 videos. And all it takes, bro, is one video to get 2 million views. And now you're up 20,000 subscribers in a week or something like that. Also the thumbnails, like think of another clean style to where we can actually see the people. You can see the faces. It's like a face outline. And then you can see the name, face and name. It's a good format.
