How are you splitting your time between the agency and teaching how to start an agency? I would say two years into the agency, I bought out one of my successful students who now is a partner in the agency. So Joe did really well for the program. My time was being split and I still enjoyed the agency. But I also recognised there was a lot more cash flow coming through the education business, quicker scale and more kind of short term gain. So I bought Joe into the agency and then he managed IT operations and the team. And I kind of still to this day have more of a. I oversee strategy and direction and vision.
