I think you have to be honest about what culture you're wanting to set and how you operate as a founder. And where I've got hires wrong or have experienced friction, maybe even now, is on reflection when I wasn't honest enough about that and I didn't put enough pressure on that. Obviously not saying everyone has to be the same, but you do have to stress test, like, is this person going to operate in a way that, you know, net aligns with my way of doing things and how the business does things?
