Matthew Kelly emphasizes that setting clear goals, breaking them down, and entering a flow state are essential for progress. He argues that small shifts or new morning routines—especially starting in January—create daily momentum: "win the morning, win the day, win the year." The clip frames morning routines as a foundational lever for long-term success.
You need to learn how to set goals and then break them down well.
And actually get in the flow state to do the goals. Which is where.
Yeah, exactly. Anyone that's got big goals, which is probably a lot of people and certainly people watching this and people that are our customers and the brand is all about daily momentum and achieving your full potential and whatever realm that is and whatever that means to you. But ultimately, it's people that want to move their life forward, like I said, in any way. And a small shift, yes, there's plenty of things, there's plenty of hard work, there's plenty of factors in achieving anything. But like I keep saying, a small shift to an existing routine or a new routine, introducing a new routine, January is the perfect time to do it. I mean, every day is day one to some degree, but January the first. And January is obviously the start of the year. Our whole ethos this year is about win the day. So win the morning, win the day, win the year. And the point is, it starts in the morning, which enables you to win the day and you stack day as you win the year.
