I used to think when my team messaged me daily that they were loyal, but in reality, I just never built a system for it to work without me. So most of it actually never needed to be communicated with me. So what we did instead is we actually moved it to a weekly team meeting where everything was discussed in that one meeting, and there was almost no communication during the week unless it was urgent.
