This is a YouTube video titled "Want to double your sessions too? Time to take action! Find a mentor and watch your business grow! 🚀" featuring a conversation between Matt Dart and Tabby, with an introduction from Pablo from Spain. The discussion centers on personal training session growth and the importance of mentorship to improve business success. The content was created in late October 2024.

Hey, this is Pablo from Spain.
My name's Tabby and I'm from Brisbane.
I'm Matt. I've been coaching under Matt.
Now when I reached out to you, I was sort of averaging between 11 to 13 sessions a week. Now I'm like heading over mid 20s sessions.
I almost doubled. Doubled the session, which is pretty good. Only in three months.
Yeah.
The reason why you're still not successful as a face to face personal trainer is because you keep watching videos like this and you're not taking any action. So what you need to do is find a mentor and do exactly tell you to do and then watch your business take off.
