A short YouTube clip (Matteo Tittarelli) arguing that clients should pursue asymmetrical, bold targets rather than incremental improvements. The speaker contrasts small gains (e.g., moving from 8 to 9 meetings) with aiming for far larger outcomes (e.g., 30 meetings), and urges shifting mindset and effort toward radical goals.

And we are not precious with our work. Meaning we're not necessarily like sitting there like, oh, I really, really hope it's like, hey, look, like, you know, proof's going to be in the pudding. And I always say, like, clients don't want, like, incremental. They're looking for asymmetrical. And so basically there's a lot of world that exists and kind of like, oh, did we set four or five or eight meetings? And like, I generally kind of sell against this idea. Like, look, you're looking for this thing that's like, so we have clients getting three meetings a day. You want something like that and you need to be willing to take an eight meetings a month thing. And like, say, this sucks. I'm going to kill. Go chase the 30. And if you're not, you know, and if you're like, at 8 and you're like, I think if we did this, we could get nine. Like, the path from eight to nine will never get you to 30. You have to. You have to like, you know, just completely remove this. And so anyways, I. So like sample size. It's super interpretive.
