Ben, FullEnrich's CEO, spent years in sales tech at Sales Ramp and Jellyfish before starting his company. He talks through GTM engineering, outbound strategy, hiring for sales teams, and where the data layer is headed.
Ben's background is pure sales tech. He came up through Sales Ramp and Jellyfish before starting Fullenrich. So he's not building tools from the outside. He's built them from the trenches, knowing exactly where the gaps are. And today we'll dive deeper into what's GTM engineering has been like for Ben and the team at Fullenrich. We'll chat outbound and cold calling, hiring best practices for GTM engineering, and we'll also get Ben's take on where the data layer is headed.
