Specialized bots crawl the internet to collect massive amounts of text data, which is then used to train large language models. These bots continuously scrape web pages and aggregate the data into datasets that become the raw material for building LLMs.
There is then the next evolution of that became the training bots, which are what the models are trained off of. And so these are kind of like the bots that'll crawl the whole entire internet and then use that as, uh, it's a large language model. It's like they're looking for language. So they're crawling all this language and they are using that to build and train their actual model, like the model that the, you know, the LLM is using as like a foundational model.
