Short-form content explaining a repeatable process for mapping and testing marketing angles across personas, market segments, and campaigns. Emphasizes an 80/20 mapping approach, running multiple angle-persona-segment campaigns concurrently, and using a continual feedback loop to iterate — keep what's working, discard what isn't.

Different than a pain point, because I see pain as like this static thing that the prospect owns where an angle is. Like our argument, we can make this at this person. And so the idea is we map out what are all the markets, what are all the segments of the markets, what are all the Personas, all the segments, all the markets, what are all the angles that we think might make sense to test. Right? And it's very like 80, 20, because you're just going to map out what generally makes sense. And then each month after that, we run campaigns that are built on a specific angle to a Persona in a segment of a market. Right. Maybe you run five at a time. So you map everything out just enough to run your first five that make the most sense. As soon as those are running, you're actually going to be kind of informing. Like you're looking back at your segmentation going, like, what is this telling me? Like, maybe circle some of these. Like, hey, this is really interesting. This is kind of working. Some aren't working. You're, like, crossing it off. Don't try this again. And the idea is like, that is a perennial feedback loop.
