I think the issue that we're going to face is that the quality of the outputs are getting so good, and going back to like versus humans in the initial discussion, that at some point, in many cases, it will be better. The output is better from an LLM model than from a human. And so then you've got to wonder, where does the trust go? Where does the reciprocity go? All right? Are humans going to reject the content because it is from a bot. I don't express reciprocity about this email, this text message, this blog post, which is very heartfelt, very personalized, right? And you won't be able to tell the difference. And so the issue that we're going to face as a society, this goes way beyond GTM, is that response rates are going to go down. Engagement is going to go down, not just on marketing. Sure, like my little like problem, like marketers are going to have lower response rates. Absolutely. No, response rates are going to go down across the board on all forms of communication, right? But when I start doing that, should other people care about the responses that go there? All right. And so if everybody's bot is acting in their name, then nobody's reading. So how far are we from that? How far are we from that? Not very far. At some point, I will believe that my time is more valuable than the risk of like misinterpreting the message. At some point in some groups, somebody already has done it, I'm sure. And I'm not very far from doing it. Right. But then when that happens, and assuming other people find out, their reaction to my messages will be to ignore it. Right. And that's going to like spread like wildfire.
