Context engineering means codifying your team's point of view about target markets so everyone stays aligned. A fintech issuing credit cards in Latin America needs different strategies than Square. The system captures and manages that market knowledge so it feeds into AI workflows and human decisions.

That, that's like one granular example, but like context engineering is like, okay, how do you start codifying into these systems the way your team thinks about problems? Hey, how do we think about when we go after a digital native fintech business that is issuing credit cards to consumers in Latin America versus we go after Square? you know, could, could almost be considered a, I wouldn't consider them legacy, but very mature fintech, right? And like your org is going to have a detailed point of view if you're selling into these markets. Like, how do we think about them differently? And like that stuff needs to start getting codified. And like, that's the job of context engineering is like, how do we actually like codify that stuff, create systems and tooling to like curate and manage that understanding over time. So then we can feed it not just to AI workflows and agents, but also people, you know, like people are involved in all these process processes too. And like everyone needs to be, excuse me, you know, singing from the same sheet of music.
