I actually think the further you want to get in that industry and career, the better it is for you to just be able to think about what is possible with relative accuracy and then be able to enable other people to build. I'm still sitting down with people on my team thinking about the problems, and then they'll get stuck on something and I still understand, oh, here's how you would fix that. Here's the 3 things you should try. Here's who you need to go talk to, and here's the tools I would try. Like, that knowledge is what is actually the biggest unlock for getting people past stages where they get blocked. So I think just being able to sort of think in that way is still the most important thing. And then the second thing, which is I think the real glue for all of it, is just being able to learn quickly, right? The transferable skills, sort of the adaptable skills is maybe even a better word for it. If you are really stuck in one way of thinking, viewing, or working in the world, you are probably most at risk for disruption because the world is changing so quickly.
