Faceless YouTube Channels Will Never Be The Same After This

Matt Parr demonstrates Higgsfield Cinema Studio 2.0 and the upcoming Seedance 2.0, AI tools that convert text prompts into 3D scenes with characters and animation. Most AI YouTube channels fail because they chase low-value content; the money is in educational or documentary channels that sell sponsorships, Patreon memberships, or funnels to courses. Real channels like ColdFusion and Melody Sheep prove the model works when you pick a niche and treat the tool as production software, not a shortcut.

So faceless YouTube channels are never going to be the same again after this. I know that might sound hyperbolic, and you probably see new AI tools popping up all the time, and people are always like, this is the best, no, this is the best, and they keep improving and improving. However, there's two major advancements that have been happening with AI just in the past couple days, and the first of which is Seedance 2.0. This is groundbreaking. I don't know if you've seen any of the news regarding it or any of the clips that are out there online, and it's safe to say that this is gonna change all types of media However, I'm going to be talking about it today in the context of faceless YouTube videos and how you can use it for those, how you can actually get access to it, as well as another AI tool that also recently came out called Higsfield Cinema Studio 2.0, which can produce incredibly great cinema-style videos. And I'm going to show you how you can access that as well and how you can use these tools, the best platform to do it on, to give your faceless YouTube channel a huge leg up on the competition and I think it's a really good idea anytime new models are coming out that we're some of the first people to use them on our channels, so it separates us from all the other channels out there. And the thing is that most people are gonna be using these tools for entertainment YouTube channels. And as we've discussed so many times on this channel before, that's not the best use of these tools if you actually want to potentially make a lot of money from them. The best use is in running educational YouTube channels, and that's due to the fact that we can sell something from them. That being said, this is going to step up the quality of our videos several times, and you'll see what I mean in just a second. I'm going to show you real channels that could actually be hugely benefited from this, that are already doing incredibly well, how you can do this as well, and how you can monetize it to the next level while everybody else is just using it to make pennies. And everybody else is just going to be doing this in a way that's going to be commoditized. You're going to be doing this in a way that actually builds you a lot of value and I'll show you exactly how to do that. And you'll be looking forward to every new AI tool without being scared. Is this going to replace my YouTube channel like all the other channels out there? You're going to be excited because it's just going to make your channel better and better and more profitable. And that's why it's a really good thing that you're watching this video here today, because this is literally going to change the way that you do YouTube forever. Now, if we haven't met, my name is Matt Parr. I've been doing YouTube for the past decade. I've grown over a dozen channels. I've helped people grow over 11,000 different YouTube channels. But more importantly, I've made millions of dollars from my channels, and that's because I monetize them correctly. So whenever a new AI tool or a new AI model comes out, I always try to look at it through the lens of, can this actually help me with what I'm currently already doing, which is running my faceless YouTube channels? And now we'll be talking about Seedance 2.0 a little bit later. That's gonna be an absolute game changer. However, first we're gonna be going over the new Higgsfield Cinema Studio 2.0, and I'm gonna show you why it's genuinely different and it produces incredible videos that are gonna really make your faceless video stand out. Now the reason this matters so much right now is because so many people are using AI tools to produce spammy, low-effort content, also known as AI slop. And the thing about this type of content is it's not easily monetized, so channels that do this are typically relying on ad revenue. They want to get millions of views and they try to make the most shocking, you know, outrageous content ever. And really that's a race to the bottom because everybody's gonna be using those tools to do that because everybody just follows the herd. I don't know if you've heard about the quote by Warren Buffett, when everybody's greedy, you should be fearful, and when everybody's fearful, you should be greedy. So when everybody's going one way using these tools to do one thing, which is creating AI slop YouTube channels, you should ask yourself, where's the opportunity in this that I'm missing? Which way should I go away from the herd to actually build this into a real business? Because YouTube's gonna be cracking down on these really low effort YouTube channels So you have to look for tools that are going to allow you to make videos that actually give a lot of value. And the YouTube CEO has actually said that they're going all in on AI. They love AI, but they love it only if you use it as the tool that it's meant to be rather than a crutch to generate AI slop. Now I've gone over a bunch of different types of AI slop on my channel. I did a video about niches that are now banned on YouTube and I show examples of that. If you want to go check that out, that'll show you what not to do. But in this video, I wanna show you what you should do instead and what you should be focusing on and how you can use the newest state-of-the-art tools that just came out that's going to eliminate the need for you to have to hire super expensive video editors in order to do this. And it's gonna save you so much money, so much time. It's absolutely incredible. And this is something completely different. This is something that we have never seen in AI video generators before. And that's due to the fact that most AI video generators, you either put a reference image in order to actually generate a video, or you put text to do text-to-video. This is completely different. You can actually use a prompt to generate a base image, and then here's where it gets really crazy. You can then enter that image as a 3D scene and literally walk around inside it, adjust the composition, change the perspective, and it's basically like being on a virtual film set that you can actually direct and get the exact shot that you're looking for. Then what's also really cool is you can pick your camera up. Now, I'm not too experienced with like movie cameras. You can actually pick a camera and a lens and all this stuff. But like I said, I'm not too experienced myself. But no matter what camera or what lens you use, it's gonna make a really high quality, like documentary cinema style shot that if you're just using a base model, isn't going to necessarily do that. And then you can animate it using a bunch of pre-built-in motions. For example, pan, tilt, dolly, drone shot, handheld. You just select what you want without having to type in a super complex prompt of what you're looking for. But one of the features that really matters the most for us faceless YouTube channels is the ability to do multi-shots. So this allows us to create up to 6 connected shots in a single sequence, each running 1 to 12 seconds long at 1080p. You can also add up to 3 characters, assign emotions, write dialogue with automatic lip sync, and the characters will stay consistent across every shot. And we'll explain why that's important in a second when it comes to monetization. And then there's a bunch of genre presets as well. So you have action, horror, comedy, western, suspense, and each one of these will change the pacing, the camera behavior, and the overall feel of the video that you're making. Because it's one thing to have AI clips, but it's a whole nother to have actual AI filmmaking that you can use. And this might sound overwhelming, this might sound like too much. However, you'll see in just a second why this is so incredible and how amazing that these look. You will be able to make your channel stand out from all of the other channels out there by far. And now this video is actually sponsored by Higgsfield, so Huge thanks to them for sponsoring this video. It was a tool that I was already using before they reached out about sponsoring this video, so I'm happy to do it. So let me show you a couple actual YouTube channels that could be using this tool to make tons of money. The first of which is this channel right here called Fern. Now this channel is making an estimated $25,000 to $70,000 a month, and that's just from AdSense. They also have sponsorships as a way of monetizing as well, but as we're going to get into a little bit later in this video, This is not the best way to monetize. So this might not be the best type of channel you could run using this tool, but I just want to show it to you as an example first, and then we'll get into some better types of channels in just a second. And they make these documentary style kind of mysterious videos that do incredibly good, and they pay thousands of dollars per video that they have made. They've actually had job postings on their channel where they're offering absurd amounts for an editor to make these types of videos. But now you can do it in just a couple minutes. For a fraction of the cost. Now, some of the content that does best on this channel is like true crime type of content, and they do it in a unique way of having a 3D render of what they're talking about. So let's say we wanted to create a scene like this channel of a dimly lit interrogation room for a true crime reveal. And what we're going to do is go into Higgsfield, go to Cinema Studio 2.0 right here. As you can see, I've generated some past things with this right here. And as you can tell, this is photorealistic. Cinema-style quality right here. But essentially what we do is first and foremost, we need to generate an image. So I have a prompt right here of a dimly lit concrete interrogation room with a single overhead fluorescent light casting harsh shadows. And it basically describes it all in the mood and everything. You can easily use ChatGPT or even the built-in assist right here on Higgsfield to help you come up with this prompt. And what's cool is you can also do a grid so you can generate, for example, a 4x4 grid of different scenes so you don't have to generate scene by scene by scene. But I'm just going to show you as an example right now, just a single image, and we'll actually generate 4 at a time right there. 16:9 aspect ratio. And then you can select a camera. Now for the camera right here, you don't have to be some super professional filmmaker to understand what each of these different lenses and everything are. My personal recommendation is using the Studio Digital S35 with the Premium Modern Prime and keeping the focal length at 35mm with an f/4 aperture. That's just what I've used. You can feel free to play around with these and everything. You can even ask AI what's the best lens setup to get the feeling that I'm looking for. But I just like to use that and keep that as my default right there. And then we'll go ahead and generate these. And wow, these are fantastic. These actually look incredibly good for what we're trying to do here. I really like this one right here. And then what we're going to do, and this is one of the game-changing things about this, is click Create 3D Scene. Now this is going to process and create our 3D scene that we can actually enter and change angles. And now we have our 3D scene. We'll click this to enter it right here. And now check this out, we can pan around this scene and select what we want it to be focused on, for example. And we can also change the lens as well. So let's keep it at 24. Let's do kind of a zoomed-in one right there, and then click Capture Shot. That then saves that as another shot within our Cinema Studio that we can use. We can also move around the scene by clicking our keyboard, which is absolutely insane. I'm literally moving around. This door wasn't here before, and we can reframe everything to get the perfect shot that we're looking for. And so now once we have our image, what we can do is go ahead and click Animate right here. This will bring us to the video tab of Cinema Studio. In which it will add this image as the first frame in the video that we're making. Now what sets this apart is that we have a bunch of built-in movements built into this that we can use. So for example, let's say we wanted to do a slow dolly push in towards the chair. Then what we'll do is select Dolly In, and you can see an example of that right there. So it's moving in slowly and smoothly towards the chair. And for speed ramp, we'll select Slow Motion right there. So you can actually choose how you'd like the motion to be. For example, you can make it really fast and then it slows down and then it speeds up again and so forth. So you can set custom one if you want. We'll just do slow right there. We'll do a 5-second clip for that. We don't really even need to explain anything here because this holds it all. But what's cool is that if we wanted to include a character, we can click this right here and then upload characters and props that we can then reuse again and again throughout our videos. So we don't really need to explain anything there. We can have sound. We don't really need it for this one. We'll just do one video right here and click generate. And now while that's loading, let me show you how you can do multi-shots. So if you go in right here and select Multi-Shot Manual, then you can select how long you want each shot to be. Let's say we want each one to be like 3 seconds. We'll do 3 different shots right here, maybe even 4. So we'll start with this and we'll do a slowly zoom in on the chair while the smoke goes up. Then for the next shot, scene number 2, we just click it and we'll do an extreme close-up of a gloved hand picking up evidence. Right there. For scene 3, then we'll do a medium shot of a detective at a corkboard. And then for scene 4, we'll do a wide shot pulling back to reveal an abandoned warehouse. And here's the one that we just generated right here, as you can see. And this looks incredibly good. And of course, we can make these a lot longer as well. We just did a couple-second video right there just to show you as a test, but these are incredibly realistic. And now for monetization within this niche, you're really looking at ad revenue and sponsorships, which can be quite lucrative. This channel is probably making several hundred $100,000 a month when you throw in sponsors on their channel as well. So obviously that's really good. However, not every channel is gonna get there, and in my opinion, there's much better ways of using this tool to make a lot more money, which I'm gonna show you. Here's another channel called Melody Sheep, which gets millions of views per month, and they only upload a video every couple months. And it's looking at different alien planets and space videos and everything like that, and the channel does incredibly well, kind of educational-based videos. And they look like videos that should belong on an IMAX screen, as you can see right here. Like, these are crazy good animations that in the past you'd have to pay a lot of money to make anything near this. So for the prompt for this one, we're going to go back to image. We're going to use this prompt of a breathtaking alien planet landscape at twilight, towering bioluminescent trees emitting soft blue and purple light, a massive ringed gas giant dominating the sky, strange luminous plants covering the terrain, a reflective alien lake. Like, what in the world is it even gonna do in this scenario? And we're even asking it to be photorealistic as well. So for this one, I'm gonna actually drop the focal length down to 14 because I want it to be more of a wide angle showing this entire landscape and everything. And the lower the number it is on focal length, the wider the angle. That's basically what that is there. And now we have our images here, and these look awesome. I love these so much. Like this one right here, this looks incredible. That's awesome. So then what we can do is again click Animate. From here then— oh, our multi-shot's done as well. We'll take a look at that in just a second, but we'll use that right there. We'll get rid of that frame. So we're just going to be using this as the starting frame right there. And then for the movement on this one, I kind of want it to be like flying through. So I think we'll select Drone Shot for the movement. And for the speed ramp, I want it to be speeding up. So we'll do speeding up right there. And this isn't going to be a multi-shot, so we'll again go back to single shots. We'll select the duration to be a bit longer, like 7 seconds speeding up, and we'll do super fast fly through the landscape buzzing the water and the trees super fast, some motion blur right there. And we'll do just one video for that and we'll click Generate. And now let's check out our multi-shot for this one right here. Let's see what it made us. Wow, that's awesome! Look at that, it did all of the shots that we asked for it all in one video. So we're not having to use 5 different tools in order to make this. This is all just within Higgsfield, which is super epic. Now for monetizing this type of space channel, monetization gets a little bit better from the last channel that we showed, and every channel I'm showing is gonna get better and better. But basically what I would recommend is being an affiliate for something like CuriosityStream, which is a monthly subscription kind of like Netflix for documentaries, because the people who watch this type of content, they love space documentaries. So I would be an affiliate for CuriosityStream, which you can right here, and you can get paid a set amount for every single subscription that you get on there. And you get, you get several thousand people on there and you're making pretty decent money. Not the best channel for monetizing yet, but we are getting better. And this audience is typically higher income as well, so the CPMs will likely be a little bit higher. You can expect to make around $8 to $12 per 1,000 views just from ad revenue from my own experience, which is also pretty nice. And now our video is done flying through the alien planet. So let's take a look at that right here. That's amazing. That's so awesome. It did exactly what we're looking for. So now let's get to the next rung for monetization, which is one of the best ways of monetizing and one of the best types of channels that can monetize the best, which would be business documentary channels like this channel called ColdFusion right here, which gets millions of views per month. And they also have a community that they give paid access to as well. So they're making a ton of money from that, and they have sponsorships, and they can even be an affiliate for people who are interested in making their own business due to the fact that everybody on here is likely interested in making their own business as well. So they just do these documentary style videos, and it's safe to say if they could have cinematic visuals throughout these videos, especially to hook people in the beginning of watching them without having to pay tons for a VFX artist or something like that, that would be invaluable. Here's another channel called Magnets Media, which also gets millions and millions of views. They only upload every few months and they're doing incredibly well, but the reason they don't upload that much is because it's so expensive and it takes so much time to make these types of videos. Well, no more. You can use AI to help you do all of this. And again, you can sell access to a community that either you make yourself or be an affiliate for another community. And the best place, by the way, to make your own community without having to pay huge fees, like I see ColdFusion right here is using Patreon, which charges like 10% fees, which is crazy. Instead, I've actually been building a platform called moon.com, which has a way better UI, more AI features as well. And it's a way cleaner way of having your own community. So you could charge money for a community and monetize that way. And plus we have a way lower fee as well. Or you can be an affiliate for any of the other communities on there and then get a percentage of the sale. So now let's move it even a rung up. What is the best way of monetizing with these types of AI videos? Well, it's actually what you're watching right now, and you might be thinking, Matt, what in the world are you talking about? Well, tutorials showing people how to use these new AI tools are, in my opinion, one of the best ways of monetizing with them due to the fact that you can be affiliates for the AI tools you talk about. Higgsfield has a great affiliate program. You can also get sponsored by different tools like this video, as we mentioned, is sponsored by Higgsfield. And as an added benefit, you get to learn about all these tools as well, and you can stay on the cutting edge while teaching and helping other people do so as well. And you don't have to show your face either. There's channels like Zinni Studio. I just made another faceless channel called Stickman Matt, which is doing really good as well, which also does this in a completely faceless way. There's channels like Julian Goldie SEO, which has a completely AI avatar that looks realistic as the face of his channel, and he gets millions of views per month, and he has a community he sells access to and makes tens of thousands of dollars per month from that. That is definitely the best way of monetizing with this, at least in my opinion right now. You can choose the way that you want to go down, but in my opinion, I really like the educational route due to the fact that you have tons of different monetization streams and you don't have to be getting millions upon millions of views to potentially make a lot of money doing this. I have students like my student David who made over $100,000 in a year with only 3,000 subscribers. So you don't have to be some huge channel, you know, getting millions of views to potentially make a lot of money. Now, everything I just showed you within this video is possible with Cinema Studio 2.0 right now today. But here is what is about to make this even crazier. Seedance 2.0, which is ByteDance's newest AI model that was recently announced, and some people have gotten exclusive access to test it out and everything so far, is breaking the internet over the past week. And the best place to access it when it becomes available in the next few days here is going to be within Higgsfield itself. That's one reason I love these aggregators like Higgsfield, and I really love the UI on Higgsfield and everything as well, is due to the fact that when new models are coming out and the game just keeps getting changed and it becomes more and more impressive, it's nice to have everything in a single unified place to be able to access it. So I highly recommend Higgsfield. I'll leave a link down below if you want to sign up for them. They'll give you a really good deal on it. They give me an exclusive link, so feel free to benefit from that. But I do want to warn you about one thing when it comes to doing this, which is that tools by themselves don't necessarily make you money. It's the strategy that will make you money. It's the way that you use these tools. So let me show you exactly how to monetize this to the next level. And no matter what type of channel that you're running, any of the channels that I've just showed you today would benefit from this strategy immensely. And here, let me break it down for you. If you watch any of the other videos on my channel, you know that I talk about money videos, which is essentially a super long video on your channel that all of your other videos drive traffic to, mostly from an end screen at the end of your videos. So essentially what you do is every video you upload, you have an end screen that then drives people to a very long video on your channel. The reason it's long is because it's gonna keep people on YouTube for an extended period of time, and then you sell something at the end of that video. For example, if you're running a health channel, your super long video could be the hidden science behind why we age and how to reverse it step by step. You would use Cinema Studio 2.0 then to generate a super cinematic intro, transitions between sections and everything else, but the majority of that video could literally just be a slideshow. And then at the end of that money video, you have a call to action to whatever you're promoting, and it'll be incredibly easy to sell it because people just watched a super long video and they've gotten convinced that your way or whatever you're teaching is the best way of doing it. And what you're promoting can be an affiliate product, a course that's either your own or somebody else's that you found on moon.com, a digital product, a community, or even a software. Like if you talk about different AI software, you could be an affiliate, for example, for something like Higgsfield. And then at the end of your video, you say, if you want access to all the different AI models, sign up for Higgsfield right here. And you leave the link in your description. People sign up for it and you start making recurring income off of that. And you really only need a couple hundred people signed up and you'll be making more than a full-time income doing that. For example, one of my students, Curry, he makes over $10,000 a month just promoting pretty much just a single AI software from his videos, and he does incredibly well, and his channel is not even that big. And the math is pretty simple. Even if you just get 100,000 views a month, which is very easy to do if you do this correctly, and even just a tiny percentage of those viewers buy a $50 to $500 product, whether it's yours or even an affiliate product, you're making anywhere from $2,000 to $20,000 a month. Now, Obviously, I can't guarantee you'll make that much. I can't guarantee you'll make anything just by watching this video. Most people don't do anything with the information that I give in these videos, but the few that do, they leave comments on my videos in the future saying, I'm so glad that I implemented it. I'm so glad that I gave this a shot. So I really encourage you, if this is something that you want to do, give it a shot. You've got nothing to lose. And now with the AI tools, you don't even have to hire huge teams like I had to do in the beginning. In the beginning, of starting my whole YouTube journey, I had to make all the videos myself, and then I had to hire people and spend all of my money hiring people and just hoping this was going to work. And some did, some didn't. And now you can move so fast with a subscription to a couple AI software. It's absolutely crazy. And as we mentioned, the strategy behind how you're using these tools matters so much. And it also matters that you actually get a lot of views doing this and you make as much money as possible doing this and you move incredibly quickly. And if you want to learn how to do all of those things in a step-by-step way. I can just give you a checklist basically for doing this, and that checklist is within this video right here. This video right here is essentially a free course where I'll show you the best niches to do this in right now. Don't just make a top 10 channel using these tools. You need to make sure you're making a channel within one of these niches because it'll make you so much more money. And also make sure you're monetizing with a couple methods that I show in this video right here, and you're using that and you're using that secret method in order to get as many views as possible, it'll blow up your channel like crazy, super fast. My name is Matt Parr. Thanks for watching, and I'll see you there.
