How to Start a YouTube Business in 2026 (Step By Step) FREE COURSE

So you want to make a business on YouTube? Well, first of all, I want to say that's awesome, and it is 100% possible to do now in 2026 more than ever with all of the AI tools available. And I'm going to be giving you a complete step-by-step free course for doing YouTube the new way in 2026. And this works for both personal channels and faceless channels. And I'm going to show you how to do both the correct way in this free course. And this free course is going to be broken down into 5 different sections. In section 1, I'm gonna show you me literally setting up this new way of doing YouTube, this new business, in just 10 to 20 minutes. You can watch over my shoulder as I do it. And then in section number 2, I'm gonna show you the only YouTube niches that I recommend doing right now and the only ones that are really even worth pursuing right now. In section 3, I'll show you the secret to monetizing your channel from the first day that you start it, and I'll show you me actually doing that as well. And in section 4, I'm gonna show you case studies of both my own channels and some of my most successful students' channels on exactly what we're doing to get incredible success with YouTube. And then in section 5, I'll show you the next steps for doing this. And so without further ado, we're gonna get into section number 1 right now, which is going to show you the new way of doing YouTube in 2026. Plus you can watch me actually start this in just about 10 minutes. Check it out. Now, first things first, we need a niche. A niche is simply a category of content, and a lot of people go wrong when it comes to choosing one, which is why in the next video in this series, I'm gonna show you the only niches that I would start right now. But ideally the niche is something you know at least a little bit about or even just have a slight interest in. And if we go to my tool called TubeMagic, we have a niche explorer where I have a list of all of the niches that I recommend for YouTube along with example channels and how much money they make per 1,000 views. Now, something that I'm very interested in is of course YouTube growth. And if you're watching this, you're probably also interested in that. And by the end of this series, you're gonna have a lot of knowledge on YouTube to, to the point that you could run a channel on it. I know most people think that they have to be the world's foremost expert on something to run a channel on it, But I have students who make $10,000 per month helping people learn how to use different software, and then they're an affiliate for that software. I have other students like Musa who made a couple hundred thousand dollars in just a couple days doing the strategy I'm gonna show you in this series, and then he sold his own thing, which monetized his expertise and made a ton of money. One of the secrets for doing YouTube is every new channel that you start should be related to one of your past channels, granted you monetized it correctly. So here on Make Money Matt, I'm monetizing it correctly. I make hundreds $1,000 per 1,000 views on this channel. I have things to sell, so making a faceless channel also makes a lot of sense. Plus, if you were doing a channel within this niche, you could be an affiliate for so many different software out there, like my software TubeMagic, where we'll give you 50% recurring commissions for life, or my other software that generates videos called vid.ai. And this is actually the reason that I made this channel right here called Stickman Matt, which is getting 50,000 views per month. It's making more money than my channels with millions of subscribers. Now let me ask you a question. What do you notice about this channel right here? It's not like most faceless channels where we're just going over top 10 lists or random entertainment subjects which might get millions of views. However, they're not helping people solve a real problem in their life. And you'll see in the second video in the series how that's gonna be a recurring theme in this. We wanna help people solve a real problem in their life. Another thing you might notice is the fact that I have a character who's the face of this channel. And this character could potentially even outlive me because it's not dependent on me to continue going. So even if you run a personal YouTube channel, and like I said, this process will work amazing for you if you do, you can also have multiple related helping channels on top of it. So if you don't feel like uploading a video one day, you're still getting traffic, you're still getting leads, and most importantly, you're monetizing them correctly, which I'm gonna show you how to do. The first thing we're gonna do is go to Higgsfield and then go to generate image right here. And we're going to create a character for your channel. This character is going to allow you to differentiate your channel from all of the other AI slop that's out there, because even if somebody copies you, they're just building your brand. Something happens to your channel, you just make another one because you've got a brand built. And when AI gets better and better, it'll allow you to put out more videos at higher frequency and higher quality that gives more value to people, all while actually building your brand, not just uploading AI slop that might get some views, but isn't going to actually make you money. So within Higgsfield, what I'm going to do is upload a photo of myself and then give it a prompt. Make a stickman version of him, just keeping the hair. Make it animated, full body shot on a white background. We'll go 9:16 for the aspect ratio. Make sure we're using GPT Image 2, which is the best model right now for images. Keep mid for quality and we'll do 4 at a time right here. And go ahead and generate. The thing about these characters as well is that it doesn't necessarily even have to be you. Look at channels like Zinni Studio, for instance, who makes $15,000 per month with a simple AI-generated character. How do we know who's really even behind that channel? It could be anybody in the world. I could be running that channel. I'm not, by the way, but I do have multiple character channels where the characters aren't even of me, but I'm still building brand and I'm building IP. And you can too. So here's the results that we got. They're pretty good. I'm gonna actually ask it to make sure to keep some color as well and get some more options here. And there we go, now we got some additional options. I kind of like this one right here. It even got the green drink that I was drinking within the image. And from there, simply crop this down. That will be your profile picture. Generate up an image for the channel art as well, and then come up with a name for your channel. If you're having trouble with that, you can use the channel name generator on TubeMagic. Stickman channel about YouTube growth. Generate names. And all 3 of these are great names, but it is always good to give your character a name as well. In this case, it's just named after me, Stickman Matt. And now it's time to get our first video idea. And this is actually incredibly simple. All you do is go to a channel that is a competitor that's doing very well, go to their most popular videos, and then combine 2 ideas. For example, this video about how much YouTube pays for 1,000 views did incredibly good. And this video about the top 30 YouTube niches without showing your face also did incredibly good. Let's combine them. Let's do a video called the YouTube niches that pay you more per 1,000 views. We're taking two concepts that worked and creating a brand new concept that will also do very well. For some of your ideas, you can also just model videos that have already worked. But this combination strategy is how I've been getting incredibly great ideas that are getting millions of views lately. Now for the script, you can use any AI that you'd like. My recommendation is always just to use it as a first draft and double-check every single script yourself and make sure that it actually gives value. Within TubeMagic, if you go to make a new script, you can actually add context videos. So I can go to this video right here since this was one of the videos we're using for an idea, add that as a context video, and then go ahead and add this video about the top 30 niches as well as a context video. And then it will pull the best parts of those videos into our own script while following all of these frameworks that I've trained TubeMagic on. So you have all of the best information for doing this. Then we're simply going to type our title, the YouTube niches that pay the most per thousand views in 2026. And my recommendation is doing videos typically over 8 minutes long because you can put multiple ad breaks then on those videos. But for this one, we're going to do a shorter one just to show you as a proof of concept. In an example, we'll do a 1.5-minute one right there. And we use Claude by default for the backend for these scripts, but you can also choose Gemini or Opus 4.6, which will give you the absolute best result. So we're going to do that and click Generate. And now TubeMagic has our script generated. And what's cool is it gives us 3 different options for the hook. And you can also regenerate the hook as well, since the most important part of the video is the first few seconds. We have "Not all YouTube niches pay the same and the difference is absolutely insane," or "A channel with 50K subs in the right niche will outearn a gaming channel with 500K." I'm gonna go with the most straight-to-the-point one, which is this one right here, and then click save. And then for the voiceover, if you're recording your videos yourself as a personal channel, then of course you sit behind a camera, you film the video like I'm doing right here. But if you're doing a faceless channel, then you can go ahead and go to the audio tab on Higgsfield and paste in your script right here and choose from any of these voices. And you can also even create your own voice right here. Now, I've already got my voice cloned on ElevenLabs, so I'm going to go ahead and use that. In fact, if you'd like to use my voice, feel free. It's on ElevenLabs to use. I'll go ahead and generate this. And now this is where things start to get absolutely insane. In some previous videos on my channel, I've showed connecting Higgsfield with Claude Code to generate full, complete YouTube videos with a character. In fact, I showed how to do it in the last video, but you still had to download Claude Code and use multiple different tools. Well, now Higgsfield recently released something called their supercomputer, and the supercomputer basically has Claude code built into it, and it's all completely online. And when you open it, it looks something like this. And what we're going to do here is click this plus button, go to elements, and then we're going to create a new element. And this element is going to be a character. I've uploaded the picture of Stickman Matt right here. I've given him a name. And then I can click save. And now that element is created. So I'm going to click to use it. That attaches it right there. And I've also just uploaded our ElevenLabs voiceover along with a TXT file of our script. But as I mentioned, if you wanted to make this a lot easier, you can do this all within Higgsfield. You can just clone your voice on Higgsfield if you want to use it or use one of their prebuilt voices. And then for the prompt, we're going to say, this is an animated YouTube video that uses the attached VoiceOver audio. The script is also attached for reference, but make sure to use the attached audio and don't generate any new audio. I just need the visuals and the full complete YouTube video. Use the character Stickman Matt as the host of the channel. Make it engaging and make it change scenes often to keep people's attention. Have movement and titles throughout the video to keep people's attention. Also have graphics that are engaging. Have stickman Matt be talking and moving around throughout the video, sometimes talking headshots and other times he's in the corner talking. Give me a complete finished video using the uploaded audio. And we're going to make sure that we're using Claude Opus 4.7. That's the absolute best model right now. And we will run this on the supercomputer. Now, by default for this, Higgsfield is going to select the models that it uses by itself. Which means it may sometimes use more expensive models, even though Higgsfield is the cheapest place to use flagship models like Seedance 2.0, which is the best out there right now. So you can be looking at it costing anywhere from $5 to $50 per video depending on the models used. And you can edit your prompts to say use less expensive models. And you can also do things like mixing in screen recordings, like for example, Zinni Studio does. A lot of her videos are mostly just screen recordings, and then you could just have the character in the corner of the video. That would cost basically nothing. But going back over here, as you can see, it's prepared everything. It'll have 14 to 18 second clips at 5 seconds each to keep visual variety high. It's planning the scenes, alternating talking headshots with the host in the corner and everything else, and titles throughout. It all looks amazing. So we'll click continue. And right now we have it set to ask to run, but you can set it to automatically just go through everything and make all the decisions for you. Just keep in mind, if it does something that you don't absolutely love, you will be spending credits for that. But it's the same thing with hiring a freelancer. You wouldn't be able to QC their work in real time as they're doing something that would take hours and hours to do. Like you can with this AI. And check this out, it's literally preparing all of the different shots. So we have the talking headshot right there, and we have another wide shot where the host is on the left and it has this text on it, and it's planning it all out. And now in order to generate these images, I'm going to click Generate. And then on the right-hand side here, you can actually see that it's generating the first assets in real time as it's putting this video together for us. And these are honestly looking incredibly good. This is going to be a very good video. So you could walk away, get a coffee, spend time with your kids, do whatever you want to do, and you have AI doing the work for you in the background. And now it's preparing the actual video generation. All right, now we have some of the first videos done right here. As you can see, these look really good. This looks amazing. I mean, just look at the expression on his face. Like, this is almost better than 90% of stickman videos that are out there, and AI's doing it all for us. Now we're just missing 2 additional clips, so we'll go ahead and give it approval to generate those. And now, just like that, Higgsfield finished up generating all of the different videos downloaded the clips, put them all together, assembled them all together into a video, muted the audio from the clips it generated, and then it put in our voiceover that we gave it. And now we have literally a finished video right here. And so let's take a look at the video that it generated. Not all YouTube niches pay the same, and the difference is absolutely insane. While most channels earn somewhere between $1 and $30 per 1,000 views, choosing the right niche can push you toward that upper end consistently. So this is amazing that we literally just prompted this and made this. Now, one thing that I do want to say is that if you wanted to, you could make this even more engaging because the only limit is how you prompt the AIs. For example, you could tell it switch up the scenes every 3 seconds. That would actually be a really good best practice to do. And scrolling through this video right here, these animations are amazing. As you can see, it demonstrates all the concepts and we made an entire video in just a couple of minutes with Higgsfield. And again, if you wanted it to run all this itself, just click this and do auto run without asking and it'll go through. It'll make the entire video itself. So you can see now, you know, how easy this is to set up and do. But you might be asking, okay, Matt, that's great, but if it's so easy, then everybody's going to do this and there will just be way too much competition. And the answer is yes, everybody will do this, but they're going to be running Shorts channels that don't make any money. They're going to be running channels that aren't building any brand equity and real IP because they won't have a character associated with their channel. And they also will not be doing what I'm going to teach you in the next 4 videos in this series. Very few people will actually do this the right way. But imagine you're one of them. Imagine you take action. Imagine waking up 6 months from now and you have 3 automated YouTube channels that are running using this new method. Maybe also you even have a personal channel if that's something that you want to do. But otherwise, you've just got these channels that are essentially assets working for you 24/7, and you don't have a team, you don't have an editor, you don't have invoices to pay. You spend maybe an hour or 2 a day reviewing what the AI made and uploading it. And speaking —of uploading, you will need a thumbnail for your video. So you can just simply go to Create Image right here on Higgsfield and then find a similar thumbnail that you like, copy it, paste it in right here, find your stickman character, also copy that on over, and then say, remake this thumbnail but using the stickman instead of the person and make it animated instead. And then we'll select 16:9 and we can go 1K for resolution. Generate again using GPT Image 2, and boom, now we have some amazing thumbnails like this one right here. This is incredible. These will do really good. And we've made a whole YouTube business in just a couple of minutes. So you spend a couple hours a day or maybe even just a couple hours a week working on this, and the rest of your time is completely yours. Maybe you go to the gym, maybe you spend that time with your kids, maybe you're at a coffee shop in another country and you potentially have money coming in to pay for what you want to pay for. All right, so I hope you got a ton of value from section 1 of this video so far. You can see how easy it is to start a YouTube business right now. But not every YouTube business is worth starting. And in fact, you could do the best strategies in the world, but if you do it on a bad niche that is not worth your time in pursuing, it's a waste of time. And I want this to be a really fruitful use of your time. So in the next section of this free course, I'm going to be showing you the best 7 niches and the only niches that I recommend doing right now in 2026. Here we go. So the niches that I recommend, they have to meet 3 different criteria. I call this the niche scorecard. If it scores yes for all 3 of these questions, then you have an amazing niche. And I'm going to show you a bunch of examples here in just a second, but it's really important that you know what this scorecard is because you could get your channel banned. Because I don't want to get a message from you a few months from now when your channel got banned because you skipped this. So the first question is, is YouTube okay with this type of content? I've made plenty of videos here talking about the type of content that YouTube bans, and there's even specific types of AI content that YouTube is getting rid of. And it's low-effort, repetitious, scammy content that doesn't provide any value that is mass-generated. The next question on the scorecard is, is there a paying audience here? It does not matter if you get millions upon millions of views if you are not monetizing those views correctly. And the best way to monetize is by selling something from your channel. You can do that whether you are or are not an expert, and I'm going to show you exactly how in this video series. But I have people within my community who get a few thousand views per video who are making hundreds of thousands of dollars per year, whereas I have other people who get millions of views per month who make a couple hundred dollars per month. And so how do you validate that a niche has buyers in less than 60 seconds? Open an incognito tab, search the niche, click on the top 3 videos that show up, and then see, is there an ad that plays before the video that is specifically selling something related to that topic? Also check the descriptions, check if they're selling something themselves. If they're only selling t-shirts with their face on it, that's a red flag. And question number 3 is, will this niche exist in 5 years? The world is rapidly changing right now. AI is going to change so many things about our society and everything else. And from that, we can deduce that AI itself is a really good niche. It's definitely going to exist 5 years, 10 years, 20 years from now. So that's an amazing niche. So that is the niche scorecard. And now to make this incredibly easy for you, I'm going to go over the best niches. That I actually recommend right now in 2026 that are going to exist, in my opinion, in the next 5 to 10 years as well, that meet all of the specifications of that scorecard right now. Now, niche number 1 is personal finance for specific life stages. For example, this could be personal finance for people in their 50s or their 30s. There's a huge trend on YouTube in going hyper-specific to certain audiences. and using age ranges is one of the best ways of doing that. Now, in order to make as much money as possible within this niche, typically you're going to want to target the older end of that spectrum. Now, that's not to be said that you can't make millions of dollars targeting people in their 20s. You certainly could. However, in general, people have more money as they get older. So personal finance for people approaching retirement is an absolutely incredible niche. Take a look at this channel called Alicia Invest that's getting 1.5 million views per month. Just based off of a $20 CPM, just from ad revenue alone, this channel could be pulling in $30,000+ per month. And if she sold something the right way from this channel, that could be at least an extra $100,000 a month in my estimation. And she's doing it the right way by having a character who's the face of the channel, which as we discussed in the first video in this series is an incredibly important part of doing this. Here's another channel called Nick Invest doing the same exact thing, getting almost a million views a month, and another channel called Ivan Invest doing the same exact thing. And while these channels are doing a lot of things right, they're not going after a specific life stage like I'm recommending. So let me show you exactly what I would do if I did a channel within this niche. I would generate an animated character of the face of the channel, which in this case would be a wealthy grandpa. Let's call the channel Wealthy Grandpa. And so to generate some characters, in fact, I think it would be better to do a 2D animated character. Actually, these are kind of 3-dimensional, but if you look at what's actually doing really good on YouTube, these are like just very simple 2D characters. So we're going to generate that right here using GPT Image 2. That's the best image generator out right now. And there we go. These look great. I'm going to go ahead and use this one. And then let's say we're going to recreate this video about why your 40s decide whether you retire comfortable or stressed. And we're just going to change that to be your 60s instead. And in the last video, I showed you a really amazing secret for getting the best video ideas possible that I've barely talked about online. But we'll just use this idea as an example. We'll generate the script within TubeMagic, generate the voiceover within ElevenLabs. We'll upload a picture of our old man host as as the voiceover, as well as the script. And then we give it this prompt right here, basically just telling it that we need to make the entire video. And now that we have this generating right here, I do want to give a quick note that you don't just want to 100% rely on AI scripts no matter what tool that you're using. You do want to QC check everything and make sure that you make your videos more valuable. I touched on this in the first video in the series, but essentially what that means is taking information that's already been put out on previous videos and putting it in your own video in new and unique ways to give more value to viewers and therefore the platform. And just like that, we have a finished video in a couple of minutes. Check this out. Your 60s aren't just another decade. They're the decade that determines everything about your retirement. Here's what most people get wrong. They spend their— That's really good considering we didn't have to do any work ourselves. And if we wanted to make it even better, we can ask Higgsfield to make the lips sync up as well. That's one thing that I think is missing. Now, niche number 2 is health and longevity for specific demographic. So staying on that theme of producing videos for a specific demographic, health is an amazing niche to do this in, and it actually works better than doing general health videos. Take a look at this guy, Richard Kelly, MD. So this guy produced tons of health videos getting barely any views whatsoever until he eventually did a video titled Creatine After 50, which went on to get over 1.9 million views. By calling out a specific demographic and talking about a supplement that usually isn't talked about for this age range, even though it's incredibly beneficial, he was able to combine two subjects that did incredibly well. And his videos that he does after that targeting that demographic also are doing quite well. And this is an amazing example of a channel that's a personal brand channel doing this. But you can even do this faceless. Take a look at channels like Captain Workout and Yellow Dude, faceless channels they have an AI character. You can generate those videos almost completely using Higgsfield if you want. Just make sure to use that tip of targeting a specific demographic. Niche number 3 is doing make money online videos the right way. And no, I'm not talking about uploading videos like how to make $500 a day guaranteed. YouTube is targeting those types of channels and taking them down. So if you want to build a real long-term business, avoid making any specific income claims or anything else within your videos. Instead, teach tutorials about how to do this the right way. You can take a look at my channel right here, which is an example of a personal channel doing doing this, or take a look at my new faceless channel called Stickman Matt that's getting 50,000 views a month, also doing this, teaching a specific way of making money online, which in this case is doing YouTube. And there's other faceless channels like Zinni Studio, for instance, that also do this incredibly well. Now, for these types of videos, a lot of them can literally just be done by using a free screen recorder like OBS and recording your screen like I do here on this channel. You can easily make an AI character using Higgsfield. And if you wanted to film personal brand videos, you can get a great cheap camera like a Canon M50, which is more than good enough to start. But if you have a premium budget, You can also invest in a Sony A7IV. This is an Earthworks ICON USB mic that goes directly into my computer, and I'm actually filming this right now on OBS, and this is what it looks like as I'm filming. Then you can sell your own program or different AI tools that you're an affiliate for and potentially make tons of money. Niche number 4 is relationships and self-improvement, and this channel called Rise Above Reality makes these super simple stickman videos that you can easily do with Higgsfield, and this channel is getting 600,000 views per month, and they teach about psychology and social situations and do incredibly well. Niche number 5 is technology and software tutorials, especially ones related to AI. AI, as we discussed, is not going anywhere in the next 10 years, and so helping people stay up to date on these things is incredibly powerful. Just look at this faceless channel called AI Search, which is getting 1.8 million views per month going over all of the latest AI news. Now, even though these news videos do incredibly good and get a lot of views, they're not necessarily going to be getting views forever because they are news-based. However, his tutorial-based videos that teach something in an evergreen way will continue to get views for years and years into the future. So you can do a mix of news-based videos and more evergreen tutorials just recording your screen, and you can make these videos incredibly easy. Generate up a character with Higgsfield and have them be the host of the channel, or you can be the host as well, or just be completely faceless like that AI search channel. Niche number 6 is is pet ownerships for specific breeds. For example, there's channels like Smart Dog Lover that does incredibly good just talking about dogs, but you could be even more specific than this and go into a specific breed, just talking about Golden Retrievers or German Shepherds. And there's also channels that talk about cats like The Purring Journal. It makes these faceless stock footage videos that you could use my software called vid.ai to generate full 20-minute videos. And by the way, in vid.ai, we're also going to be adding the option of having an AI character be the host of your videos as well. You can generate videos exactly like this. And niche number 7 is travel tips and tutorials. This channel called Cruise Like a Pro literally just talks about going on cruises and tips and tricks for that. There's also channels that teach people just how to pack their bags correctly that get millions of views, and it's because they're going narrow. You could literally just do a channel about train travel or staying in hotels or flying on planes and absolutely crush it and potentially make a full-time income. And that channel called Cruise Like a Pro is just doing stock footage-based videos which again, you could use vid.ai to generate videos that look exactly like these, generate up a character with Higgs field, put that on top of the video as well, and crush it. And there's a reason that a lot of the top advertisers on YouTube like Expedia and Booking.com are putting their ads on these types of videos because they're likely to make the brand a lot of money. And so if you're doing a channel about how to pack your bags correctly, you could easily sell a course or a community using a platform like Moon, which is actually a platform that I built to sell digital products. And you could sell a whole guide for doing that. Now, yes, you can also run channels in niches side of this and do incredibly good. These are just the only niches that I personally would even consider starting right now, but I have students and friends who are making untold amounts of money in channels teaching people about space, geography channels, travel top 10 list channels, and so much more. So you don't just have to be limited to this, but you have to understand the fundamentals of what makes a good niche, which we went over earlier in this video. Now, even though these niches pass the niche filter that we went over earlier, you can easily generate videos in any of these niches with AI, and you can add an AI character like I recommend, so you're building real brand IP, so AI will only help you. This might sound crazy, but the niche alone is not enough. This is the most important thing I'm gonna say in this entire video. Two people can start in the same exact niche on the same exact day and get completely opposite results. One absolutely blows up and builds a full-time income doing this, and one makes nothing. And the difference is not the niche, it's not even necessarily the types of videos that they're uploading, but it's the system, and it's having a flywheel wheel for their channel and knowing how to package all of their videos so every new video that they upload feeds this flywheel, which makes them more money and gets them more views and blows up their channel for them in the background. And you might already even have some expertise or something that you want to do a channel in. Just make sure there's already other channels getting minimum 50,000 views on individual videos before you do that, and make sure that there's a way of monetizing as well. Also running through that 3-question niche filter that I gave you earlier, and now you know the best niches to do. You know that you can start this literally just within a couple minutes. Like I showed you in section number 1. And now it's time that you monetize your channel correctly from the first day that you started. And that starts with generating a single video that you post to your channel that is going to do all the selling for you. And plus, it's going to grow your channel like crazy as well. I'm going to show you that in the next section right now. This is one of the most important sections. If you want to make money from your channel, this is how you do it. Let's get into it. There's one video that you only have to make once that will pay you for years. In fact, just over the past year, I've made over $1 million from just one video that that I've uploaded. And now obviously these results are not typical, but in order to do this, you don't need 1,000 subscribers, you don't need 4,000 hours of watch time, you don't have to wait to get accepted into the YouTube Partner Program. And this works for both personal channels and faceless channels. And today I'm pulling back the curtain on one of my biggest secrets for making tons of money on YouTube, which is something that I like to call the money magnet video. And it's an asset that 99% of creators have no clue even exists, and you can use AI to basically make it for you, which I'm going to show you how to do in this video. Now, the thing is, most people think about YouTube as a never-ending hamster wheel where they have to constantly be posting multiple videos every single week, and they see it as something that they just have to do for the rest of their life. I see YouTube a little bit differently, and by the end of this video, you will as well. YouTube is actually an amazing evergreen machine to get views and sales and build digital assets that can pay for years and years into the future. And as I mentioned, there is only one video that you only have to make once and upload once for the entirety of your channel, which I like to call your money magnet video. I've also called this a flywheel pillar video in the past. And what this is, is a 20-minute to 60+ minute video that delivers massive value and then seamlessly funnels your viewers into a paid solution. That paid solution could be an online course, course, for example, software with recurring commissions, coaching, access to an AI bot, or all of the above. And I have channels monetizing with all of those. And we can also get into the new way of selling education as well. If you do want to sell, for example, online courses and whatnot, things are changing right now and there's a way better way of doing it than most people do. And it's the way my company is doing hundreds of thousands of dollars per month. And if you have no idea what to sell, do not worry. I'm going to show you exactly what to sell in just a second. Even if you're a beginner, you're not an expert, experts. I'm gonna show you exactly what to do. And so the thing is, most YouTube channels, they're chasing the pennies from ad revenue. And my old YouTube channels that did get millions of subscribers, that's exactly what I did. I chased ad revenue and I made relative pennies from it compared to what I do now, which makes me millions of dollars per year. I actually got that award back there for making over $10 million with this method. And now even if your channel sells absolutely nothing, this method that I'm about to share with you will still help your channel go viral. And that's because every other video on your channel is going to link to this money magnet video and drive traffic to it, therefore keeping people on YouTube for an extended period of time after they watch one of your videos. Most people, they think about getting the view and that's all they think about. They don't think about funneling people to another video and what people are gonna do their next hour after watching your video. If you keep people on the platform of YouTube YouTube is gonna give you all of the views and all the subscribers that you could ever want because you're helping their business. And then only after that you sell something after you've built a ton of trust with people, and those people will convert like crazy, therefore making you a ton of money, and you don't have to wait to get monetized. Now the 3 rules of a money magnet video are: number 1, have something to sell, and I'll show you where to find that in just a second. Number 2, solve actual problems and do not focus on entertaining people. And number 3, keep in mind all of your future videos are going to funnel back to this. And you can do that by setting up what are called end screens, which will pop up at the end of all your videos and direct people to your money magnet video. Now there's 3 simple steps to implement this correctly, and you can use AI for this as well. And step number 1 is to actually have something to sell. This can be your own course combined with an AI version of yourself, for instance. This is working incredibly good right now if you want to sell education. This can be an AI software, either one that you own or one that you're an affiliate for. For example, one of my students, Curry, makes over $10,000 per month just promoting a couple software as an affiliate, and he gets monthly recurring commissions for life from a bunch of those. Both of my software companies, TubeMagic and VidAI, pay out monthly recurring commissions for life for everybody that you get signed up. And places to find products include Digistore24, my new platform called Moon, and ClickBank. And also you can go to any AI of your choice— Google Gemini is really good for this— and use the deep research to find affiliate options for what you're doing. Typically, you want to look for something that pays out at least $100 per sale or something that's going to make you recurring revenue for life. Step number 2 then is to actually generate your pillar video. Now, as you can see, I have a pillar video template right here that you can use for your money magnet video that goes over everything in order to get the maximum amount of conversions and keep people watching, but it needs to solve a problem. And the best way to make sure your channel actually solves a problem is to figure out the offer as to what you're selling. And the best way to do this is to use this template right here, which is: this product will help people do what they want without what they hate. And then you fill in the blanks as to what people want is in your particular niche and what people hate in your niche is. I've done this a lot within my business as well, helping people grow profitable YouTube channels without account showing their face. That's what I've done a lot in the past. But now we help any type of YouTube channel grow super profitable channels without having to rely on a huge team and without having small profit margins. And if you have trouble with any of this, just find whatever you're selling, whether it's your own product or somebody else's as an affiliate, put it into any AI of your choice and ask it to use this template that I gave you. So now you have the offer, you have the Flywheel Pillar video template, and I'll tell you how you can get access to that as well. What you're going to do is download this template right here onto your computer, but all those other videos that we're going to upload onto YouTube, you can think of those videos as feeder content. And feeder content drives views to the pillar video. That's their only purpose. Yes, make the best videos you can. Yes, focus on evergreen subjects. I showed you exactly how you can get incredible video ideas in the first video in this series, but don't just stop there. Think of those videos as feeder content for your money magnet video. So in Higgsfield, I've uploaded our Flywheel Pillar video template right there. And just to give you a preview of the overall structure of this template, we go over an introduction where we hook people with the big promise. We tell who this is for, how it's gonna help them, what's covered, and we're gonna go over several secrets which break down the most common objections that people likely have for doing this. So for my offer, teaching people how to make money on YouTube without showing their face, I first of all show that that's actually possible in the first secret. In the second secret, I show the best niches to do this in because people want to see examples. And then in the third one, I break the disbelief that I couldn't actually generate videos by showing people how to do it incredibly easily. So as you can see, it's structured as just a screen recording that breaks a bunch of common beliefs that people have and then talks about how I can help people do this. And then it sells my program at the end of it. Now, for the purpose of this example, example, since you can go and watch that video on your own if you wanna see it, I'll do a slightly different example. I'll show you an example of promoting a software as an affiliate for this. Let's say you wanted to be an affiliate for my software, TubeMagic. It's essentially a suite of different AI tools that I've built for myself to help me with YouTube. And so I'm gonna type in here, help me make the slides for my pillar video that promotes TubeMagic. Www.patreon.com/joshuakom. Attached is the template to follow and try to make this at least 20 to 30 minutes long. It can go a bit longer than that. For example, I've seen very successful pillar videos that are 2, 3 hours long because you're demonstrating doing different things as well, which you can certainly also put in your pillar video. And my main pillar video right now is an hour and 36 minutes long, so there's nothing wrong with doing that. And then we're also going to put in the main offer for TubeMagic is that it helps people produce super viral videos without what they hate, which is having to spend hours writing scripts, doing research, and hiring freelancers. And I'll say, first, script it out. And secondly, then make the slides for this entire video that are highly engaging and they all match the same color scheme and style. We'll say ideally red to match TubeMagic and they are modern and look really nice. And then to get the absolute best quality, I'm going to select Opus 4.7, which is the best Claude model out right now, which will be doing the backend work for with writing the script and everything. You don't have to use that. It will use more credits, but it's going to give you the absolute best result. And I recommend that for this video because this is the most important video for your whole channel. So it's really important that we go the extra mile making this as valuable as possible. And then we'll go ahead and click to generate this. And right now Claude is analyzing the template PDF and then the script, and it's designing the slides. And it's also even going to tubemagic.com so it can read about the offer that we're promoting, what it's about. And it's asking a couple additional questions. Which aspect ratio would you like the slides to be? That should be 16:9. For the visual style, I want it to be a premium style with gradient colors right there. And it's asking if it should leave some space or placeholders for your name and any host headshot, or just keep the slides purely about the message. So if you had a personal channel, which I recommend doing— even if you have a faceless channel, you know, I recommend having a character who's the face of the channel— I would highly recommend choosing this option where you leave placeholders for your name and everything else. So we're gonna select that, and then you can upload a picture of your character here. Here, and then it'll put it in automatically. And just like that, Higgsfield has all of our slides done. These actually look really good. And so then what you'll do to record this is I recommend just getting a free screen recorder like OBS, for example, and just record your screen and do a voiceover with your real voice. However, if you want to use AI voices, like if you have an AI character and they have a certain voice, or you want it to be different than your own, you certainly can do that. But just to make this super simple, my recommendation is you just go through this, screen record it, and use your own voice. And here's kind of an example of what I would do. If it's a personal channel, you would definitely want to have a webcam on. As you can see how I have a webcam in the corner here, you don't want to be covering up anything important. So I'd probably move myself to be like right there. And then of course you're going to want to tell Higgsfield what your name is and everything so it can input that right there. But then we would just simply present it, just saying something along the lines of, in this free training, I'm going to show you exactly how to make viral YouTube videos without writing script, doing research, or hiring freelancers, or any of the other stuff that most people hate when it comes to doing this. And what most people don't know is that you can actually generate really viral scripts in under a minute. You don't have to spend 6 hours writing and doing endless research and everything else. And this is built for people who are just tired of grinding, who are stuck at a blank page, or 9-to-5 people who want a side hustle, aspiring online entrepreneurs, or people who run multiple YouTube channels. And I'm going to show you 3 different secrets for doing So you can kind of get the point of what I'm doing there. You basically just read through all of this, give a lot of value, which your slides will do if you follow the process that I showed you. And now at this point you might be saying, Matt, that's awesome, but I want to get that template for the flywheel pillar video for my money magnet video. Now even though I usually only share this template within my program Tube Accelerator, you can feel free to check out the pillar video on my channel and take notes from that. And then step 3 with this is to link all of your past and future videos to your money magnet video. And the way you do that is through end screens as well as putting a link in the description of all of your previous videos. Now this will make your channel do amazing because it increases something called session time. Most people don't even know this exists, but it's essentially how long people spend on YouTube after watching one of your videos. And plus, you're going to be making a ton of sales from this as well. So it's a huge win-win. Now, there is a secret ninja version of doing this that I teach within my program Tube Accelerator 2.0. And one of my students who ran a decent-sized channel named Musa implemented the ninja version of this, and he made over $300,000 in a day. Now, I have to be clear, those results are not typical. You'll probably make nothing near that. And now you know how to monetize your channel from the first day that you started. You know the best niches. You know that you can start this in just a couple minutes. But I know you might be thinking, can I realistically do this? Are there other people like me who have done this? Are there people succeeding with this right now with brand new channels that they're starting? Well, in this next section, I'm going to show you some new channels that I've personally started myself, plus some channels that my most successful students have also started that are incredibly successful recently to show you that you can 100% do this. And you're going to get a ton of value from this as well. And you're going to get a bunch of tips and tricks that you can actually take and implement in this next section. Right now. These people on the screen right now are not influencers, they're not tech bros, they're regular people. A guy in India who used to be making $100 a month, and a traveler who's living in the Caribbean, and a beginner who never even touched YouTube are now all quitting their jobs because of this new way of doing YouTube. And it's not just beginners either, there's also people who have sold their knowledge like Paul right here, who've gotten awards for making over a million dollars doing so with the new way that I'm teaching. And by the end of this video, you're gonna see some of the real channels that they actually built and how you can potentially do it as well. Now I do have to give a disclaimer because I am going to be showing some real student results as well as my own results in YouTube. And the disclaimer is that these results are not typical. In fact, most people who do YouTube are going to make absolutely nothing, and you will probably make nothing. And so now that we've gotten rid of everybody looking for just a get-rich-quick scheme, let me show you what's actually working right now and how people are implementing this the new real way. And what's going to make this video different than so many other case study videos on YouTube is that I'm going to show you multiple people who are succeeding in multiple different niches implementing the same method because it works across multiple different types of channels, multiple different niches, and so forth, because the system doesn't care who you are. The first case study is Kunal right here. A year and a half ago, he was running his family's business. I believe it was like a travel agency, and he wanted to find a way of making money online. So he tried Amazon FBA. There's so many people selling courses on that, pushing it as the best business little out there, but he got burned, of course, by inventory and returns because nobody ever factors that into it. And then he found my program, and I actually recently sat down with him in person since I happen to be traveling through where he lives, and this is what he said.

All right, so, uh, about a year and a half ago, I was doing a lot of different things, is I turned to Amazon, and, uh, I found after doing about a year of Amazon that it was quite a bit of a headache for me. Uh, you I had to, you know, find new products, see what sells, uh, keep a lot of inventory, customer complaints, reviews, and returns, and inventory in and out, shipping, and like all this stuff. It was a whole thing, and the profit margin wasn't as amazing. About a year in, I kind of, uh, felt that I need to, you know, make a bit of a change.

And so then Kunal decided to switch. He stopped touching physical inventory, and he started building digital assets that work for him 24 7.

Success came pretty quick, to be honest. I think my 9th video is what started that off. We're at a point right now where, you know, already in just a year and a half after doing the course online, like, I can confidently say this is the path to intergenerational wealth. It's unbelievable. One thing that I found with YouTube is obviously when you create a video, it's like having a new product. Every video is kind of like a product, and once you put it on on, uh, it's like an endless supply of inventory because it could— continues selling on its own. So it's always there until you delete the video.

And that's the part that most people don't get. Every video is a digital asset and it works for you even if you're sleeping, doing anything you want with your time, forever. Now, along with giving an amazing testimonial, Kunal mentioned something crazy to me which even shocked me in my 10 years of doing YouTube, which is that he was making $60+ per 1,000 views and he wasn't selling anything from his channel. So of course I'm helping him change the second part of that, but the first part of it caused me to wonder how was he making so much money per 1,000 views. And he was making a lot of money. In fact, he was making so much that he didn't even want me saying the exact amount publicly, but it was a lot. And the way he was making so much money per 1,000 views was that the videos he was producing, even though he was in a decent CPM niche— most videos within that niche would make $5 to $10 per 1,000 views— what he did differently was he produced super long videos, which I recommend, but he actually took the recommendation and did it. And this allowed him to put so many different ad breaks throughout the videos that it drove up his CPMs and how much money he was making per 1,000 views. And then he implemented everything I teach with How to Go Viral on YouTube, and he's getting millions of views per month right now from his channel still. Now, I don't want to show Kunal's exact niche, but I do want to show a similar one and show kind of an overview of exactly how this could work and how you can generate videos that are that long without having to spend way too much money. And so again, this is not Kunal's niche, but it's somewhat similar. If you search up wonders of space, you can see, there's all these videos talking about different crazy facts about space, and some of these are like an hour long, like this one right here. And if you go and watch any of these videos, it's like a combination of animations along with stock footage all put together into a single video. Now usually you would have to pay someone so much money to make videos like this, and I found this channel right here called Fexel, which is getting millions of views per month, and their most popular videos are talking about landing landing on specific planets. Like, this is what Venus really looks like, no CGI, no filters. And if you watch this video, yes, they do show the actual images from Venus that were taken on it by the probe that landed, but the rest of the video, as they're explaining the mission and everything, they use a variety of different clips such as stock media clips, such as AI-generated clips, and so forth, all put together into this. And AI can actually do a lot of this for us. But another pro tip of what you can do is you can find stock footage online, like a lot of those channels that I showed you are doing and then put it together into a video. But the problem is that that takes a lot of manual work and a lot of time. And that's actually why I created this software called vid.ai, which makes videos up to 20 minutes long that are like all of these channels right here that are getting incredible results. You can generate videos identical to all of these super successful channels. Now, 20 minutes still isn't multiple hours. So what you would do here is you would break up the video into multiple sections and then generate each one individually. Use the intro that you generated from Higgsfield and then put the multiple different vid.ai videos after that to make one of these super long videos. And then if you wanted to have an AI character who's the host of your channel, which I recommend doing, you can have that character pop up at multiple different times throughout the video. First of all, let's get into our next case study, which is David. Now David was living in the Caribbean. He tried to do YouTube on his own, but he got bored, he gave up, he didn't have accountability, and then he came back and one video changed everything for him. Listen to this.

Kind of went from not really knowing what I was doing and doing videos, just generic travel stuff, to actually going, oh, actually, I know, having watched your course stuff on the niches and your niche selection and the content side of it, uh, kind of really helped me go. One video did blow up and kind of that helped me go from like 200 subs to, I think I'm on about 11,200 at the moment. So, and that's only in the space of a couple of months. One day I had 130,000 views in one day at one point on that video. Even now that video is still slow ticking over sort of 100-ish views an hour sometimes.

So, and so that's just one video that's still earning for him right now, every single day, months later. And that's the power of evergreen content that can keep getting views for years into the future. I still get paid from videos that I uploaded when I was 14. So this is why I want to upload so many videos across so many different channels, because they're basically digital assets that are going to continue to provide for me for years and years into the future. And then I can use those to train AIs to make even better videos. Videos and so forth. So even when AI gets better, it only helps me. Now David is running a channel in travel, but he's doing something different than what 99% of travel channels do with a strategy that our team put together for him. So we're doing a really unique way of doing a travel channel that's absolutely crushing. And you can use the Higgsfield supercomputer to generate videos exactly like David is putting up on his channel, like that one that recently went super viral for him. Now these videos look like they're coming along really good. As you can see, Higgsfield is just working in the background as we're doing this, and then it'll compile all these together into into a video. And this is really cool. I can't wait to see this. But first, we'll go over the third case study, which is actually my own channel. So as you can see, this channel that you're watching right now, Make Money Matt, this is my personal channel. These tactics work no matter what type of channel you run. I've been running faceless channels for years and years, and I took the same strategies that made those channels go viral. I grew a personal channel, grew a huge personal brand. This sells millions and millions of dollars worth of programs and software and everything else. And it's its own business now. And if you wanted to do that, you certainly can do that as well. But I'm also making new faceless channels doing this new method, such as my new channel called Stickman Matt, which is getting 50,000 views a month. It's making way more than a full-time income already, and I showed how to generate those Stickman Matt type videos in the first video in this series. Also, we have Musa right here who made over $350,000 in a day by implementing a specific video series strategy that I taught him. He did already have a pretty big channel when he did this, but it goes to show no matter which type of channel that you're running, if you have a big one, if you you don't, this works amazing. Reynald here from India was only making around $100 a month and now he's making almost $100 every other day. And he said YouTube changed his life. He can now afford his wedding, which is honestly incredible. You think about these numbers, like, you know, what they mean and everything. Like, this is the difference between someone able to pay for their wedding, have free time, have time to spend with their kids and their family. It's really good to think about the why as to, you know, why we want to do these things, because that can give us the motivation to actually actually take action and do this. Kanishk right here made $4,023 in his first month of monetization on one of his channels. Casper produced one video for only around $50 that made him $1,500 in just the first 20 days. And a different David right here makes over $100,000 a year from a channel that only gets a couple thousand views per video because he's monetizing it correctly as I show. Paul right here grew his personal channel also using these tactics and he got an award for making over $1 million. Matt right here made over $900 in a day and he hasn't even hit YouTube's monetization threshold. And even though I have thousands of different results from different students, I do need to give the disclaimer anytime I show any of these that these are top performers. These people worked hard to do this. All credit goes to them. I just showed them the system and what to do, but they took it and they ran with it. Not everybody gets these results and most people won't. But my point is that they're possible. And now I know what you might be thinking, okay Matt, this is great and all, but does this only just work in a couple of niches? And I get this question a ton, and the answer is that it works in more niches than you probably think. In fact, here are some of the channels that we've been able to help, such as this channel in the music niche that got 2.6 million views on a single video, this channel in the looks maxing niche and men's self-improvement which got 335,000 views in one month on one video, and this channel in the travel niche which got 1. 1.4 million views on a video about countries that give free passports. And all of these are completely faceless channels where nobody's on camera. However, as we discussed, these tactics work for every single type of channel. Now you might be wondering, how did all of these people pull this off and manage to do this? Well, every single one of these people went through the process that I teach within my program Tube Accelerator 2.0. I spent the last few months completely rebuilding rebuilding it for 2026 with updated strategies given the current state of everything right now. Imagine being able to watch over my shoulder as I show exactly how to do all of this step by step and get access to me personally, as well as the people who've been helping me run my channels for almost the past decade, and get access to all of my different AI tools so you can do this as well. And I did another student interview recently with our student Flora from Hungary, and this is what she said about the program?

It is worthless if you invest a ton of time and energy into building a channel, not even to have a good way of monetizing it. So we're going to focus on the monetization first, and that's why I go over it in the second module right here. And there's two paths you can go down, either picking an affiliate product, and we'll help you pick an absolutely great one. I'll give you a list of all the best affiliate products, and in this case you need no expertise. You can promote somebody else's stuff and get paid for it, or you can go down path B and doing this new way of monetizing your expertise. If anybody's ever asked you for advice on doing something, that means you know more than the average person on it, and you could easily package your expertise into a YouTube channel and then selling your own program. But I'm not just talking about selling courses into your own thing. That's way better and way more simple than the high ticket and the old course model. And this is what I personally do now and make hundreds of thousands of dollars per month from it. Obviously, that's not a guarantee that you will, but this has made my life so much easier. I don't have dozens and dozens of employees anymore.
