I Regret Starting My YouTube Channel Like This (Watch Before It's Too Late)

Matt Parr built a YouTube empire as a teenager chasing ad revenue, then watched it collapse during the ad-pocalypse. He now treats YouTube as a marketing funnel, not a money printer: one long-form video per niche that sells courses and digital products instead of relying on CPM ads.

So I actually really regret the way that I started my YouTube channels. And if you're doing what I personally did, and there is a 99% chance that you are, you need to watch this video before it's too late. This same mistake cost me personally millions upon millions of dollars, and I spent years building the completely wrong thing. And the crazy thing is I was making $30,000 per month from YouTube when I was in high school. And I'm not trying to be ungrateful for that. Most people would absolutely kill for that. My friends at the time, they thought I was some kind of genius that I figured out the secret of making money online. My parents and my teachers, they finally stopped telling me that YouTube was a waste of time. And I had multiple different channels running. I even got a million subscribers on one of my channels, which got me a gold play button from YouTube. And I'm sitting here telling you right now today that I was doing it completely wrong. And not just a little bit wrong either. I was fundamentally approaching YouTube and building the wrong type of business from it that was incredibly fragile. And I was too blinded by these vanity metrics to even see what I was doing wrong. And I didn't know at the time that there was this completely different way of approaching YouTube that would have been making me millions of dollars over all of those years. I fell into this trap of thinking small, focusing on the wrong metrics, and that trap cost me personally millions of dollars that I could have helped my family with. I could have donated that money to causes that I believed in. But I'm not just sitting here to complain either, because I did figure this out, and I've really only started implementing it to a huge huge degree over the past year. And just last month in my business from YouTube, we made over half a million dollars. And now obviously, you know, I can't guarantee that you're gonna make anything. These are my personal results. But I do want to share this with you because you are probably wasting your time with the way that you're doing YouTube. 99% of people are. And I see channel after channel that think they're doing amazing. They're getting all the views, they're getting all the subscribers, they're making tens of thousands of dollars per month, some of them. And a lot aren't making anything. But you don't want to fall into this trap that you probably are going to if you didn't watch this video. And the reason I titled this video "Watch This Before It's Too Late" is because YouTube as a platform is changing very fast. And if you keep building things the wrong way, you're gonna be left behind by people who understand how to do this the correct way. And you're gonna look back a year from now and say, "Oh my gosh, why did I not know this information then?" So you should consider yourself incredibly lucky that you came across this video right here today because I'm gonna show you exactly what to do the right way. How you can build the YouTube business of your dreams and not fall into the pitfalls that I fell into. Because as a direct result of not knowing the information from this video today, you could potentially be losing millions of dollars just like I did. And you will never look at YouTube the same way ever again after watching this video today. So let me take you back. I started YouTube— I really started taking it seriously at 14 years old. I'm in my mid-20s now. I've been doing this for over a decade at this point. And when I first started, I did what I saw was working on YouTube. That's a logical thing to do. You see what's getting the most amount of views and you copy it. To me, that just made logical sense and it worked almost instantly when I actually started modeling what has already worked on YouTube. And I obsessed over the algorithm. I would be on YouTube for hours and hours every single day studying what works, what didn't work, running experiments myself, split testing thumbnails. And I tried to go viral. And like I said, it worked, at least by most people's definition of working. I got millions of views. I got millions of subscribers across my channels. And that's another thing. I built multiple different channels in different niches, different topics. And I was thinking to myself, you know, you look at stock investors who invest in stock market portfolios, they're typically going to diversify their money. Now there's some who just go specifically into one thing, but I thought to myself, you know, I'm diversifying across many different niches. So even if something happens to one channel, for instance, I'm still fine because I got other channels that are also making a ton of money. And all of my channels, by the way, they were completely faceless, all entertainment-based. Most of them producing like top 5 and top 10 videos. And collectively, when I graduated high school, I was making $30,000 a month from all of my channels. And here's the thing, I think I'm old enough to admit this now. When you are in your late teens and you're making $30,000 per month, you genuinely think that you have it all figured out. I thought that I knew everything, I didn't have anything to learn from anybody, and I had people around me saying, "Dude, you're set for life. Just invest that money and you're gonna be set for the rest of your life." I had friends and even family members asking me to teach them what I knew, and I felt felt like I was at the top of the world. But here's the thing, and here's what nobody told me that I wish somebody would have told me a long time ago. You're not building your own business, you're building somebody else's business, and they're just giving you a very small percentage of that. You're building YouTube's business because you're getting YouTube a lot of ad revenue, but you're not building Matt Parr's business. You're not building your business. And every single dollar that I made was dependent on if YouTube shared my videos to other people. Now you might be saying, Matt, how in the world could you possibly build a YouTube business without it being at least somewhat reliant on the algorithm? Well, it turns out there is a way of doing that, but I had no idea. So I was running this business that I had zero control over. And I don't know if you guys remember the adpocalypse at all on YouTube. This happened a long time ago at this point. If there's any YouTube OGs watching this, you'll know what I'm talking about. But basically a bunch of YouTube advertisers pulled their ads out of YouTube when there was some controversial content that was uploaded and the news made this huge deal out of it that advertisers are putting their videos on super bad videos. So everybody pulled their ads off of YouTube, and all of a sudden my revenue per month dropped 70%. Now this was terrifying. I still had to pay my team to make more videos. I had to re-question everything that I thought I knew about life. I was like, oh my god, am I gonna have to go to college? Am I gonna have to get a 9-to-5 job? Am I gonna have to go down this path that I was so scared to go down? And I didn't change anything to cause this either. My content didn't change, my upload schedule didn't change. It was something outside outside of my control. And that's always the scariest thing for us in running any type of business when something happens outside of our control. And that's when I started to realize, you know, I look at all these other, you know, different business models out there in the world. And YouTube is amazing because I didn't have to, you know, get a degree to do this. I didn't have to be some world's foremost expert to be able to do this. And what I'm about to share with you right now completely changed my entire perspective on YouTube. I'm gonna tell you that in just a second, but first of all, let me share with you the next huge mistake that I was making, and this one was even costing me more money than the first mistake. I had all these channels in different niches. I had a channel about one topic over here, another one over here, and another one over here about completely different subjects. They had nothing to do with each other, and I thought I was being smart by diversifying. Everybody always says don't put all your eggs in one basket. What I didn't understand at the time is that when all of your channels are in different niches, there is no compound effect between all of your channels. Every channel that you start is starting from complete zero, and that's fine. I know how to blow channels up. I can show you how to blow any channel that you want up like crazy as long as it's on a good subject. The bigger problem though was that there was no flywheel and there was no ecosystem to make you a lot of money. It's kind of similar to owning 5 different restaurants in 5 different cities. Yes, you may make a little bit of money from every single one, but none of them are building up a brand of your own chain of restaurants. But the restaurant analogy isn't really perfect either because with YouTube it's actually even more important due to another reason. And I'm gonna show you what I'm doing now, right now personally in just a minute and it is going to blow your mind. But first of all, let me explain why this matters so much. When you have channels that all exist in related niches, they don't all have to be about the same exact thing, but they're all at least a little bit related. Something magical happens. You can drive traffic from one channel to another. You can use end screens, pinned comments and descriptions to funnel viewers to your channels. Now, you don't just want to randomly link your channels together. There's actually a very simple way of doing this. I'm going to show you here today, and this is going to revolutionize your channel if you are not doing this. And the amount of channels that do not do this blows my mind because it will change your channel. It'll change your entire trajectory of growth on YouTube. I'm going to show you how to do that. But the reason it works so incredibly well is because YouTube rewards you for keeping people on the platform. And that makes sense. YouTube is a business. They want you keeping people on YouTube for as long as possible. More ad breaks show more money for YouTube, right? But how does that benefit you? You might be asking. Well, the first way it benefits you is that it'll get you a ton of views if you do what I'm about to show you. And this is kind of a hack to get YouTube to promote your content like crazy. And I was leaving so much growth on the table by having all these random channels and random niches that had zero connection to each other. So with my scattered channels, at least back in the day, I was making like $3 to $5 per 1,000 views on average on those channels. Now YouTube ad rates have gone up a little bit. You can expect to make anywhere from like $5 to $10 per 1,000 views in most niches nowadays. And that's pretty standard for entertainment content on YouTube. So to be making $30,000 per month, I needed millions of views every single month. Now by today's metrics, you would need 3 to 6 million views a month just to maintain that income. That is a lot of content that you have to upload, a lot of freelancers, a lot of complexity, a lot of channels that you have to remember to upload on. With the strategy I'm going to show you today, you can do this all just with one channel too. You don't need multiple channels. That was another thing that I didn't know. However, if you do use the multiple channel strategy, it will turbocharge this like crazy because the type of channel I'm going to show you how to run today, you can make $100 to $1,000 per 1,000 views, which means I could have made that same $30,000 per month for only like 60,000 to 100,000 views per month. And when I implemented this method, That actually happened. I had a channel that I experimented and tried this new method on that I made $27,000 in a single month from it, getting only 100,000 views on the channel. It doubled my income from a single channel that was barely getting as many views as all of my other channels. And I was doing so many things wrong even with that. You're lucky to be watching this today because I'm going to show you the updated way of doing this. So basically, you need 10 to 50 times less views than what the normal channel would need. And the third huge mistake that you're probably making is you're focusing on vanity metrics: views, subscribers, and play buttons. Things that might look impressive from the outside, and of course I use my play buttons in my marketing and I show that I've gotten millions of subscribers and everything else. However, if you're a really smart YouTube creator, you really should not pay too much attention to if somebody has a play button or if they've gotten millions of subscribers on YouTube. Let me tell you firsthand, that stuff does not matter. And of course it would help me grow my business if I told you that YouTube Play Buttons are the holy grail of YouTube. They're just not. And I want you right now watching this to make tons of money from YouTube and make this into a business so you can change your life, change your family's life, and live a life that you're actually gonna love. This is gonna be really hard to convince you, I already know, because when you go into your YouTube dashboard, the first statistic they show you and this is on purpose, they're doing this on purpose. The first statistic they show you is views. They want to get you addicted to that number, and they show your real-time views. They want you to be addicted to getting that as high as possible, and they want you to get addicted to keeping people on YouTube for as long as you possibly can. That lines YouTube's pockets. YouTube gives you a cut of that, but that is not where the real money is. And I know this sounds like a contradiction because I was just telling you, you do need to keep people on YouTube, and that's one of the benefits of having multiple channels. However, you need to structure it in a different way where you still keep people on YouTube, but you still make tons of money as well. And the point that this all clicked for me was that I knew this other creator. I met him on Instagram, I was DMing him, and we sometimes shared strategies and tips and tricks back and forth. And he told me about this one channel that he had, and in general, I thought I was kind of more successful than this guy because I was getting tens of millions of views per month across my channels. He had all these little channels that I thought, you know, were probably doing okay for himself at his age. However, he's probably not making a ton of money off of these. That's what I thought. He showed me this channel. It was getting 100,000 views a month, which is nothing. I can show you how to do that literally within a couple months, easy. It was getting 100,000 views per month, and this guy from this channel was making close to $100,000 per month. Over 3 times the amount that I personally was making. And I almost fell out of my chair when he told me this. I was like, how are you making that much? And he was like, I don't make my money from YouTube. I make my money through YouTube. YouTube was not his business. It was his marketing engine. And he introduced me to this whole world known as digital marketing and selling digital products online. And it was at that point that it kind of clicked for me because I had the YouTube adpocalypse thing. And even though that recovered and I was fine, you know, after a couple months of that, It scared the crap out of me because I was like, this is probably gonna happen again. Who knows what could happen in the future of YouTube or anything else? But I realized at that point I was doing everything wrong. And now at first it was kind of painful to accept because I was like, man, I've wasted so much time doing this. But on the other hand, I was like, well, at least I finally know this. At least I finally know how I'm gonna structure my YouTube businesses going forward. And since you're here, you're gonna know that as well. And I'm not saying that all that time was wasted either, you know. I learned so many things about how to go viral on YouTube. It taught me how YouTube works, how the algorithm how the algorithm works, and all that knowledge that I gained was invaluable. However, the way that I was applying that knowledge and the efforts that I was applying that knowledge to makes me honestly want to go back in time and shake myself and just say, Matt, you're doing this completely wrong. And it's not too late for you because if you're watching this video right now, you're gonna walk away from this structuring your YouTube channel correctly. At least I hope you will, and I hope I can convince you of this because I genuinely want to see you succeed. I want to see a comment from you in my comment sections in like a month or two being like, like, Matt, I'm making a full-time income off of YouTube. I'm so grateful that I came across that video. So here's exactly what I do now to make over half a million dollars a month off of YouTube. I am not exaggerating. Our companies literally did that in gross revenue last month from YouTube. And I do this now on every single new channel that I start. And I'm going to even show you a new channel that I recently started that I'm also doing this on. First and foremost, I stopped trying to entertain people on YouTube. Now every channel I start is educational. It teaches something. And it's structured to sell something. When somebody watches an entertainment video, they get a little bit of dopamine in their brain and they think to themselves either consciously or subconsciously, oh, that was interesting, that was cool, that was scary, that was shocking, whoa. And they watch a video and it provokes an emotion from within them. But you fast forward an hour, you're going down a rabbit hole of watching different YouTube videos, they probably don't even remember watching your video. So the amount of value that you provide with an entertainment YouTube video is incredibly low. So it makes sense then that you have to provide a lot of those tiny amounts of value to equal a lot of value, meaning you got to get tens of millions of views on your channel to make any sizable money. Whereas with an educational channel, you teach someone something like I'm going to do in this video right here. I'm going to teach you something that's going to change your YouTube journey forever, and you're going to think about this years from now because I'm teaching you something that nobody else is going to teach you, because I'm teaching you a real skill that will help you achieve a real outcome. So let me show you the actual structure of how this works because most people get this wrong. And the structure is so simple and it's actually kind of fun to implement. And you literally just have to make one video to really implement it good. Essentially what you're going to do is produce one video that's 30 minutes to an hour long. And this video is going to teach whatever your channel is about. For example, my channel is about YouTube education without showing your face. I made that one long video on my channel that teaches it. With 5 different secrets. And each of the 5 secrets that I teach in that video are different objections that people typically have to doing YouTube. So most people are thinking when they think about doing YouTube, what niches am I going to choose? I just show people that in the video. They might think, how am I going to actually make money from this? You show that in the video. You can literally just use AI, ask what are the most common things that people struggle with in this niche, whether it's helping people with their pets. We have people within my community who do that. Who make full-time incomes, whether it's helping people retire abroad and find cheap places to live. Whatever you're helping people with, you make a comprehensive video that goes over this process. I like to just use a slideshow for this. Don't complicate it. You should be able to do this literally within an hour or two, and you sit down, you write the script going over the top objections people have structured in a secret format. And then at the end of that video, you do something incredibly crucial that I'm going to share with you how to do in just a minute. So once you make this video, you upload it to YouTube to your main channel, and then every other video that you ever upload again on YouTube, you link to this long video. And you do this using something known as an end screen. An end screen is something that pops up at the end of your video where they can click to then go watch that video. And you verbally talk about it at the end of your video. You say, if you wanna learn the full secret step-by-step process for doing this, check out this video right here. You link to it and you send people to that video. What this is gonna do is keep people on YouTube for an extended period of time them on your own channel instead of sending them off to another channel on your own channel. And YouTube will see that because it increases something known as session time, which most people don't even know exists, which is how long they stay on YouTube after watching one of your videos. So you have a plan and a strategy in place then for how people are going to spend their next hour after consuming any of your videos on YouTube. And YouTube will give you all of the views and all of the subscribers that you could ever want if you do this correctly. And that's the secret for growing like crazy. What's really cool about this is that when you start making new channels, they're all in the same niche. So what you do is you then link to that super long video from all of your different channels, all sending traffic back to that video on your main channel. So if my main channel is about how to make money on YouTube, I could make a secondary channel talking about AI tools for YouTube. I could make a channel that talked about video editing because almost everyone on YouTube edits videos. You find related topics to make your next channels on. And YouTube doesn't care if you send people off of one channel to another channel, they just care if you're keeping people on YouTube. So it'll actually benefit all of your different channels. But again, you don't need multiple channels to do this. You can do this all just with one as well. The key is that I highly recommend that they're all about educational topics. And typically the best topics are going to be health, wealth, relationships, technology, and travel, and pets, due to the fact that these are topics that people generally have problems in that they're willing to pay to solve. And I'll get into in a second how you're gonna monetize this, because it's a lot different than what most people do on YouTube. Because you have to ask yourself, if advertisers are paying so much money, billions of dollars per year, to YouTube to put ads in front of your videos, why are they doing that? And why are they willing to pay more for certain subjects, namely the subjects that I just told you about right now. In fact, one of the biggest advertisers on YouTube is a company called Expedia, which owns a lot of travel companies under it, and they're obviously putting their ads on travel-related content. So that's gonna be a higher CPM niche, meaning it makes more money per 1,000 views on average. And so let's talk about money. How do you monetize this, and how do you actually make a ton of money from your YouTube channels doing this the smart way? Well, most people on YouTube are running what I like to call a hope channel, and I call it that because their business model is basically upload a bunch of videos to YouTube, hope they get views, hope that the algorithm pushes them, hope the CPMs are high this month or for their channel, and hope they don't get demonetized, and hope they make enough money from ads. And that's not a system because as we discussed, you're growing YouTube's business, not your own business. You need to grow both of your guys' businesses together because you're gonna give YouTube amazing content, and I can show you exactly how to do that. And that essentially just comes down to taking taking parts from other videos that have done really well and then putting them into your own videos in a new and unique way. And there's AI out there like the one that I built. You can use any one you want though. Mine's called Tube Magic, and you put in a bunch of different context videos and it'll write a YouTube script taking the best information from those and then structured in a way that will do really good on YouTube. But anyways, that's how you make really good valuable content. But good quality content doesn't pay the bills. And look, some hope channels do incredibly well. In fact, I have students in my community who make $50,000 a month just from ads alone. But I've got another student who makes over triple that with 1/10 of the amount of views. And you don't want to be dependent on getting millions of views per month to make life-changing money. You want to make it as simple for yourself as possible and as fun for you as possible so that even if you fail miserably, you want to stack the odds in your favor. So even if you do everything wrong but you still position your channel in the right way, and even if you quote unquote fail and you only get, you know, 50,000, 100,000 views per month, you'll still have a huge business. And that's why this is so important that you're watching this. At the end of that super long video that you only have to make once, what you're gonna do is you're gonna ask people and you're gonna say, now at this point you could do this all yourself. However, if you want to discover exactly how to do this step by step and have someone who's already done this time and time again help you and guide you and everything else with it, then I have a digital product that you can buy right now at the link in the description. And guess what? But that digital product doesn't even have to be one that you made. If you want to make the absolute most amount of revenue possible, it will be one that you made. And the more that you charge for this, typically the more money you're going to make from this. Like right now, for instance, in my YouTube business, we sell a program called Tube Accelerator where we'll basically help you implement this whole system. You get access to my content team and you don't have to buy this if you don't want it. I'm just showing you this as an example and it's not applicable to everybody watching this video because we hand-select our clients carefully. But that is a premium program and I charge premium prices for it. And that's how we do hundreds of thousands of dollars per month. But I still got to $100,000 per month just with a $500 program. And before that, I got to $30,000 a month with a $100 program. And even today, right now, I make tens of thousands of dollars per month by promoting other people's products. The best products you can promote are either an online course or a software. And the reason these are so good is because there's no fulfillment cost. So when someone buys it, they get it instantly, and that means there's a lot of profit to go around, meaning you can get paid a lot. You can find products to promote from places like Skool, for example. You do have to join one of the communities to be able to promote it, and a lot of those pay monthly, which is nice as well. I actually don't like a lot of things about Skool, so I'm building a platform right now called Moon, and I'm going to put my own programs on there. I'm going to get tons of people to make world-class class programs on there that you can then also promote and get a commission from. Or if you want to make your own, it's super simple to do that as well, especially if you have knowledge that other people want to learn. If you don't, then you'll want to go down the path of promoting somebody else's. But you don't have to be a world-class expert either. Most people think that you do, and that belief actually limited me for a long time because I went back and forth in it in my head for so long. I was like, I can't be a guru or a teacher. I mean, I hated my teachers back in high school. I'm like, why would I want to be a teacher? Well, let me tell you, it is the most rewarding thing that I've ever done in my life, helping other people achieve the results that they've wanted to do. And I'm not MrBeast, you know, I'm not the biggest YouTuber on earth, and I built a business that's fun for me, that I enjoy doing. And if you'd like to do the same, I can 100% help you with that. So that's kind of my pitch with it. I don't have to be, you know, the world's most leading expert. However, I can still help you potentially get to the point that I'm at, and that's how you can position yourself if you want to do that yourself. So you sell something at the end of that very long video. And what this means is that number one, super easy to convert people. They just watch 30 minutes to an hour of your content. They're gonna convert. You're gonna get tons of sales doing this. And it's actually not gonna hurt your YouTube performance if they click the link in the description because the people who do are the ones that watch the full video. And YouTube will see this and they're gonna start pushing your content out like crazy because you're keeping people on the platform for 30 minutes to an hour. So you're growing YouTube's business but more importantly, you're growing your own business. And it doesn't just have to be a course you promote either. Like I mentioned, you can promote a software. So I have software like, for example, TubeMagic we mentioned. You can be an affiliate for that and get 50% recurring commissions for every single person that you sign up. And it could be about anything. Let's say you have a channel about how to become a lawyer. You could be an affiliate for an AI law software that helps you write contracts, and that's what you sell at the end of it. So instead of the pitch being, I'll teach you how to do this from a course or a digital product, The pitch more so is we can just do this for you basically with a software. This software will do this for you to solve whatever your problem is. And a great pro tip, go on any AI of your choice, whether it's Gemini or ChatGPT, and tell it what your channel is about and then ask it for affiliate products that meet the specifications that we went over today. Ideally, you make at least $50 per month if it's monthly recurring, or you make at least $250 if it's a one-time sale like a And that's because when people join recurring programs, they might stick with it for a couple months, and the amount you make from that might be a couple hundred dollars. And if you're promoting a one-time charge thing, you want it to be high enough so you make those multiple months all in one. And typically I like to go for that route. I like it to be a large amount all in one. And this allows you to monetize your channel from the first day you start it instead of waiting for YouTube monetization. If you want to do a really ninja trick as well, you can actually put ads on your own channel. Nobody does this on YouTube. I'm one of the only people I've ever seen doing this. In fact, you might have seen one of my ads before watching this video, and that's for a very strategic reason, because people who watch my content, they're the most likely to buy. So I'm gonna put ads on my own videos, and you can actually do that as well. So here's an overview recap checklist from this video. Step 1: stop chasing viral videos and start chasing valuable videos. Step 2: choose a niche where people have expensive problems, things like business, health, health, fitness, finance, technology, travel, pets, relationships. You can find a sub-niche within any of these as well. I go over so many different niches on my channel here. Feel free to watch any videos. Step 3, monetize from the first day you start your channel by doing what I just showed you. Step 4, build a flywheel on one channel at first with one very long video. And then step 5, if you do start multiple different channels, think in terms of ecosystems, how they'll all feed each other. And you're gonna be ahead of 99% of creators just by watching this video. So if you wanna take this information and run with it, be my guest, feel free to do so. That being said, a lot of people structure their long videos completely the wrong way, and they do some very easy-to-avoid mistakes that prevent them from getting any sales from it. So if you do want someone to kind of hold your hand through this process and show you exactly what to do and help you specifically with your specific channel, that is why I built my program Tube Accelerator. It's not just a cookie-cutter course where I just drop a bunch of information and you figure it out yourself. You get my course, you get all my templates. I actually give you a template template for that super long video of exactly what to say in it. You also get all my other checklists for going viral, other tricks and secrets for doing this correctly, and everything I personally use to do half a million dollars per month from my channels. You also get a 6-video series script template that I've given to one of my students, Musa, who implemented it on his channel and made over $300,000 in literally just a couple days. Now, this guy had a pretty big channel, but he was doing these entertainment type of videos. They were getting a lot of views, but they weren't making much money. He did this 6-video series and literally made $300 grand in a few days. But again, he had a pretty big channel at this point, but I can show you how to get a big channel. And also you get access to my actual content team that edits my videos, that does everything. So if you want to get access to that, you can get that as well at pre-negotiated rates. You also get direct access to me to ask me any questions you have along the way. You get one-on-one calls with the people who help me run my channels. So if you're serious about doing this and this is something you really want to do, we can probably help you. And honestly, it's really fun to work with people who are serious about doing this. Who want to change your lives from YouTube and build a huge business off of YouTube. So feel free to click the link down in the description to fill out an application, book a call with my team. On the call, we'll see if you're a good fit. We'll be honest with you if we think you are or you're not. And just remember that the difference between making money from YouTube versus making money through YouTube is the difference between having a side hustle or having a real business that you actually own. And like I promised as well, I was gonna tell you about another channel that I recently started, which is this channel called Stickman Matt. Right here. This is a faceless channel in the same niche as this one, but it's not dependent on my face. So I'm having an AI character basically do everything, and it's working incredibly great. And I do that same method of driving traffic then to that super long video. So feel free to check out that channel as well. And my goal is just to give you as many resources as I can to do this all correctly. Leave a comment down below if you're going to be doing this, and when you do get results doing it, which you definitely will if you do it correctly, leave a comment down below as well. Hopefully I'll see you within Tube Accelerator. I would love to work with you more in depth, help you blow up your channel, and more importantly grow a real business from YouTube. My name is Matt Parr, and I'll see you in the next one.
