Matt Wolfe holds Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana, and sees blockchain solving a real problem: verifying what's authentic as AI generates more content. He's interested in distributed GPU computing where people rent their hardware for tokens, but hasn't found a company doing it well yet.

You believe in bitcoin integration with AI? I believe in bitcoin and I believe in AI and I believe that they can tie together nicely at some point. I actually do own crypto. I own some Bitcoin, I own some Ethereum, I own some Solana. I think this is the only three that I own. So I am not anti crypto by any means. But I've tried to read all the various white papers about these AI crypto crossover companies and I haven't really come across something that I felt really compelling yet. I do think that there is some smart overlaps between crypto and AI though. As AI gets better and better and better and people have a harder and harder time actually distinguishing between what's real and what's not, I think think blockchain technology is going to be able to help. So I think that's there. I also like the idea of sort of distributed GPU cloud computing. If I want to generate an AI image or something and I give it a prompt, I can see a good use for blockchain where it distributes that prompt among other people's GPUs. Those essentially act as miners and they get tokens in exchange for other people using their GPUs. I do see that crossover being viable. I just haven't seen any companies that are doing that yet in a way where I'm like, all right, they seem to be nailing this.
