This is a YouTube video titled "Boston Dynamics SHOCKING Humanoid Robot" created on April 18, 2024, featuring Matt Wolfe discussing the new humanoid robot from Boston Dynamics, highlighting its electric capabilities and advanced movements compared to its predecessor, Atlas.
This has to be one of the craziest things I've seen in a long time. Most people have seen this Boston Dynamics robot called Atlas. Well, they just retired this robot and replaced it with this robot right here. And one of the things that's crazy about this robot is that, yes, it's got the humanoid form factor, but it can move in ways that humans definitely can not. And this is just mind blowing, borderline creepy. One of the biggest differences is that the old one was using hydraulics, this one is electric, and they can do so much more with it. What do you think? Would you want one of these around your house helping you with day to day chores? Because quite honestly.
