A speaker advises companies to start AI adoption by giving each employee an AI assistant (especially for go-to-market roles like marketing, sales, and service) and then deploy low-lift, out-of-the-box agents for tier-one support across service, marketing, and sales. The approach emphasizes quick wins (assistants + 15-minute agent setups) that let organizations learn and iterate toward bespoke agents.

We have companies all the time ask like how should I approach AI? One of the first things we say is give every employee an assistant. We have one that's very good for go to market roles. So marketing, sales and service, it's powered by ChatGPT, it's got all the context of HubSpot. But like we say give them an assistant and teach them how to start using that to basically help themselves. The next thing though we move into are the agents and a lot of our customers are still thinking like what is an agent, how do I go about this, etc. And so we have out of the box agents that basically are low lift. You know, it's 15 minutes or less of time to have like a big body of work. And so tier one support, not just of service, but also tier one support of marketing inquiries, tier one support of sales inquiries. That's like one of the agents we build. And then going from that, once you start to do that now people will start to get an idea of how it works and then they'll start to build their own kind of special bespoke agent.
