Erin Brockovich created a crowdsourced map at brockovichdatacenter.com showing data center locations near you. It tracks operational facilities, construction sites, proposed projects, and community reports in one place. Scroll to see what's planned in your area.
If you want to know if there's a proposed data center being built in your area, Erin Brockovich, who, yes, famously had a movie made about her, launched a crowdsourced AI data center map that shows where there's operational data centers, where there's data centers under construction, where there's proposed data centers, and where there's community-reported data centers. If you go to brockovichdatacenter.com, you could scroll down and see where the data centers are being built. Interestingly, this site to me has all of the markers of a vibe-coded website, but still, Good information if you want to know if there's a proposed data center anywhere near you.
