Matt Wolfe demos Meta's AI image generator in a short YouTube video. He shows a live, real-time feature where the generated image morphs as text is typed, and demonstrates an 'animate' button that converts the still image into an animation; he notes the tool is impressive but not perfect.

Meta actually did something pretty cool recently with their AI image generator. If you head over to Meta AI, click on the Imagine button in the top left. You can start typing whatever you want, and as you type, that image will change and morph into the thing that you're typing. Live in real time. This video is not being sped up. Once you have an image that you actually like, an animate button will appear below the video. Simply click that button and now we have an animated version of that image that we just in real time. How cool is that? They don't always do everything right, but.
