This AI tool is free, powered by one of the most powerful tech companies in the world and extremely user friendly. I'm not talking about ChatGPT, I'm talking about NotebookLM. Here's what it can do that other apps can't. If you're a visual or audio learner, it doesn't matter how much information ChatGPT summarizes for you, it's still not going to stick. But Notebook LM can create impressively high quality videos, slideshows or podcasts based on anything you want to learn. Welcome to the Deep Dive. We cut through the noise to get you the clearest science insights we all know Hallucinations are a big problem with other LLMs, but with NotebookLM you can either input your own sources or have it find sources for you. And the AI will only use the sources you approve of so you won't have to worry about using wrong information from some random source. I totally wish I had this when I was in school. You can actually ask NotebookLM to make a quiz or flashcards to help you learn any topic. Not only is this great for high school, medical school, law school, trade school, honestly any school, but it can also help you learn a new language or understand finance terms like whatever you want to learn. If you're connected to a personal Google account, you can view notebooks other people have shared with you as well. And Google has also curated featured notebooks like Parenting advice for the Digital age, where you can go in and listen to the podcast or ask specific questions. And this is just scratching the surface. I have a longer video with way more tips and tricks on using Notebook lm. So if you want a deep dive, check it out on YouTube.
