In your role at OpenAI, you dealt with a lot of SaaS, founders and business owners. What advice do you have for business owners looking to work with AI as a piece of their business?
The biggest challenge with people who aren't like, inherently giddy about AI and technology is just getting past, like, the blank page problem. And I think this is like part of the challenge with ChatGPT fundamentally as a tool, is you show up in blank and you basically already need to know how this technology helps you. I think GPTs are like a really great step in that direction because they are a very tangible, small use case that, like, I don't have an AI problem, I have like finance problem and I need help with my books or whatever it is.
