Matt Wolfe built an AI expense tracker using HyperAgent with three agents: Fernando finds receipts in email, Jackson categorizes them, and Xander builds a dashboard. It integrates with Slack and shows daily spending breakdowns.

So I built a business expenses tracker that automatically finds receipts in my email, categorizes them, and keeps track of where my money is going without ever opening up Excel once. And I built the whole thing using a team of 3 AI agents inside HyperAgent. First up is Fernando, my receipt hunter. He connects to my email, looks for receipts, invoices, and subscription confirmations, and pulls out things like the vendor, amount, and date. Then he hands everything over to Jackson, my expense manager. He labels each expense, you know, software subscriptions, camera gear, travel, subcontracts, contractor costs, whatever else I'm spending on for the business, and flags anything that looks miscategorized before it hits my books. And then last is Xander, my dashboard agent. He puts it all in an expenses dashboard, gives me breakdowns of where my money is going, flags any subscriptions I forgot I was paying for, and updates it daily so I know exactly where my money is being spent. And because I built this in HyperAgent, all 3 agents can actually hand the work back and forth to each other. I'm not copying information between 3 different AI chats or rebuilding the context Every time. Plus, anyone on my team can use these same agents through the HyperAgent app or directly in Slack, so I can build something collaboratively, or they could just copy my build and use it for themselves. If you want to build your own team of AI agents, check out HyperAgent through my link in the caption and get free credits for your first build.
