Oh, I'm absolutely in favor of regulation. Let's make it clear, like models are powerful tools like electricity. They can be used for good and bad, and we should focus on preventing people from doing bad things with it. But this approach to regulating the underlying technology and placing burdens on researchers instead of placing the burdens on the misuses of the models is completely misguided. So I have an issue with this particular piece of legislation. I don't have a problem with regulation, especially regulation that's thoughtful, that's drafted in partnership with industry, that puts America first, that doesn't just hand away our entire AI startup industry to China. I'm absolutely in favor of regulation.
