In this Spanish motivational monologue, Mauro Stendel asks why people who are more eager than 90% of others remain stuck in the same place. He identifies systemic limiting beliefs—such as feeling guilty for being ambitious, being told to settle, or hearing that “there are people worse off”—as the main culprits that extinguish drive. Stendel argues that negative environments and discouraging comments cause talented individuals to dim their potential. To break this cycle, he advises listeners to seek out and listen to people who have already achieved the goals they desire, especially those who have succeeded financially. He emphasizes that seeing others succeed proves it is possible, and if others can do it, the listener must be doing something wrong. Finally, he promotes a free class called “Comentás Clases de Lambio,” designed to help viewers channel their ambition productively rather than being swayed by the wrong influences.
