Max Harding stages a 24-hour livestream imagining himself as Earth's dictator, proposing a neck-mounted bomb detonated by popular vote as accountability. With rotating guests, he spirals through radical ideas: lifelong education starting at birth, replacing McDonald's with psychedelic clinics, mandatory opposing-ideology texts before joining religions, and a lethal global council executed for corruption.

Max's super awesome plan to save the world! I am going to get a bomb installed in my neck. I will be also giving every human on Earth a cell phone. On this cell phone, there will be an app. At any time, if 60% of the population presses the button on the app, my head explodes. This is me spending the last 24 hours straight gaining as much knowledge as possible I even hired 4 people to gain knowledge for me, to craft a 40-minute-long plan to save the world, all because of this thought experiment. You are going to become the supreme authoritarian leader of the entire human civilization. Absolute power. What would you do? Well, this is my reality for the next 24 hours. Every second counts. I must consume as much knowledge as possible. At the end of the 24 hours, I must pitch my plan for the future of humanity, and you must decide whether you accept or deny my vision. I can only gain so much knowledge within 24 hours. So, I am going to create a hive mind! I am going to produce a video to convince people to gain knowledge for me. I need your help! The sake of the world is in our hands! And my time is at the highest of importance! I can only consume so much knowledge. So you are going to read an article or watch a YouTube video and schedule a meeting with me and give me the most important knowledge that you gained! I am not sleeping! I have all these energy drinks. I will be up all night! I do not give a fuck if you have work or if you even have a fucking wedding. The world is at stake! And our challenge has officially begun! Go, go, now!
Now!
These are my rations so I don't have to worry about food in the challenge. Time is of the essence! Now people are scheduling meetings with me. They are working with me. We are in this together! Now I'm gonna learn about economics because I know like nothing. I'm watching a video about the top global risks we face. As leader, my priority is human survival. We have some pretty big risks. Besides human survival, we must increase knowledge Increased communication technology, and increased humans' abilities to live whatever the fuck life they want. You think I'm lazy laying here?
No!
This is a strategic play from Andrew Huberman, One of the best ways to retain information is frequently taking breaks and refiring the neurons of the thing that you just learned. This is Skyler, one of the most successful entrepreneurs I know. He has personally hung out with Sam Altman, the creator of ChatGPT, and 10 more billionaires. So today he is teaching me about economics, but the footage looks like this.
Hey Max.
Hello.
Dude, how are you doing?
I'm doing—
So what was the most important knowledge I gained from Skyler? 1, innovation drives the value of a country's currency. As new technologies and discoveries emerge, it increases the overall country's net worth. They gain more worth In the eyes of the entire globe. And number 2, with all the billionaires Skyler has talked to, often people believe that the— all billionaires are evil and the resolution is to tax them. But Skyler went on to talk about how they have lives and ideas just like you and I. Most of them believe that what they are doing is altruistic. This is Travis. We have deep philosophical discussions. And he has some of the boldest claims I know. And today we're going to be talking about homelessness. The homeless people, they choose to be nothing. They say nothing. Why would you give something to nothing? I mean, there's a lot of other factors that have to do with homelessness, like psychological, religious. Yeah, kill them. So do you think we should kill all homeless people? Yes, remove them. Dude, that's a bold claim. Wait, why don't you at least just like— And they're gonna go right in the woods. No, Travis, at least like give them like a continent. Like, why are you killing them?
Like, give them an island or something.
Why would I give them an island when they do nothing? Well, you shit on the street. If you gave them an island, they would do stuff. They will go to a job fair and If they choose to remain jobless and not do anything with their life, then they get into the wood chipper. Dude, dude, dude, I'm modifying democracy here, okay? This is Uma, an alchemist and a philosophy YouTuber that has an issue with the education system. So she has taken notes for her vision to redo the education system. And that's what we're going to be talking about today.
The perfected education system. Pretending like we don't have any other system that exists already. I would start first with sense perceptions. So like sight, smell, taste, hearing, touch, spatial awareness. Those are the core things that any alien or baby or any person who's trying to learn should begin with.
What age is your education system starting?
At the very beginning.
At birth.
Yeah.
So as soon as they're born, they're placed into your education system?
Yes, but it isn't like a structure, like an institution. It's more or less of a way of life. It's like a yoga.
Okay, okay, I like that.
Okay, yeah, it's preferably done in a community of people, very organically.
I like that. Okay, okay, go on, go on.
Okay, so then we would work on like the core sensitivities. So when we're first becoming a human being, like these are the things that are first perceived and where our ability to interact with the world really starts to manifest. So through attention, observation, temporal awareness, so like time, and of course curiosity and wonder, the big why, those are super, super important. And then we have memory, imitation, play, and exploration. Those are super, super important things that should be given examples of. The adults should be mimicking that behavior and kind of demonstrating it to the child or anybody. Like, it doesn't have to be a child. It could just be anybody who wants to return to foundational principles.
Mm-hmm.
So then I would expand on sense perceptions. So I would go into vision. I would, I would play with different types of like contrasting colors. So like lighter colors and darker colors, shape, depth, color, texture. Hearing, I would go into pitch, rhythm, volume, Silence and speech.
Wait, are you like showing children just like different shades of colors and playing them different like vibrations to get their ears attuned?
Yeah. Yeah, you would. The more exposure, uh, that you can give a child, the more potentials that they will have in order to create creative combinations of things, and the more experimental they'll get, and the more integrated the rest of the knowledge becomes.
I like that you're trying to enhance what's already happening. Like if you stimulate all of a child's sensory receptors, they're gonna become more attuned.
Yes, yes, totally. Then I would delve straight into emotions. So I would identify the emotion, I would understand where it is, I would try to recognize what the impulse is. I would, um, listen— like, I would determine the paths of action that I could take based off of the emotion that I'm experiencing and the effect of following through on that pathway. And, um, so what happened? How did I perceive it? What did I feel? What, uh, what did I want to do? And what did I actually do? A step, the last thing that I was gonna discuss, which I'll discuss now, it's the retention spiral. So as you go more and more into this structure, the more you begin to really like synthesize the puzzle pieces and increase the resolution to which you are perceiving the world.
Okay.
So for like age 5, for example, you have like a plant, you recognize that it grows. Maybe like age 8, you're, you're kind of understanding botany. So you understand that it has leaves, stems, roots. Um, and then like 12, you'll start to understand like how it transports water, how it gets nutrients. And like age 16, you'll start to understand the chemistry aspect of it. Maybe age 18, you'll start to understand the ecology, how it's connected to everything else in the world, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. Okay.
Okay.
So it's like you get the baseline, but then as you go through the spiral and you reconvene with these different parts of the puzzle, the more in-depth you begin to understand it. The entire point of this is to discover, experiment, and integrate. If that doesn't exist, then the learning is not gonna take place. If we start with discrimination of like identifying things as being different, then we have the ability to categorize them in their proper structure. And then we can create combinations that allow for us to create a bigger thing outside of the separate entity, whether it be like anatomy or like emotions versus psychology versus anatomy versus physiology.
So creating distinctions.
Yes.
Okay.
Okay, so then I go into what the body is. I talk about anatomy, physiology, biology. I would go really in depth. I would go to the baseline first. I would talk about body parts, movement, sense, breath, hunger, thirst, sleep, temperature, pain, balance. This is honestly where I would put them on an island and make them try to survive and make them understand like what it is that their body requires. Obviously be very heavily moderated, but the better that they can understand these baseline things, the better they're going to recognize the more. Scientifically, you know, like the more microscopic unseen aspect of anatomy and physiology.
Which at what age do we put them on the island for survival? What age do we put the children on an island for survival?
Maybe seven.
Are is there going to be any adults there, or are you just dropping them off?
It'll be heavily moderated.
Okay.
We're not just going to leave the child there.
Oh, so it's kind of like camping.
Kind of. Yeah.
But more like independent camping.
But like very independent. No, like hardly any resources, but resources. Like it will be resources around the environment that you put them in, but they would have to go find them themselves. I like that. It's kind of like Boy Scouts or something like that. I don't know. I don't know anything about Boy Scouts. So yeah. And first, like when it's like, like when they're smaller, we would focus on the big picture. We wouldn't go too deep into like the microscopic like, aspect of, like, anatomy or biology, physiology. We would stay very tangible. Um, but as you go deeper into the spiral, the more microscopic we could get.
So, so the spiral starts off big and it gets more and more in depth?
Yeah, yeah.
Okay, okay. I like the part where you bring children to an island for them to, like, learn.
Of course you do. Soil's the next part. So every child needs to know about soil. They need to know about what is happening in the fucking dirt.
Okay.
Like, if you don't know what's happening in the dirt, then you don't know anything. So to recognize the ecology that exists within the dirt is to recognize the entire world. So if we can learn how the soil ecosystem operates, we'll also understand life, death, time, and interconnectedness, interdependence.
Life, death, time. And that's a bold claim.
No, it is. It's very, very valid.
Wait, so from a child understanding soil, how can they understand Life, death, time, and interconnectedness?
Well, they'll see insects die. They'll see plants grow over long durations. They'll watch how ant colonies operate. They'll understand how some ants will end up, like, ganging up on other creatures and, like, ripping off their limbs. They'll understand mycelial networks. They'll understand roots and how they're interconnected with the plants around them and how they communicate with other plants. When there's like a caterpillar eating them. Like, so there's, there's so many different ways that the soil will teach you about real life, and it's just a matter of making that connection of, oh, we can relate this to like sociology, we can relate this to, um, politics even. So it's, it's stuff like that.
I like that.
I like that.
You're very much trying to foster like a child's curiosity.
100%. They have to ask questions.
What if a kid's just not like curious? Like he just wants to play video games?
Oh, well, if they just want to play video games, then take away the video games and give them something that is more fun. Like, if you show them that there's something that is way more exhilarating than playing video games, they will automatically pique their interest. It's more of a psychology game at that point.
Okay.
Yeah, I would agree with you. It's just like a matter of lack of stimulation. Okay, okay. So what's after the soil?
Botany. So we would understand the basics of plants. Mm-hmm. And even some like foraging identification stuff like that. And then earth sciences. So like geology, hydrology.
Fuck.
All the stuff. The rocks.
The water.
Like, um, like the weather, climate, all that type of stuff.
Um, this is all very important.
Yes, and it's all structured in a way where it builds off of one another. Next is language. So listening, mimicking, speaking, vocabulary, grammar, reading, writing, history, and complex linguistic, uh, development. So like any other type of consonants that aren't of the, of the tongues of language that you are first introduced to. And I would teach etymology very early.
Is that—
Because etymology is so important.
Is etymology study of insects?
It's a study of root, root meanings of words.
Oh, etymology is the study of roots.
You could totally structure this and apply this to the entire world. But like, these are the foundational, honestly, like still touching the surface, surface area of what could— the depth of which it would happen. Obviously, we don't have the entire like unit system down.
Okay.
But, but it is like Going to be introduced at very surface level, all of the topics at a young age, and then slowly chipping deeper and deeper into the concepts. But the more—
That's important.
Things, especially in a creative way, then it's going to be a lot more engaging for them, and they're going to be a lot more interested to learn more about the situation, depending on how creative you can get in explaining these concepts.
Yeah, you're creating curiosity gaps because the more broad knowledge a person has the more innately curious they become. Because then they're like, okay, I kind of understand government. But then when they're presented with a situation of something they don't understand about government, with the baseline knowledge, now they wonder what takes them from point A to B. So that's what you're doing.
Yeah.
Yeah. Connections! I love it. Next is math. So we want to understand quantity and how it relates to pattern, how relationship is structure. So when a child sees one thing and then sees many things and then recognizes quantity and can compare it to other things, there's a sequence that is created. There's a pattern that can be followed and a system and formula that can be applied over and over and over again. And if we really lean into geometry at a young age, which I think is way more important than fucking algebra, then the child will not be bored out of their mind in math class.
Mm-hmm.
And it will be an entire different Situation because I feel like out of all the topics that is discussed in school, math is the one that has been severely deprived of having any natural connection to the real world. And it's so funny because it is everywhere, yet for some reason it is the most farthest away from being connected to the natural world that we exist in. That's an excellent point. Next to science. So we want to observe. This is the most important one. You've been teaching them science. You want to observe, you want to question, you want to hypothesize, you want to predict, you want to experiment and measure and analyze, revise and repeat. And you want to recognize epistemology as being like the pinnacle of this scientific endeavor. It's really important that we identify bias and keep it very objective. So recognizing that at a young age is very important. And also the power of the phrase, I don't know. Next is astronomy and astrology and the beginning of the universe.
Oh, this gets exciting.
Yeah.
Wait, how'd you choose this structure?
Huh?
How'd you choose the order of what they're learning? That's how?
They all build off of each other.
Okay.
Like, okay, the more— because when you have one aspect, like, you can't really understand— you won't really be able to grasp the concept of astrology if you don't understand science. You won't be able to understand math if you don't understand verbal language. You won't really be able to, like—
okay, yeah, it makes sense. You're trying to teach them the basis of just communication. But there were certain ones like, like botany. Like, I would place botany, like, after, like, Language.
Well, we're playing with dirt, you know. Oh, okay. That's like the first thing you're doing, so you're gonna run into it, and it doesn't need to exist in this exact structure. Yeah, it should be very, it should be very manipulatable. The only thing is that these this information needs to be exposed to a child.
Yeah, and I agree. And I guess when you say body in a very simplistic way first, you mean just like playing with plants.
Like this is all very important. I agree.
The universe. I would start with like talking about lunar solar cycles, seasons, calendars, the planetary motion. I would go into mythology, symbolism, archetypes. Then I would go into philosophy, then psychology, then behavioral science, then neuroscience. Then I would introduce— well, actually, I would probably introduce this earlier, like before philosophy, self-observation.
Okay.
So thought journaling, meditation, dream interpretation, emotional vocab, reflection, metacognition. Then I would really like apply more The creative aspect of doing things. So we've been receiving a lot of information. Yeah, we're still acting and we're still experimenting with these concepts, but now taking all this information that we've, that we've learned and creating with our hands, our body, our voice, and with our eyes. So things like cooking, things like dancing, singing, um, creating art, uh, creating photography, and like creating our own theories, like using what we have to create something without needing consumption. And then I would go into like the human society, societal structures. So anthropology, sociology, history, politics, law, economics, technology, religion, war, media, systems and institutions, government, and iterate on all those topics. There's a certain order. I would say anthropology, sociology, religion, history, politics, law, Economics, technology and media, war, systems and institutions, and then government.
I really like the order you have. It's much better than what we have currently. It makes more sense.
Oh my God, it's so much better.
Yeah, yeah, these are all great ideas. So would you implement this worldwide?
I would. I think it would be very applicable worldwide.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, it's a good idea. It's a good idea. Is there anything else?
Yes. Um, so then I would go into self-independence. So I would work on Really trying to refine the agency that somebody has. So economically speaking and practically speaking. Economic, you can probably get the gist. Things like earning, saving, budgeting, debt, interest, tax, whatever. Practicality, cooking, nutrition, first aid, mechanics, basic mechanics, driving, home maintenance, digital security, negotiation, persuasion, things like that. Then I would really go into philosophy because we have all of the pieces. So now we can synthesize everything together.
Yeah.
We can synthesize metaphysics, epistemology, logic, ethics, aesthetics, all that stuff. And we can study the greats and we can enter the mind of others without getting completely enraptured by them and keeping our own sovereignty while also indulging in their perspectives. So then ethics, morality, virtue, understanding personal morals. And then the big final project, make them study something for an entire year, like a tree.
Yeah.
And then apply all of these different things biology, anatomy, chemistry, physics, mathematics, geometry, ecology, politics, gardening, art, language, history, all of the above, and understand how the tree is portraying these different things that we've categorized as being concepts that are of meaning.
Hmm.
And we can then apply it to the practical, real, like, real world that we live in. And we can understand within one thing how all of these different concepts exist. And it will be profoundly easier when we're applying it to other things while we go about life. So to recap, creation and expression are number one. Then we want to experience, we want to conceptualize, we want to apply, we want to teach, and then test. We want to anchor abstraction and never let the absolute go uninterpreted again and again.
I really liked how well thought all this was. You've been thinking about this for a long time.
Thank you.
I've been learning for 16 hours straight. Videos and articles no longer make sense. I feel as I'm just experiencing the video or article rather than absorbing the information. I have to just rewatch it and rewatch it again, man. Yeah, yeah, this is not effective at 16 hours. But 8 hours left. I'll push through and then it will start being effective soon again. Our brain is like a muscle, it gets stronger. 6 hours left. I'm just struggling to stay the fuck awake. I'm falling asleep. I'm in a dreamlike freaking state. Oh my God, I got this. But this dreamlike state is gonna lead to realizations for my utopia. And my lifelong best friend, we wrote a freaking book together, and he's basically Buddhist, and we are going to be talking about weapons. What would you do if you were ultimate ruler of the world?
Not only am I gonna cut the military, I'm going to get rid of all weapons on the planet. We're gonna melt them all down.
I go make a gun in my garage, or some guy goes makes a gun in his garage, he could do so much damage, Dad. If you have no defense, one guy could take out with it just a single rifle. He makes like 1,000 bullets, he can kill 1,000 people so easily.
Yeah, but it's a lot better to have one person with a gun with millions.
So don't you think like you should at least have some form of guard? Like maybe no public weapons, you melt down them all, but you—
the government has some form of weapon.
Yes, they're ninjas.
How many?
Millions.
Okay, like let's say full—
like a town, Folsom, like 90,000 people. How many ninjas should there be?
10,000.
So that means you want out of 9 people that there's gonna be 1 ninja.
That's right. For now, until we get rid of all the weapons.
That's a—
so you're gonna have to start training a 9th of the globe. You're training a billion people.
They're gonna be ninjas. They're gonna get rid of all nuclear weapons, all long-range missiles, all handguns, rifles. They're all gone.
Okay, wait, I'm keeping— so right now globally we have 12,000 nukes.
Get rid of them all.
Not even keep like 2? What if aliens come or something?
We're gonna get them all.
No, you should have something.
Aliens are gonna come here. If they're smart enough to come here, our education will be so advanced.
Don't you want to keep like one nuke?
No.
You're not keeping—
why not one nuke?
No.
What if there's like some species that— it seems like a nuke—
The only thing I would do a nuke for is to divert an asteroid, but I think through our new— my new education problem, we'll figure something else out.
Like, I think you should give Space Force a nuke.
No, no nukes.
No, why?
Maybe someday when our, when our education is smart enough to know what they actually should be.
Introducing Max's super awesome plan to save the world. I am going to get a bomb and Installed in my neck. I will be also giving every human on Earth a cell phone. On this cell phone, there will be an app. At any time, if 60% of the population presses the button on the app, my head explodes. Every day they are actively making a choice to support their leader Or to kill their leader. It's a form of trust for us. I believe that any good government should be able to be overthrown by its people. So I'm giving the people more authority over our government. My next course of action is that there's a lot of slimy politicians that are constantly doing things under the radar.
So?
I will have a cameraman and my entire life will be video livestreamed. From me sleeping to me showering to every deal I make, you will have the context behind all of my decisions. Only women and only men deserve rights. Only men deserve rights. Then people are going to be clipping me out of context and making me look bad on social media. This is a problem because I do not want my head exploding, so I am hiring 100,000 fact-checkers. They will have their entire life dedicated to being online and helping us with the information pandemic. There is so much false information spreading like wildfire because of these algorithms, and these people's jobs will be to decipher what is true and what is false and create systems and supports that leads us to a more truthful communication. Next, corruption. Power can make men corrupt. It can change who you are. It shows all your vices beaming out into the world. So how am I gonna deal with this? Well, should I tax the rich? To make the overall economic stability more equal. There is some benefits in having billionaires. All of their assets are not liquid. They are in people, they are in companies, they're in innovations, they are in stocks. And because of this, they can make drastic technological progress Which can help humanity. There are some egotistical and corrupt billionaires, so my goal is to get those ones out of there. So my solution is, if you have $10 million or more, now I own all your assets, but I'll give them back to you. All you have to do is go to the island. We are building an island and we are placing the strongest-willed humans from across the cosmos on it. David Goggins marathon runners, disciplined monks that light themselves on fire, A guru from every religion and philosophical background will be on this island. And if you want your money and influence back, you have to go to the island and withstand the trials. The trials will force you to truly understand yourself and this human experience and other people that you live around. It'll make It'll make you sit with your thoughts. It'll make you overcome your insecurities. This will reduce greed. We need to focus on the person's character. We cannot restrict their actions. Once people go to the island for the full year and then come back to society, they're gonna be much more rounded humans. And they do not have to go to the I don't know. It is up to them. With $10 million, you can live a fucking hedonistic life, have freaking nice cars, a beautiful husband or a beautiful wife. You have all you need. Once you're making more than $10 million, your decisions are drastically affecting others, and you are in a place where everything you do is saving and taking lives. So we have to take that extremely seriously. And as the authoritarian supreme leader of the Earth, I will be the first to go to the island to prove myself. My next course of action— we live in a society that has never been so connected But disconnected. You can send a text all the way across the planet of the Earth to any human, but you don't even fucking know who your neighbor is.
Holy shit.
This causes some serious issues. We're avoiding the conversations that we need to have. We're avoiding this human experience of connectedness to the people around us. We have the highest mental health issues ever. So my solution: at the end of each month, you will be selected with a random group of people, and you will be given a building to go to, and for 1 hour, you will be in this building with these random people, and this is a legal requirement. You may be with people that don't even speak your language, or from different religious backgrounds, or with completely different mindsets. This will expand the collective consciousness. It'll make us more open-minded to other people's perspectives than our own. This is of the highest importance, and you will be there.
Next!
If you want to be a part of any form of established religion or ideology formally, you have to read a text of the opposing view. If you want to be Christian, you're going to have to read either a nihilism or a satanic text, and you'll be given a test and you have to answer the questions correctly. If you're going to take this type of commitment in your life, I am going to force you to consider the other side. Yes, you can choose whatever the fuck you want, any religion, any ideology, but we are so fucking disconnected, stuck in our own mindsets, whether that's atheism, nihilism, or this political party or that political party. So if you want to be a part of any established group, you are going to have to read the text of the other group. Otherwise, you are not officially a part of the group. Next! There are hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of children watching porn in this very moment. This is a massive concern. What that does to their psychology, their development, their perception Their perception of the world, their connection to technology is devastating. So now every porn website will require a legal government ID of 18+, no exceptions. Next rule of action: we live in a society where people's voices are not heard. To have a true democracy, you must have multiple elements, and it's almost impossible. And to truly consider everyone's opinion, on everyone's phone there will be an AI app. You are not forced to use this. You can delete the fuck out of this app. You can fucking light it on fire for all I care. Do what you want. I want to give you authority and I want to give you capabilities. There is a lot going on with AI, but this technology would allow me to consider everyone's opinions much, much more deeply. The AI will be created to be unbiased and just to understand what you believe, what you want, and from all of this data, it can give me an accurate idea of what I should do for humanity. Men naturally have a lot of testosterone, and this causes us to be more risk-averse, especially in positions of power. This increases— women have a lower baseline of testosterone. I believe if we put more women in positions of power, it'll help with men's risk-taking abilities and result in more of an equilibrium. So I will push to put more women in actual positions of power. Next, psychedelic substances heal the mind and open you up Open you up to new possibilities! And McDonald's is freaking callusing our pineal gland and our experience of life with these poisoned foods that are killing us. So I am replacing all McDonald's, 44,000 of them, with psychedelic therapy centers all around the world. To give people access to this deep-rooted technology that humanity has been using for hundreds of thousands of years, but more recently has been suppressed, so we can get back to our free-flowing ways! Okay, next! There are so many corporations that are poisoning us with their food, so I am going to hire the man that is attempting to redo the food industry With us, with best of mind. He's trying to make us immortal through biotechnologies and the food we eat because these evil corporations are killing us. Bryan Johnson will have full authority related to anything with health. Next, alcohol and nicotine, these addictive substances that make us feel fucking numb. I'm not going to ban them, but I'm going to put more restrictions and guidelines and education around them. With most drugs and policies, I do not believe that we should have it so black and white— ban abortion or not ban abortion, ban guns or not ban guns. We should prioritize educating the people and testing them to allow them to make their own decisions. We should increase requirements of said things so when people get the choice, they are actually properly informed. Even if that's a multi-week class, we will figure it out. But alcohol and nicotine will have a lot of requirements. Most bars will be gone. Nicotine will be extremely hard to get, but you will still be able to get it. Don't worry too much. Next on my list of to-dos, we— there is 12,187 nuclear warheads currently. We are going to disarm the majority of them. We are going to keep one or two in case of aliens, but we do not need this much technology that can just fully wipe out humans. No, we're fucking getting rid of them. Next course of action: $2.88 trillion was spent on the military in 2025 globally. So I'm allocating 99% of the military budget to the pursuit of science! I'm still leaving them the generous $28.87 billion. Since our entire world is now united, our main Threat is terrorists and aliens. $28.87 billion is pretty good. That's quite a bit of money, guys. That's like a lot of money. With the trillions of dollars that now are going to be dedicated to the pursuit of science, and with the trillions of dollars that we are dedicating towards science, we are going to prioritize Experimental science that is cutting edge and biotechnologies. Those will be our 2 top priorities among other things. Next, how we're going to elect government officials. It's no longer going to be a democracy. It's gonna be like a fucking video game, like a freaking competition. Competition. People will get voted in at lower levels to become mayors. All the mayors throughout the entire globe will be elected at the same time, and we will measure stats of the city that they are governing, from welfare to unemployment to debt.
What?
To dying of illnesses and a variety of others. And the goal of these mayors is to maximize their stats within the next year. And the mayors that make the most progress move on to round 2! Now they get to state and the game continues. They must improve their state to the most utmost capability. And you will continue to raise in power as you do this. You are going to show that you are actually capable of leading and making progress. We are going to dissolve the 2-party system! The division is out of here! Boom! Gone! Gone! Gone! Gone! Guaranteed, we're getting the fuck rid of that! The amount of problems that causes! Oh my God! Gone! Gone! Ooh, we're entering an age of free thought! Next, social media platforms and algorithms. Any company or corporation that isn't prioritizing the humans will face a penalty up to death. We cannot have these algorithms addicting us, preying on our insecurities. They need to prioritize what you want. Instagram now will make you type in your values and your goals, and it will only show you content relative to these goals. It will have you in the best of mind. Same with YouTube and other platforms. All prisons will prioritize psychological and spiritual growth of their prisoners. We will not be focusing on harming. We are focusing on actually healing. Next, next, next, next, next, next! The media controls the world! It influences us so deeply. It influences thoughts, how we live, how we react. Adventure Time shaped my fucking philosophy without me even knowing. And there's a lot of corruption. We're living in a day of brain rot. So I'm going to make an effort to push values in the media. We are going to push the values of curiosity, openness, helping others, and love. Next, I am removing Christmas and Easter. They're very wasteful. I know I sound like the fucking Grinch, but just hear me out. I have a much, much better solution. We now are going to have Challenge Week, where every year there will be a new proposed challenge for humanity, from running 100 miles to fasting. You will go outside and you will Hundreds, millions, billions of people participating in something of personal growth that brings us together as a community. Next, any criminal that gets life in prison or the death penalty has the option to go to the island. This is a different island than I talked about earlier. This island is in fuckton nowhere, the middle of the ocean, and anyone who receives the death penalty or life in jail can go here and try to survive. It just sounds cool as fuck. You have to admit. Like, you get the option of going to an island instead of dying. You go there, there's all these fucking thugs, they're like fighting, they're like killing each other, there's like cannibalism, they're telling stories, they're making religions. They're creating their own politics. It's like an entirely new society. And it gives you an option to like live and rebrand yourself in Gangster Island. Old people live purposeless lives. They are depressed as fuck in these old folks' homes, living in a shadow of who they used to be. They want to provide purpose. They want to do something that is greater for themselves. They don't wanna fucking lay there. So now people give consent. Scientists are allowed to do any type of research on them if they are fully informed and they give full consent. They can get out of this weird, boring life and actually try something, be an explorer of the mind, the body, and be a part of something that is greater than themselves. There will be no limits on this if they are truly informed and they give consent. Why not? Scientists will like it. The old person will like it. We will develop new technologies that will make us younger longer, have overall more well-being. It'll help you, it'll help me. The education system. Oh man, this will be accessible to every human being on Earth, and we are going to improve this. It is going to be more holistic and personable and To the child. We're gonna have to use a lot of resources and allow people to truly explore their interests, nature, the world around us with bottom-up learning. Starting off with very broad knowledge of things will be able to create curiosity gaps for a child. If you understand baselines, You will become interested when you hear things that contradict the baseline, and we will do everything we can to feed the individual child's passions and beliefs. I, I mean this: I will take down countries if that's in the way. Nothing is going to stop this one. Okay, next, who are my advisors? I am releasing a series of complex challenges and tests in a variety of topics, from sciences to social science to just mental warfare. And the people who win these tests and challenges will be my state of affair. They will be the smartest people on Earth. They will be the strongest people on Earth. They have to prove themselves. I will choose the test. I will not choose the teacher. Next, we are going to have a universal language, English. You can still use other languages. I'm not fucking suppressing it. You do whatever the fuck you want. Just making it easier for general affairs. We'll teach it in every school. The accident at Chernobyl has completely changed our perception on human nuclear technology. Because basic human cognition, if something really, really bad happens once, the monkey brain's fucking terrified of it. But nuclear energy has some extraordinary pros. It's extremely low on carbon emissions, it's reliable, very energy dense, it's Creates a small land footprint compared to solar or wind, and has very small physical waste. It's manageable and we're able to contain it. According to the IEA assessment. Next, all new cities will be built with public transport systems to reduce emissions. Next, I am building a global high speed rail network. High-speed rail line. This track will reduce the amount of carbon emissions and the use of cars. We will connect it to as many different places as possible, and it will be much, much faster than using private jets in some scenarios. Like, China implemented a high-speed rail network that makes short flights very unnecessary. And that's the goal for us, so we don't fucking have to come out all that gas into our environment. Guns. Do I allow them? We are going to look at Australia. It's the best studied example of gun laws, and I'm going to hand the rails over to them. 18 years, they had 13 massive fatal shootings. And then they implemented the National Firearms Agreement. Licensing and background checks, a legitimate reason for ownership, registration and strict storage rules. They had a mandatory payback which removed 660,000 firearms from the public. Waiting periods to purchase. Because of this, for the last 20 years, they've had no large fatal shootings. So they are in charge of gun laws. Trash. We have massive landfills freaking polluting our ocean, polluting our ground. It's causing toxins to go into our planet. So we're gonna look at Germany. They deal with Anything to do with trash, excellent. So Germany is actually powered by their trash. 15 to 20% of their thermal energy is from incinerating trash. And once they incinerate the trash, the leftover smoke gets compiled into dust, and from this they extract the raw minerals and process them, and the remaining The remaining soot they use in cement to build roads and buildings. Germany recycles more than any other country in Europe. Most of the materials we recycle in the US, you put in the blue tubs, dude, that's just going to the landfill. Oh my God, our system's messed. Think you're being a good person putting that bottle? Pretty good chance it's gonna end up with all the other trash. So we have to fix this. Germany's main focus isn't actually recycling though, it's waste prevention. One example, their standard beer bottle, they designed it to be reusable. It can be reused up to 40 times. That means once someone recycles it, it gets cleaned and put back in the system time and time again. And other things, like with Apple products, Every time you get a new USB-C charger, most of us already have multiple of these. We don't need more fucking garbage. So Germany has a deal with Apple to not put any USB chargers in their products to reduce the amount of wire waste. Finally, democracies. To have an actually good democracy, it's very, very difficult. You need to reach a lot of different. You need to have an actual conversation. You need people to be educated. You need people to care. You need people to have similar economic status so they have more time to think about these issues and resources to put into them. Almost every fucking democracy is corrupt, so we're gonna do a different type of democracy. 100 random humans will be selected on Earth. It does not matter their race, their language, their background in education. These 100 humans are going to be placed in a house and they will have access to any resources that they would like, and they are going to have a 20% power within the global government. These people will vote and decide on issues, and they will only remain in the house for 1 year, and they will be heavily monitored. And if there is any evidence or reason that they are taking bribes or having some form of influence due to money or sex or so on, they will be murdered and all of their family will also be murdered. So this is a really high risk being in this position. You'll be heavily influenced, and we are going to take it very, very seriously. And at any time, if you don't like my ruling, remember I gave you a And you can fucking explode my head and you'll see it on Twitch. Man, Mount Trust will have. So it is up to you to decide. Do you accept or deny my future for humanity? What parts do you agree with? What parts do you disagree with? And what would you do? If you were the supreme authoritarian ruler of the human civilization?
