What is The Purpose of The Universe?

Two speakers argue that religions and ideologies each hold one puzzle piece of truth about the universe's purpose. They explore three ways to assemble complete knowledge: merging brains with computers, proving the universe is conscious through Integrated Information Theory, or discovering that reality repeats infinitely at every scale.
Chapters
There are so many different ideologies and religions claiming that they know the purpose of the universe, but which one is correct? Let's imagine the entirety of the cosmos as a jigsaw puzzle, but the universe is a much more complex structure. It would have hundreds and trillions of pieces, and this is how much we know.
And there are people that are arguing about the purpose of the universe, but they only understand a single puzzle piece. If we want to determine the purpose of the universe, we must consider everyone's puzzle pieces.
We must understand the entirety of the puzzle to determine the purpose of the universe. But is it even possible to understand all the knowledge? Let's imagine a guy who believes that it is impossible to gain all the knowledge in the universe. He is making this claim holding a single puzzle piece of his knowledge. He continues to go through life learning and experiencing until one day he discovers a new puzzle piece of knowledge, a puzzle piece that allows him to see the possibility of humanity gaining all the knowledge that there is in the universe. We cannot make absolute claims based on our limited perspectives. Because new puzzle pieces can disprove our prior notions. I am not claiming that we can gain all the knowledge in the universe, but I am also not claiming that we cannot gain all the knowledge that there is in the universe, because I am limited by my puzzle piece of understanding. But it should be humanity's top priority to understand all the knowledge that there is, because let's say we We gain all the knowledge that there is in the universe, and we determine the purpose is Christianity. Now that we know this with absolute certainty, we can pursue the purpose of Christianity to its utmost potential. We can save the most souls from an eternity of suffering. Or if hypothetically the purpose of the universe is happiness, now that we know this with absolute certainty, We can bring up the most happy beings throughout the entirety of the cosmos. No matter what your ideology is, no matter what your philosophy is, if it is correct, it is in your best interests to pursue all the knowledge that there is, because therefore you can pursue it to its utmost potential. But how is it even possible to gain all the knowledge that there is in the universe? I'm going to present you with 3 puzzle pieces of possibilities of how we can gain all the knowledge that there is in the universe. Number 1, neurotechnology. Neurotechnology has allowed humanity to put our neural input into computers, allowing us to control technology with our minds. It's a matter of time before we'll be able to download all of our knowledge into computers, so we will no longer be limited by the constraints of the human brain. We can have full data centers of collective intelligence. The second puzzle piece, integrated information theory. It's the idea that consciousness is an emergent pattern of our brain, and if we can understand what this pattern is, we would be able to reduce it to its most fundamental form. And with this pattern, we can make matter itself self-conscious. We can make the universe conscious, aware, and connected, therefore gaining all the knowledge that there is. The 3rd puzzle piece: an infinite fractal universe. A repeating fractal is an infinite shape. No matter where you zoom in or zoom out, you'll find the same identical shape. It's a possibility that our universe is a repeating fractal. So to gain all the knowledge in the universe, All we would have to do is find a smaller version of our universe within our universe.
Why should you care about the purpose of the universe? I need to answer this question with a question. Are you separate from the universe, or are you the universe itself?
Now let's go back to the very beginning of the universe.
The very beginning of the puzzle. At the very beginning of the universe, all matter was moving around randomly for millions of years until the universe itself clicked together in such a way that now the universe is aware and conscious at this very point. And this very point Is you. You are the universe experiencing the universe through millions of years. You, the universe, through trial and error, have led up to this very moment. Since you are the universe itself, you will not die. But the atoms that compose your physical body have been part of millions of creatures before and will be a part of millions of creatures. But if I'm the universe, why am I only experiencing one human? Let's imagine 2 AI video game characters. They both believe that they are separate and that they have their own identity and their own goals, but it doesn't change the fact that they are both composed of ones and zeros. The entire system itself is using its code to create To express itself in different ways. Same goes for us. Even if we believe we are separate, we are all just made out of puzzle pieces of the universe. We are the same system expressing itself in different ways. We are just the universe pretending to be humans, the universe experiencing the universe.
The purpose of the universe is not separate from you. Because you are the universe itself experiencing the universe. The purpose of the universe is your purpose. And we are at a moment in history where technological innovation is happening so fast, we cannot identify what is going to happen next. The choices that we make now will echo for an eternity. The fate of humanity The fate of the planet, the fate of the cosmos is in your hands. In a world where everyone is focusing on our differences, I say we focus on what we can agree upon: science. This is the philosophy of science. This is universalism. Now I ask you, will you stand with humanity and bring the puzzle pieces Of knowledge together for something that is greater than ourselves.
