The content is a first-person narrative without interaction from other speakers.
I'm at CVS in the parking lot. Shanna is inside getting me some crutches and an ankle brace. Hopefully they have those items and whatever. Painkillers or whatever. Tylenol, extra. Extra streng, because. Hold on. What is this? I was at Rush Indoor Trampoline park with all my kids and my wife's mom, and we go there a lot. We go there a lot. We jump a lot. I still do lots of backflips and tricks, and I do flips over the obstacles. Kind of like showing off a little bit. Not really trying to show off, but just. I enjoy it. It's fun. I used to jump on the trampoline all the time when I was a kid, and I typically don't hold back. I go there other than getting tired and just relaxing. But this. This time, I just checking to make sure it's recording. This time, I was. I did a lot of flips and stuff, and I was doing a backflip from one square to another. There's like a little divider, you know, where the pads are and everything. I've done plenty of flips where I miscalculated the landing and I landed on the pad. But when you know it, you. You bend your knees and you brace for it, and you kind of gracefully hit, and then you roll, and you kind of do, like, a falling roll, and you pop back up and you just keep on going. This time, for some reason, I was trying to do a backflip from one square to another, and I felt like I had plenty of backward momentum to make it to the second square. And so I was sure, like, as I was coming down, I was positive that I was landing in the right spot. But as I looked down, I saw the pad, and I was like, oh, no. And I. Before I could correct myself and get ready to bend my knees, I landed directly on the outside edge of my foot. And I legitimately felt my foot crunch. And I swear I felt like my ankle popped off of my foot sideways and then. And then as I tried to get up, I felt it crunch back in. And that was about 30 minutes ago. So. Got lots of ice packs, and they put me in an office chair, or I got in an office chair because I don't have a wheelchair. Anyway, I just wanted to record that while it was fresh. Could be worse, but it's pretty bad. It's really bad. It's super painful. I don't know if it's broken or torn ligament or what, but it is very painful. I can't walk on it. And I'm squeezing this little handle up here because it hurts so bad. I thought I was gonna pass out in there, but fortunately, I didn't. And fortunately, I don't feel like I'm gonna pass out now. I just have a lot of pain shooting up my leg and all of my foot and my ankle. All right. That's all I can record. I'm gonna. I'm just gonna stop right there.
