A personal vlog from April 2017 where the speaker shares updates on finishing an icon project, moving into a new studio space called the Niche, and launching a video course. They also promote a friend's website and invite viewers to check out the new space.
How's it going? Welcome. I want to give you a quick update since I haven't done a proper vlog in a while. As far as projects go. I am done with that icon project. I showed a lot of the process in some previous videos. You can check out some of those if you want to see, like, some sneak peeks. Hopefully I can reveal more information about the client and, you know, show some more of the finished product, but that's yet to be determined. So now that those projects are done, I'm trying to move into finishing up two different proposals. One of them is pretty much a guaranteed thing. I'm just kind of ironing out the details, so that's exciting. You'll also notice that I am in a new space now. We have finally moved in to our studio space. We've brought back our neon in, which never really meant anything in our old space. We just liked it. We found it at, like, this antique place and we're like, oh, we got to buy that. But we never really named our space anything. But now we're naming this space the Niche N I T C H the Niche space. So we've got some of our stuff set up. Not everything. There's still a lot of things to happen here. As far as my videos go, I still have footage from the last day of Creative south that I still haven't finished. I'm gonna edit that. And I also realized I've got my intro to icon videos that I shot back in January four months ago. I'm really sorry that I haven't finished that yet. I shouldn't have been so eager about, like, announcing it. I thought I was just gonna, like, you know, bang it out, but inevitably it got shipped to the back burner. I will finish that. I will post that course very, very soon. Yeah, so I've just been kind of consumed with client work, trying to finish stuff out, and I've been slacking on my vlogging. So I'm trying to just make this quick status vlog just to kinda, you know, keep. Keep the spirit alive. And I want to get back in tune with doing this stuff. And if you haven't seen it, if you haven't seen it, my friend Dan Petty just launched the most epic site I've seen this year. And in a while, freelance tv. You got to go check it out. He's done some amazing work, video wise, design wise. Just. It's all amazing. You got to go check that out. It's pretty awesome. That's it for now. Thank you so much for watching. Until next time. Peace out. Trying to get back into the vlog cycle. Been a little bit lazy about it. Anything that anybody should know about the new space? We're super excited. It's a good place. You should come by. Yeah, come by. We'll host you for a little while.
